Update since my last review over ten years ago... This Starbucks recently went through a complete renovation (their 3rd one) about a year ago. The space is more bright inside, but with less space/tables in general. There's a row of tables and booth-style seating against the wall, as well as a long, communal table in the middle of the lobby. The space definitely has more light than the previous renovation (which was actually this Starbucks's second renovation). That said, there was a guy camping out during the time I was here - occupying three of the booth spaces and tables with all his stuff spread out. The employees didn't seem to mind. There are the three order status screens now showing orders placed, in progress, and ready - something I notice a lot of other Starbucks are moving towards now that they are aiming to be more mobile-friendly. Good selection of food options here - full assortment of their pastries and sandwiches. Staffing is solid - there was practically no wait for me to place my order. I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher - I wasn't aware that if you opt to work in the cafe, they serve your drink in glassware (vs. a to-go cup). Ugh. Guess I'll have to finish up work while in the cafe. Restrooms are cleaner now - it used to be two unisex restrooms, but now there is a Mens and Womens restroom. Parking is still messy as ever - in the Costco shopping center. read more

As a fellow Korean, I was deeply disturbed by what happened at this Starbucks today. A simple black coffee was ordered. Yet when the cup was handed over, it had "yellow!!" written on it. There was no drink modification called "yellow." No clothing reference. No logical explanation. "Yellow" has a long history as a racial slur directed at Asians. That is not a neutral word in this context. Seeing it written on a cup given to an Asian customer is alarming. Whether this was meant as a joke or something worse, it reflects a serious lack of awareness -- or something far more concerning. Customers should never have to question whether they are being singled out because of their ethnicity. This incident deserves a clear explanation and accountability. Management needs to investigate this immediately. read more

Like many coffee places, this one is just as packed and full. I did mobile order for an Americano and the estimated time was 15 minutes, not too bad. I do love the designated "pick up" section of the cafe. There is a giant screen with the order status so you can see where your order is. My order moved to processing in the 15 minutes, but still a while until it was ready. Aside from the longer wait time, I appreciated the ease of ordering and pick up process. The place was a pretty good size and seating was a little hard. The staff were definitely non stop busy and working very hard. read more

If you go early like at 7:45am you're bound to get a seat for you to work at on your laptop however if you get here passed 8:20 good luck finding a place to sit. It was very fast service despite how busy they are. People just walking in and out like it's an airport. There's about maybe four or five good seats with outlets. Other than that it's best to charge your laptop beforehand. I got a delicious oatmeal with steamed 2% milk and added a splash of half and half. I got blueberries, almonds and brown sugar to add. They also gave me cranberries and raisins but i personally don't like those in my oatmeal. I also asked if they could make my bus coconut macchiato hot and they said yes so that was sweet! The drink was sweet but I forgot to modify so that was my fault. There's plenty of parking and this Starbucks is huge on the inside. Restrooms were clean, there are two stalls in the women's restroom and no code needed (finally) that was always something annoying as baristas are super busy to be asked for a restroom code. read more

Couple bad apples with bad attitudes. Ask for a remake and they take it personally. Ask for a "pup cup" and wait 10 minutes on top of having to wait in line to order said "pup cup". Went in to try the protein cold foam and celebrate national coffee day! Typical starbucks coffee, oat milk adds a nice body with the more bitter coffee. The cold foam by itself has a distinct protein powder taste and the sweetness of a cold foam. Once mixed into the drink you can barely taste it. It seems they have a protein milk/cold foam made and powder flavors added in (not ultra filtered milk) . Julie, the cashier, had amazing customer service and answered my questions. Must get extremely busy. Looks like mobile orders are the main business here with their large digital display on the wall and alphabetized countertop. Hailey is true gem of a human. I came in this morning for a mobile order pick up. It was delicious until it slipped out of my hands and made a giant mess. I went back into the store fully prepared to buy a new one and she offered to replace it for free. It was super sweet of her. I was on my way to a funeral and she offered to upsize it for me. I was already upset about the funeral and losing my $7 coffee was icing on the cake. I sat in my car and cried happy tears because I was so moved by her kindness. This store is very clean and the staff are very nice. One annoying thing about this store is that they close the lobby in order to clean the bathroom. That is their excuse that they gave me when I was there today at 10:45 AM. I think they use that excuse to clear out the people who like to study there. Why does the lobby need to be cleared out in order to clean the bathroom? Why didn't they clean the bathroom in the early mornings or later in the day when there are less people. This is my go to location. They have a nice seating area inside where someone is always working out of which is nice to see. And they have a decent outdoor seating area its never difficult finding a table and it is always clean. The staff is super cool and friendly. This has become my favorite nearby Starbucks location due to the fact that it's the closest Reserve location to me. They've also taken COVID very seriously, by enforcing social distancing rules and requiring masks. They usually have a good assortment of Reserve brews to select from and the baristas always provide their best recommendations as well. Their staff is always super friendly and helpful, and even with mobile orders on a busy day, I am able to get in and out super quick. It also shares a plaza with Costco and Petsmart which are two stores that we frequent as well. read more
