Brutal. I've been dreaming about the egg nog latte fo a couple of days. I finally had time to get one. Decided on this location. I know better. But lack of judgment this morning. I paid for it notably. The beverage was completely lackluster. Failed miserably. There was zero balance to the beverage. The cost was $5.75 for a tall eggnog latte. Nothing tasted or even remotely tasted like eggnog. It was bland over sweet. Even had a chemical after taste to it. I hope management does something. I feel ripped off and would like a refund. This is strike one. I will give Starbucks another 2 chances before I decide if I will continue to be a patron. Just a complete and utter let down. This is a tiny store. It can be challenging to find a table/seat at which to sit. If you're planning to conduct business from here, allow extra time to find a spot to sit. In spite of the busy location, the orders were coming out fast so good job there. Store needs some maintenance. Bathroom doors: one doesn't close and won't lock, and the other has a door stopper that keeps the door open. Ridiculous. It's Starbucks, coffee and food is Starbucks. I love it. However - this one - the Manager always has last table space taken, sometimes two tables like today - and is regularly conducting staff business there. I've been right next to the table as he verbally disciplined employees, even asking them to divulge personal information why they were late and condemning them for not. While I am RIGHT there, a stranger. It's so odd and I've never seen this in a Starbucks or any fast food place. Seems so unprofessional to have employee issues on display. read more

I just visited this location's drive thru during the 50% any drink special and ordered an iced mocha. On the screen I noticed they rung up an iced white mocha, which happens very frequently. I corrected the person taking my order and she apologized and quickly fixed the issue. When I got to the window, I got my food and drink and left. I take a drink and it was an iced white mocha. Now I have to drink a flavor that I can't stand and wasted my 50% off drink coupon. So frustrated. Oh lort. Ordered my tea and it was pretty good. Of course they forgot to out the cream in it. One of the drinks in my party was made completely wrong - very watery and not made properly. The BIGGEST problem was right as I was leaving. I watched the barista take his mask down, put his hand to his mouth, lick his hand, and put his mask back up. This is one of the best Starbucks location around my place.the place is not at all crowded which usually how Starbucks is. You can spend your time working on your stuff along with your favourite coffee. Generally I took American which they have delivered as soon as possible and service was quiet nice. One things that might need to take care of that anyone should available at register, I need to wait to order at register for at least 2-4 mins. Not specific to this location, but Starbucks seems to have super hyper inflation. Real inflation is 3%, company claims they raised prices 5%, the reality is 20%. Then their minimum tip suggestion is $1, so you are expected to pay 40% tip on a cup of coffee. Nowadays you even have to ask for the sweetener and creamer. read more

This by far is the worst Starbucks location I have EVER been to. It is conveniently located by my home, but I will drive out of my way to avoid coming here. The customer service from this staff is the absolute worst. My first stop by I walked in and the staff was standing around. Apparently I was inside 3 min before open and they said they wouldn't serve me even though they were visibly standing around chatting. I had to wait 3 min before they would take my order. I went by this morning and ordered in the drive through and the girl told me they had the stuff to make my drink, but it just got delivered that morning and she didn't want to unpack it, so she can't make it for me. If you have any other option to spend more than $4 for a coffee then spend your money elsewhere. I have tried over 4 times to give this establishment a try but they always and I mean ALWAYS serve the worse beverages around. Today was the last straw Green tea frap ended up being a watered down chunk of thick ice mess. I had to throw away most of my beverage due to the fact that it had no green tea flavor and the chunks of ice were hard to get around. Ordered through drive through in a rush to get home. This is probably the worst experience that I have had at a Starbucks. We went there today and asked for a grande pour over of Guatemala med roast. I have never had any problems getting this in my many years as a customer. This time the barista told me " let me see if I have an open bag" I can make it if I do but if I don't I would have to say no. I asked her to explain. She said the closed bags are for sale only. Decent sized SB with decent seating. Sockets near each station so you can charge up to do work. My go to since it's down the road from home. My friends and I went to the drive thru at 8:40 pm and a boy was changing the garbage bag at the window and would not look up at me. He looked up at as and then looked away twice. I just sat there and waited for him to say something, but he kept ignoring me. I ended up honking, then a "lovely" lady came to the window, and before I could say anything she said we are closed. To which I replied, " it would have been nice if the the boy ignoring us could have told us that." This was responded to by a sarcastic ok and an eye roll. My home Starbucks!!! I love this location! The drive thru is fast and on Fridays they have staffers greeting cars in the drive thru so your wait will not be longer then 5 mins. I've been coming here for years and they see me walk in and know my order...if fact they used to see my car in the drive thru they ask me if I want my usual...well I've traded in my car and gotten a much more common car now but dang...makes you feel like a rockstar. I called up to Starbucks location and they let me know they saw the other part of the order. Went through the drive-thru and got a hot cocoa and sugar cookie. The cookie was super stale and the hot cocoa tasted like hot water with cocoa powder floating on top. I told the cashier that it taste like hot water with a splash of cocoa and she said "we don't do splashes of cocoa here".
