This is my go-to Starbucks probably about 4-5 times a week, I've always enjoyed the people and like to be social with them since I live and work very close to here! I switched to using the S-bucks App to pre-order and pay instead of waiting around inside because this store gets so busy. I leave the house, order my drinks, start the car, drive 2min, park, then walk right in and they always have my things prepared and waiting no matter how long the line is or how much confusion can be happening! I'm surprised to see some of the negative reviews on here because my experience was excellent. Now, I don't live here and frequent this one- I also am NOT a coffee/Starbucks guru. I also don't write reviews very often. Having said all that, the reason I'm writing the review is because I was blown away by the friendliness and happy vibe at this Starbucks location. During my time (maybe 5 mins total?) inside, there had to be at least 3 other guests who before they ordered were called by name. I'd come back to this location if I'm in this part of town again. If you like a hometown feel like "Cheers, where everyone knows your name" then I recommend this Starbucks location. :) read more

One of my favorite Starbucks location near I-820 and I-35. Never crowded and has a large room to relax wether you want a couch to sit on or group table for your friends or meeting, or even just want some alone time. The N Beach/Western Center Starbucks location is the place. read more

I went in the other day asking if they could simply write "Happy Birthday" on a cup and you would have thought I asked them to cut off a limb and serve it with my drink. Needless to say, they wouldn't write it so I took it home and attempted to write on a now sweating cup. Obviously I realize this is by no means required but a little customer service goes a long way. The day crew seems to be the least friendly of the bunch. The menu at this location also always seems to be a little off from the rest of the Starbucks world, may that be behind on a season completely or having no idea what you are talking about in regards to a new drink Starbucks just sent you an email on. Came to pick up a order for a friend, i ended up coming to the wrong one, so i was standing by the counter for about 5 minutes and the bartista said "why are you just standing here" - not "can i help you". She was a older blonde woman, she said it so rude i was so shocked that i just got a rude attitude when i was the one standing there forever with nobody checking up on me. Never had an issue with longer-than-usual lines or incorrect orders at this location. Baristas are always nice and spot-on with their creations. My order is a pretty simple one so it's hard to mess up (iced caramel macchiato). There's no drive thru so perhaps this knocks the popularity down a notch or two- I can usually step inside in the morning and never have to wait more than 5 minutes to receive my coffee. This location can never get anything right. Every single time I've come here they mess up my order, and after a long wait no less. This is mainly due to employees who would rather socialize amongst themselves than work and work correctly. I once ordered a SIX DOLLAR DRINK, but the girl was too busy chatting with her boyfriend so of course, per usual my drink was messed up. I have to admit that I'm a bit of a Starbucks addict so I've been to a lot of them all over the metroplex, that being said this is by far my favorite one, the entire staff is always so happy, outgoing, and they actually remember all their customers. Luckily I was blessed by the Starbucks Gods to be living within walking distance of this location, Brooklyn is my favorite but I have to say I've definitely received excellent service and great vibes from everyone on staff. If you ever drive by this Starbucks you better stop in whether want anything or not because no matter what you're guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face! read more

OK....I have been a regular to this particular Starbucks for years, spending hundreds upon hundreds of $$$. I am a college student, so the majority of my visits were at night, when the best crews work. I had always had positive experiences and my drinks were always yummy. However, last week I decided to go during the day and was treated horribly! And to top it off, horribly by the STORE MANAGER!! She was rude and was trying to rush customers through like cattle. Suffice it to say I will not be returning to this location! I really like night staff, the location, and layout of the store, but I do not want to spend my money here to help her paycheck. Baristas are too social to each other that they forget how to make the drinks right. Waste of money.

I normally don't have a problem with this location, but I guess they were running the 3rd string lineup this morning with Xmas around the corner. My biggest issue is with the barista that knew the woman in line behind me, so she decided to put her drink ahead of mine in the lineup. I understand that some drinks take a bit longer than others to make but playing favorites at 7am when I need a caffiene fix just will not cut it. I have to say the lack of urgency to get drinks out and choosing to make small talk while the line was getting longer each second will probably keep me from returning to this location. read more

My husband and I have frequented this one for over three years (and my husband gets his coffee here every single day), so I'd say that we are qualified to review this place... The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They know our names and our drinks and always have a smile and small talk at the ready. We have been to every Starbucks in the area (and in many states) and this is, by far, our favorite one. We have the option of traveling to the one at 35 and Western Center (it's the same distance from us) but I prefer this location. They don't have a drive thru and I actually think it makes the customer service better. (that's just my humble opinion). read more

Some of the baristas are rude here and the drinks made are alright. I ordered a strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk and matcha powder. The drink came out missing the most notable ingredient: strawberries. I only go to this Starbucks when I need more time to study since this one closes at 11 on Saturdays vs 10 near my house. read more

Been a regular here for over a year. They know our order and get it ready quickly. Have not had any problems, the people who make the drinks are really good at what they do! I don't live even the minutes from here, I can order my drink and head that way and it's ready by the time I get there! Even larger orders that we place are made properly which is a big deal! The baristas are nice, don't get me wrong. But I went in today and remembered why I haven't been to this location in a while. They're always out of something. Today I tried to order a cold brew at 11 AM and they're out. Someone "forgot" to brew some last night. The baristas need some more training in making drinks. Frappuchinos are always super watery like it's been made and already melted. Today I got 2 toasted graham frappunicnos and they came out looking like shit. The whipped cream looked like it was melted and the color and consistency of the drink was just horrible. Never coming back here again. read more

This Starbuck's is one of the best ones I've ever been to and they don't even have a drive threw. That's probably one of the things I like most about them. They are way faster than the others around that make you sit for way too long in the drive threw. The staff is quick, nice and courteous. They've always made my order correct and are usually never busy like most Starbuck's. read more

I'll try to avoid to visit when the old lady working. I was encountered numerous unpleasant service.

I am not exaggerating when I say every other time I come here, my drink taste completely horrible. Today's Sunday crew just put the icing on the cake. Not only did it take forever for them to take our orders, ring in, cash us out, but then after they took our order they didn't have the other sandwich they rang us up for. The one lady (I assume the manager as she refunded the sandwich) did try to go out of her way to help us. I asked her if the drink was made correctly with ristretto shots, and she confirmed yes (even though the drink does not taste anything like my drinks at my normal Starbucks in Euless or the one off 820 and Western Center). She offered to remake it, but when it took about 10 mins to get my first drink, (which was almost made incorrectly if I had not seen the barista behind the bar putting the wrong syrup) I just declined as our group had to go. Now, the only time our group does get good drinks, and service is when Dale, Danielle, and the night manager is working. Now I know not too waste my time in the morning. read more
