This location has to be the most disorganized and slowest Starbucks I've ever visited and I LIVE in Starbucks! Every time I visit this location I watch 5 employees walk back and forth in the back, asking each other questions about orders, walking back and forth some more, acting confused about customers' orders, and just basically acting as though they're working but in reality they're just going through the motions! I swear. It's so weird. This is all happening while a long now has formed where there wasn't one to start with. The other day, things were happening so strangely that I looked at the lady behind me and she looked at me and we just started to laugh in disbelief! I asked her if she knew what was happening and she laughed and said she had no idea! We just stood there in a line waiting for 10 minutes or so while these employees kept pretending to do work but no drinks were being made and the line now was huge! Five, yes five, 5, five baristas were walking back and forth behind the counter - for 10 minutes! anyway. Very entertaining to say the least! Next time I'd like to video this phenomenon and tag it to this post! read more

This location is always very busy. The employees are for most part nice and do a good job. However, this place is always filthy. I have been here as early as 6 am and as late as 10 pm on weekdays and on weekends and I have never seen this place any cleaner. Their restrooms are frequently out of paper towels, toilet papers, toilet seat covers. When you mention it to the employees they just ignore you! Due to the filth (esp. during Summer), there are flies in the business. Because of the flies, you can't sit still unless you are wearing long pants! Ridiculous how this place operates. read more

I went to this starbucks an hour before it close. First i got greeted with a rude attitude by a girl name mindy or maddy. N it's fine maybe she had a bad night or whatever. But the second thing that make me just regret coming here we ordered 2 venti strawberry acai.. She didnt shake my drinks at all till i ask her too ( she had a medium brown hair, it was in an updo. Idk her name she didn't have a name tag) n she made it like it's an inconvinience that i make her do that. Isn't it part of the drink recipe to shake it ? N she made my bf drink n then come up n tell me they ran out of strawberry. You couldnt tell me that when you made his drink? Waste of my $8.vFirst & last visit here ! This is the weirdest and worst Starbucks I've ever been to (which is a lot... Holla gold status for days!!). The "barista" Shannon didn't even offer up a hello... Lack of hello was made up however with constant eye rolling as I placed my order. Bonus points for the monotone murderous voice. Only two people working on a Sunday morning at 10am. I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks and waited almost 20 mins. That was the review I started two months ago and didn't send in, but yet again this Starbucks has let me down. I order one a breakfast item mobile from my house it takes me 10 minutes to drive there. I get there I wait another 10 minutes. When I walk in there's one old guy trying, but can't keep up. There's a younger heavyset gal with glasses that comes out from the back and old guy says they're really piling up. There seems to be animosity between the two. Oh and I forgot to mention the guy outside cleaning the windows somebody could've went and got him. They knew I was pissed, But didn't seem to care. Went to this Starbucks thinking it was going to be a pleasant experience. As soon as I walk in I realize not enough staff is there so the line is backing out the door. Second after the 10 minutes I was standing there to order my drink, the woman tells me they are out of vanilla for my drink so I brushed it off and ordered something else along with a strawberry lemonade. Right after I sit down the woman tells me that they are out of strawberries after I already paid for my strawberry lemonade. Needless to say I don't think I will be coming back to this location for my coffee. read more

Such a cute little starbucks! They have such great outdoor seating and feature the Clover which is fantastic if you have a more refined palette. Service is always great and it's always nice and clean. A great spot and a higher end than your typical starbucks. read more

So sad to admit that I'm actually writing a bad review for Starbucks. :(Never had such a horrible experience at any Starbucks like yesterdays... I'm not one to complain or expect super high expectations but yesterdays experience surprised me. I came here with my husband and we ordered the same drink but in different sizes. (Caramel Frapuccino).. The barista wasn't welcoming or sweet what so ever. I'm use to good customer service at starbucks. Been a gold member for years and come here on a daily basis. The barista didn't call out our names when the drinks were ready and another barista had to go up and tell us that our drinks have been ready and sitting at the bar. After we got our Frapps, I realized mine tasted like something completely different than what I ordered. Even the color was different. We walked back up to the bar and waited till the barista noticed us again. She walked up and didn't even say anything.. So I proceeded with telling her that my drink was something I didn't order. It turns out she made a Salted Caramel Mocha frap which I never even knew they served so there is no way I could have ordered that! The barista didn't even apologize and say that she misheard me. All she did was roll her eyes, grab my drink, and said that I told her Salted Caramel Mocha Frap. Excuse me but as far as I know even if i really did say that, which theres no way i did, all that's expected is to hear a simple sorry it was a misunderstand or a simnple my bad or i didnt hear you right. As far as I know, starbucks is known for remaking your drink until you are completely satisfied. Even if i didn't like the taste and especially if it's their mistake... But nope no apology from the barista just completely rude and unpleasant. After the barista re-made my drink she slid the drink across the bar counter and rolled her eyes and turned around. DIDN'T EVEN SAY A WORD TO ME!!! I wish i got her name and spoke to management. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The re-made drink didn't taste anything like a caramel frappuccinio and still tasted different than my husbands even though she was the one who made both. Mine was bitter and tasted like it had no caramel. I WISH I WENT BACK again. But like I said, I'm not one to usually complain. I was with my husband on our one day a week that we both have off. So the time that we do have together we try not to lett anything spoil it. The barista was a tall girl with dark hair. Probably just past her teen years.. I've been working customer service for years and I don't take bad days to work with me. If I'm not having a good day, I still put my happy face on at work. Even if the customer is wrong about something, I still smile and appologize. If you hate your job, ther'es a whole line of people waiting to get your job that would be more than happy to be a barista. So please don't ruin someones only day off with their husband just because you hate your job. Thank you :) read more

The customer service here is one of the worst I've ever seen in a Starbucks. I've ordered food to be heated up twice and both times was still frozen in the middle. The baristas look miserable. Don't smile, don't socialize. I work in Palladio, and I love Starbucks. But this location and the people who work there are awful. If you hate your job then quit and find another one. You make other people miserable when you look miserable all the time. read more

i was having a particularly rough day when i came into this starbucks, only to have it turned around by a barista named ben! they were SO friendly and helpful, even when i asked stupid questions. they apologized for a hardly-existent wait (it was incredibly busy, but all the baristas were on top of drinks and getting them out quickly). my drink was delicious, but the customer service at this location was even better! thank you to ben and the palladio starbucks for making my crappy day so much better :) read more

I've been very excited to see Starbucks pop up in this shopping center but the service I've experienced the first two trips has been quite poor. Usually drive by a few Peet''s coffee locations to get better service at Starbucks but this new rookie staff has not been up to par with normal Starbucks service. read more

They had some sort of a special and because it was a few minutes after 5, they wouldn't honor the price. It's not the price, I could pay twice that amount for such a drink but it's the fact that they are so corporate that they can't make a decision to make an adjustment? It's gotten too corporate for me and I will make it a point to avoid and look for Starbucks alternatives (after using my online balance) from now on. I usually love starbucks I am a gold member. I had what I called an "interesting " experience. I ordered a Berry Sangria and it is made with apple juice. The girl in front of me dropped her drink ( same drink) and they quickly made a new one for her. As I am standing there the barista looks at me and says I used the last of the apple juice for her remake. I then said oh when will you have more and she told me tomorrow. I was confused because couldn't one of the 4 associates there couldn't walk over around the corner to whole foods. read more

This is my second favorite starbucks in Sacramento county. This store is perfect for connecting to the wifi and getting my homework done because they usually aren't very busy. Their remote location inside the Palladio mall must keep the commuters away, which is cool with me when I need to write a paper. The staff is friendly, but I find I have to spell out exactly how my drink should be made. My favorite store is on Elverta/Walerga, and I hope they are a training store because they rock!! read more

Best Starbucks around hands down. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way for customers. The store is clean and the drinks are great. The Palladio Starbucks actually know how to use their Clover! I HIGHLY recommend trying coffee brewed on the Clover machine it's amazing. Not happy at all with this location. I am home with a broken ankle and had a reward to use. I ordered a venti green tea frap with coconut milk and whip cream. The outdoor area is not cleaned, littered with food, cups, paper...... Such embarrassment to the nice shopping area. Inside is crowed by how the arrangement the furniture. Some staff are unfriendly I live in this area, I like to have a decent star buck where I enjoy to have relax time. One time I came and the barista was amazing. She made this awesome drinks and we were besties. From there in though... RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE. I came in today while out shopping with my friend so I could get that amazing Double Fudge Frappuccino and my friend could get her birthday drink... Apparently you have to get that free drink within a day of your birthday or you miss out... What a beautiful store!! Once I walked up to the register the barista helped walk me through a couple orders I had for my family and helped me to understand the "clover machine" as starbucks calls it, (my husband knows more about it but I never understood it as well). Anyway, the barista that helped me while she was on her shift came over to us after her shift and took some time off the clock to recommend some different types of coffee I might like on the clover next time and asked for my name again and was very friendly (I think her name was Shannon, or Sarah) what great service, I reccomend this store to anyone, all the baristas there are so nice and the coffee is delicious and the store is beautiful!
