Located in the Palladio Shopping Center and What a gem! When was the last time you walked into any establishment and... saw not only a spic n span joint, but witness that every employee is genuinely happy to be there.... and ... hear every customer personally greeted by their name and their prior conversation readily picked up from where they left off? Wow.... Where to start? - Great location! - Fantastic Products crafted w/ Care - Most Amazing and Cohesive Team Ever!! This cool and tidy SB has gathered the coolest Team that makes every customer feel right at home (as witnessed on many an occasion). With that, a special hats off to Sir Jimbo - a professional extraordinaire who leads all with his infectious and caring spirit. Thank you for the good vibes and catch ya next time!

This is a great location all around. Located in the Palladium mall, it is easy to find situated on a corner of a building. There is a large entrance, you can't miss it next to the statue of two horses and prominent signage. Parking close can be a challenge when the mall is open fully in "normal" (non-covid restricted times) but there is parking on the sides as well as a parking garage in easy walking distance a building over. As this is not far from the highway, it is not difficult to pop in for a drink or snack. Inside seating has some tables and a community table but this is not the largest store footprint as others in this chain. But the outside patio has many tables and as it is on the north side of the building and has an overhang, it is protected from rain, most wind, and sun. This is important as the days of summer can be very hot at times. Having been here several times, including this morning, I have always found the staff moving quickly and the flow of orders fulfilled in a timely manner. As I am always in for the iced green tea, again today, I was happy with the service as well as the quality of the drink. As this is locate in the mall, this is a great place to meander to during your visit or just hang out with friends or one's book.

We came in to purchase 7 drinks and we felted very rushed as the barista/cashier Angel keep reminding us what the total was after each order . As if we couldn't afford it. Unbelievable Not Acceptable smh ‍

Easy We had: Pour Over, Papua New Guinea and Bali (5/5): Finding a genuinely good pour over under five dollars feels almost extinct at this point. Somehow, Kingdom makes it feel normal. Both beans were clean, intentional, and actually distinct, which is the whole point of a pour over. The Papua New Guinea was smooth with soft chocolate notes, balanced and easy without feeling boring. The Bali brought more brightness with a citrus edge that gave it some energy. Two different profiles, both executed well

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I liked the place. It is a smaller area for seating, but they have a good menu. The food menu is a bit smaller, things such as breakfast, burritos, avocado toast, croissants, etc.... They have a good baked goods section, and they make very good coffee, as is their name. I got a box of macarons for Valentine's Day, plus one for myself, the macaron was tender, and had an amazing flavor. The person I got the Macarons for, she did like them. I also got myself a white mocha, which I liked very much. It wasn't too sweet, and the coffee was deep and rich. The price for everything was very reasonable. I want to come back and try more things, and I will definitely get more of those macarons next time also. Thank you.

We pulled in excited for both food and coffee... but quickly learned this is very much a coffee-first, food-optional situation. The coffee? Pretty solid. I ordered the honey lavender latte and enjoyed it. My daughter's iced vanilla latte also passed the teen approval test. Minor head-scratcher: I ordered my latte "for here" and still got a to-go cup. Now, the food. Oof. I'd strongly recommend sticking to baked goods (I didn't try them, but guessing that would be a better option) The avocado toast was a letdown. Imagine a teeny, paper-thin, cold piece of toast topped with a small smear of avocado that tasted more "packaged" than fresh, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, two lonely feta crumbles, and a sliced hard-boiled egg... served cold... on the side. It did come with a side salad, which felt like an apology. We also ordered a croissant sandwich (ham, Swiss, and scrambled eggs), which unfortunately did not sit well with my husband. The eggs tasted like they may have come from a carton. The staff was nice, but the service model was confusing. When I'm prompted to tip at checkout and there are tables and seating, I assume some level of table service. Instead, we picked up our own coffee, food, silverware, and napkins, and at the end, we also got the honor of bussing our own plates back to the counter. Full-circle dining experience. Bonus details: - They had one single packet of hot sauce left in the entire place - The salt shaker was completely solidified (we did ask for more, but the replacement had exactly one functioning hole) * And just to keep you on your toes, the front door pushes instead of pulls. A small thing, but somehow on-brand. Bottom line: Come here if you want a custom coffee. If you're hungry, manage expectations... or honestly, stick with good old Starbucks for consistency, fewer surprises, and doors that behave.

It's a cute little coffee spot with a fun vibe and great music (Drake was playing!), although seating inside is very limited. There are a few outdoor seats as well. I ordered the Chef's Bowl, and because I love rice, they were kind enough to add an extra scoop of rice along with the potatoes, which I really appreciated. I had asked for the bacon to be removed, but unfortunately it was still included, and there was a lot of it in the bowl. I spent most of the meal picking it out, which definitely took away from the experience a bit, but the dish itself was still delicious. I also noticed the presentation was different from what I expected. My graham vanilla bourbon latte was missing the cookie, and the drink came in a plastic cup instead of the tall glass I'd had on previous visits. My food also came in a little to-go carton instead of plated presentation. Has the place moved away from using plates and glassware? If so, what a pity, presentation really does make a difference, especially for such a cute café atmosphere. One thing I found interesting is that despite being only a few feet away from Karen's Bakery, Sociology still had a steady line of people waiting for coffee and food, which says a lot about how popular it is. I'd definitely like to try it again on a weekday and hope my latte will be in a glassware and my Chef's bowl does not have bacon!
