As Yogurtland's #1 customer and fan, I shame myself for not realizing this location was here. I was blessed though, caught a break when a BA Toyota owner cut me off, then jumped back to my left. That foolish decision had me dogging her, and that is when I saw the yogurtland sign in my peripherals.. To help me cool down, I flipped a u-turn and got a cup. Very pleased that the banana flavor is back! I got to try the new sour strawberry flavor that just came out as well.. The guy working the register seemed happy to be there, a solid choice by the employer.. Workers definitely did not enjoy being there, no welcome in. Asked for some sample cups to try the new flavors. Worker said they don't have any, seems like a pretty basic inventory item to have stock of. Loved the milk and honey/dulce de leche combo. It was fantastic. Went to pump some caramel over the top and it was empty. So empty the pump was empty so someone must've emptied it earlier. Might have been nice to throw out so customers don't expect it to be usable. Fruit and add on looked nice and stocked. The local yogurt place... love it so much but went here tonight at 9:30 and they close at 10. They were already closing and draining most of the yogurts. I asked if I was still able to get one specific flavor and they said they ran out of it even though I saw it draining out as they were closing up. I get it starting the closing work early but when it's a late night dessert shop it wasn't needed. It's sooooo HOT inside at 9:25pm !!! I asked the employee why it was so hot and was told the AC was shut off at 5pm and the controls have a lock on them so they cannot be adjusted. I'm a regular here and it's a decent Yogurtland location. Parking is small but people usually come in and out pretty frequently. They have sample cups available near the cashier and they always have the new promotional flavors. It's an average sized number of selections for froyo flavors so that's good. First, walking in, the employee taps two cups on the counter instead of saying "hello, here's some cups". Then, while sitting at 9:54, not realizing they close at 10 now, instead of 11, they completely shut the lights off on us. PITCH BLACK! Instead of saying "hey, we close in 6 minutes". Visited this store last week and man what a terrible place. The owner truly only cares about the electricity bill. No air circulation and it was ridiculously hot inside. The employee was kind and let us know the owner shuts off the air conditioning completely at 5pm. With the air conditioning being off and all the machines going my yogurt immediately started melting. I feel horrible for the employees working in these conditions and advised them to call the labor board and file against the owner for working conditions. read more

This place is always hit or miss. It's either sparkling clean or looks like a tornado hit it. Tonight it was sparkling, but as we left a family of ten rolled in and starting going HAM. Their toppings are always full and fresh, especially the strawberries. My go to layering set up is brownie chunks on the bottom, add fro-yo, then strawberries, add more fro-yo, then a crunchy topping. I have a pretty strong system here people. For the Summer, they have Rocket Pop sorbet and chocolate Whopper malted fro-yo. The Whopper fro-yo was amazing, it taste just like a Wendy's Frosty, where are the French Fries?! Came in today, on (12/23/19,)an actual 'rainy day' and asked your employees if the sign outside the window is still going on? One of the white guy employees was literally asking his asian guy coworker 'I don't know, is it raining outside right now?' (there were only two employees working during that shift @ 9:30pm). the froyo here has gone up from 30 cents per ounce to 47 cents now. the 30 cents were from long gone days. can you think horse & buggy? i'm purely kidding! but can you imagine that in 1973, a gallon of gas was only about 47 cents? And around 1980, you can still get a loaf of sliced bread for 50 cents. now that's inflation, baby. there is always a huge crowd at this location. i have found service to be consistent at this location, very friendly service. and always willing to give you sample cups when asked. this place is a juxtaposition of flavors. they get new flavors regularly, and i notice you don't get that "watery drip" when you first pull down the handle like some other places. overall, my toddler companion loves this place, and will continue to take him here if it makes him happy =) read more
