The shakes are made with powder from a company called Herbalife. It's a protein power with natural supplements. I got hooked on this stuff because I have a lot of stress from work and lost 25 pounds from stress. I wanted to make sure I was healthy and stayed healthy so I started doing the health ease shakes. I was scared it wouldn't taste good but I was wrong. It tastes exactly as the flavor you order and it makes me feel good like I'm getting the nutrients I need.
