I've gone to this Starbucks a lot because it's convenient. I order dragon drinks regularly and I don't know how the FUCK they screw that order up?! This place has fast and great customer service. One thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars is that a lot of the time they are out of stock on a lot of the drinks or foods. But overall this is a quick and great place to get my dose of caffeine. read more

This was my favorite Starbucks a little more than a year ago. At that time, they were incredibly efficient, personable, accurate, and the parking was easy to find. Grace (I believe was her name) was very rude and a terrible representation of Starbucks as a brand. I love Starbucks and I have not EVER had a bad experience! She practically threw our food at us and when we let her know items were missing, she did not look at us or acknowledge what was said. Worst Starbucks EVER!!! I ordered 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches. Two out of 3 sandwich bags split at the bottom (you could see the glue line so it was a defective box of bags). I asked for the one sandwich that fell on the floor to be replaced and was told that once the food is in my possession it's my problem....I eat at Starbucks a few times a week and I always order a spinach and feta wrap. I have NEVER had a bag split out the bottom , let alone TWO split!!! I am soooo disappointed in the level of just absolute inability to listen or care or replace my ruined sandwich! By the way, I'm traveling on a 9 hour trip and turned back around to get my sandwich replaced! Horrible! I hope next time one of those defective bags splits and drops a hot sandwich in someone's lap and you all get sued! Unfortunately, this has ruined it for all Starbucks and I won't ever eat there again. Love this STARBUCKS!!! Not only is it beautiful but the service is amazing, as are the workers. I stop in almost every morning and get a Strawberry Smoothie, no banana add matcha. Sooooooooo yummy and perfect every time. Spoke with the manager (I think) this am (9-23-15) and she was just as pleasent, happy and cheerful as can be. I mean holy slow. My mobile order didn't go through so when I got to the store I was attempting to make my order and stood there for ten minutes before someone could help me. There was no one else in the store and 7 people behind the counter. One girl was yelling at her employees and it was extremely uncomfortable. We frequently visit this establishment. They servers are always friendly and pretty fast considering the high volume of customers the serve. The order is almost always correct and if we have an issue with anything, they correct it (and let us keep the mistake). I enjoy being able to see who I am speaking to and my partner likes to joke around with them if they don't pop up quickly on the screen. They all take him in stride. Great group of employees. Very dissatisfied with service at this Starbucks this afternoon. Asked for an Iced Chai and stated twice no sugar or cream while paying for my order. After my drink was presented, it had cream and the Barista said that the Chai comes premade with sugar in it. I wish that she would have told me this while I was ordering. You would think that a coffee house as established as Starbucks would be able to produce an excellent version of a highly promoted beverage. For me that's a 50% impossibility! I ordered the cold foam iced cappuccino and at only one location was it made correctly the first time. Last night on my way to my night job I ordered the cold foam iced cappuccino. In a hurry to get to work on time I set the drink in my car and got to work. It had the right order on the cup but inside was a mocha Frappuccino full of sugar that I am trying to avoid. I call up and was told to come back and have it replaced. This morning I did and the young lady that was to make it told the cashier that she didn't know how to make it. When it was done the cashier said it was done incorrectly. Not having time to wait I took it anyway and left. Really 3 of 5 times they have messed up. When I pay over 5 dollars for a coffee I expect accuracy! Guess the Clarksburg Outlets Starbucks will be where I go because the young man there does a perfect job every time. read more

I, frankly, do not understand this particular store. I usually frequent the location at Wintergreen Plaza in Rockville, which is undoubtably the best location I have even frequented; it is just a well run location with a great crew. The Urbana location is awful; slow and consistently getting orders wrong. Drive Thru orders, line orders, and even app orders. The orders are in print; cmon!! Why can't we get this right? Put 6 pumps of classic syrup in the iced coffee. Why am I paying $4 for 20oz of wrong?! I only go to the location when I'm not going into the office. Maybe I should just go into the office more! Another sub-par visit. I don't want a gift card for your bad service. I want my order to be right and ready when it's supposed to be. I had 2 items in my mobile order. The smoothie was more of an icee; it didn't move in the cup. Tasted bland. The grande coffee, shot, extra room was somehow forgotten or overlooked in my 2-item order. After getting the smoothly, waiting several minutes, I checked the status of my pike place. The girl said it was coming up next. Meanwhile 6+ other drinks had been made after I got the smoothie. I waited more and then checked again. She asked another girl to help her. The other girl put a tall pike on the counter. I checked again on my drink. She said she had called it out referring to the tall pike. I said that wasn't what I ordered and then she argued with me and I had to say 3 times it wasn't what I ordered. Only then she proceeded to ask me what I ordered and I said the details are on the order and said it was a pike with a shot. Then she made a tall pike with a shot. I couldn't believe it. I told her it was supposed to be a grande with a shot with extra room and she again argued with me, said I said tall. I said I never said tall (that would be ridiculous because I ordered a grande via mobile)! So I finally got the grande+shot and a 3rd girl came over and handed me a gift card and said she thought they just got the size wrong. I said thank you and went to dress up my coffee that took 11 minutes to get. I took off the lid and there was no extra room!!! Unbelievable. And then the vanilla powder was empty. They need to get it together and better train their people on customer service skills. All the girl had to do was ask my name, check the order sticker, see that only 1 of 2 was made and fix from there. It's simple problem solving. read more

Love having Starbucks so close. Always stop for me in the morning. The black ice tea is to die for. If you haven't had it got to try it. Prices can be a bit expensive but I think everybody knows that. The people are very nice and always super friendly. I struggle a little bit with the parking because there is none. The drive-through is a place where I can fly through so that I can get on highway and get to work. But this drive-through is extremely slow. That's a struggle for me. If I want Starbucks I need to leave my house 10 to 15 minutes early so that I know I can make it through the drive-through. It's not necessarily making the drinks that seems to be the slow part but the people working the window They will sit and chat with the people in the cars. They hang out they talk and when I get up to the window they want to know my name they want to know how my days going they want to know and tell me a story about them and their kids. I get frustrated because all I want to do is get on the road to work. So everything there is wonderful but if you are in a rush you might want to stop to McDonald's instead. read more
