I haven't been drinking coffee everyday like I used to but I work the night shift and some nights when I need a pick me up. This location has been my go to place since it's close to the freeway from home and to work. I have the Starbucks app and usually do a mobile order for pick up. Each time I've ordered my drink is always ready sitting on the counter. The staff is friendly and the inside is clean. I've noticed the times I've gone it hasn't been busy like most locations but no complaints here. My drinks has also been made perfectly each time. read more

Tip before you pay? I thought it was after you paid you can leave a tip. Why would you tip before receiving your order? So I'm sitting there trying to tap my card confused and she's just watching me look like an idiot. So I finally look and see the tip option is preventing me from paying. I don't come here often so I wasn't aware of the change. So of course her lack of communication resulted in no tip and I asked her a question about the drink to which I received a dirty look and response. Just felt caught of guard by the whole thing. Had to drop my son off at school and this was the location that was closest to me to get some much needed Joe. I had bought a dollar coffee from McDonalds and that was mistake number 8,644 in my life. It was cold and tasted like it was brewed with a dirty gym sock, but that's a separate review. Anyway, good ole Starbuckaroo came to the rescue. I placed a mobile order for something new. (I am boring and stick to my usuals) My order was ready when I got there so I was extremely grateful for that. I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew. It was okay. It tasted very chocolate milk-ish and wasn't strong enough for my evil ways. I also remembered I needed to redeem some star points that were about to expire so I got myself a cute new floral tumbler cup for spring. It would be nice if they had a sign saying no public restrooms including customers. I did a mobile order just to not feel bad for trying to use the restroom. When I got to the door the barista with the red faded hair gave me my order and I kinda asked her if my boys and I could use the restroom before hitting the road again. Aesthetically pleasing yes but not welcoming or inviting. At least when I was here there were no tables or chairs. They don't even have a restroom. I'm assuming it's either partially due to remodeling but also the homeless situation in the area but that's why some Starbucks have restrooms with codes... To discourage people from actually being inside, they have removed the seating. They've also removed the outside seating. Want to get your coffee to go, then? There's never any parking spaces to pick up your mobile order, and even if you do get a parking space to pick up your mobile order there will be a line all the way out the door with people just standing around in your way. Forget about the drive-thru, that line goes way down the street. Do yourself a favor and skip this Starbucks. read more

When a customer asks for light ice, i still get half a cup of ice!?? It's a Starbucks so you know what you're going to get consistency wise, the interior doesn't have any tables or chairs due to the covid excuse so that's annoying. You can walk over from the three hotel options to grab something to get you going or fill your stomach in the morning. Nice employees every time I've gone in but weird vibe for some reason. Then when I address it, this kids working the counter don't like it. When I addressed the issue, I simply asked while showing the associate the cup, is this light ice?? Absolutely LOVE visiting this location! The ENTIRE staff is amazing and they make my little time spent there easy and fun! Even with long lines they get the drinks out quickly and accurately! Very rude people at this place. The cashier said it was a "grab 'n go" Starbucks which means, no bathroom for paying customers? I never heard of such a thing. I ordered a drink and the worker barely says my name, doesn't acknowledge me, sets the coffee on the counter and walks away. Another customer and I had similar names so we were confused as to who it was for as there was no name written on the cup. And no worker was paying any attention to customers to ask. I had to yell out to get their attention. They all seemed very unhappy to be working and were just plain rude. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I always come here for my morning coffee. I recently bought their reusable color changing cup and I took it with me to use this morning but of course I forget to mention that to the barista ( I completely forgot I had the cup lol ). So when I get to the window I mention the cup to her. I was worried she'd get annoyed but she didn't! They remade the drink for me since I ordered a grande but my cup is a venti. She asked me if I could go inside for the drink so the line wouldn't get held up and I completely agree with that, but I saw through the window that there was a good amount of ppl inside. So I mentioned to her I was in my short pjs and she said she'd ask someone to take it to my car! How awesome is that!? Starbucks has changed some of their rewards policies....apparently, instead of having a limited time frame to redeem your birthday reward, you have to use it within 24 hours! Important to note. :) they also have changed their star rewards too, so that is also important to note! They were super nice...I explained I had a birthday thing pop up on my birthday and had planned on coming today, but that I couldn't find where my reward was... they said if it was more than 24 hours the reward goes away... they were super nice and honored it anyway...it was only 2 days after my birthday.
