Probably the worst service I've had at a Starbucks. Ordered a tall almond milk latte and two other drinks. When I took the lid off it was 1/3rd empty and fizzy like a stale cup of coffee. That's my usual order at any Starbucks I've gone to. It's usually creamy and not fizzy. Upon telling the clerk and showing her my cup, she informed me that almond milk is more water than milk and she can make another one but it will be the same! Hearing that I said no thanks. She said nothing else and continued chatting with her coworkers, not even a meaningless "sorry" or an offer of a refund. I just threw it in the trash. Also there were two dead cockroaches on the floor. We will not be going back to this location again. read more

It's a testament to the attitude of the whole shop... those baristas are crammed into that little space serving a crazy line in the drive-through as well as inside and they are friendly, warm, and said my name. I really hate to give a bad review for a location, but I feel that the experience that I had today was inexcusably awful. So I work right next door to this location, but I had only been one time before. The first time I went was busy, so it took a little to get my order, but it was understandable so I did not mind. Since I only have a 30 minute lunch break, I decided to try mobile ordering. So I placed my order, and it said my order would be ready in 8-10 minutes. I waited ten minutes and walked over. It was noon so I knew it would be kind of busy. I saw my cup sitting next to the espresso machine so I knew that they had received my order, but with it being lunch time it would just take a little longer, no big deal. So I waiting about 15 minutes and my cup still had not been touched. And then another customer came in, and loudly asked where her mobile order was, and in about 60 seconds she had it and was out the door. I did repeat that I had a mobile order as well, but my cup was still not touched. After 20 minutes of waiting (and 30 minutes after placing my order) I finally went to the register and I asked if the food I had ordered was ready, and if it hadn't been, I would just wake a refund. The young man at the register was nice and just asked me to wait a minute for him to grab somebody. I still at this point was not upset, I understand when you are busy. Then, a women named Amanda came to the register and asked why I wanted a refund, and I told her my lunch break was almost over and I had been waiting for a little. She asked if my order actually went through, because sometimes they do not. She was extremely rude the entire time, and when I asked if I could speak to her manager, she told me she is giving me what I wanted and would not even tell me the managers name. I asked her several times to please not be rude about it, because I was not even upset(at that point) After raising her voice, in front of other customers, she finally gave me a refund (and a dollar less than what I paid) I never even received an apology. After I left I called the manager, who also did not care about the situation, and only responded saying he would ask Amanda about what happened. I do not at all mind waiting on something, but the way this women treating me was embarrassing. I am shocked that Starbucks would employee an individual who could act this way. I thought that perhaps she was having a bad day, but a co worker of mine said she had a similar interaction with his same individual. I will honestly never go back into this location because of this girl. I have never once complained about an order I have made, despite how terrible it may have been, until today. I feel bad because I know it's not the entire store, but it really bothered me that this happened, and it bothered me even more that management didn't care. read more

This Starbucks is the best. I visit them often and the baristas are awesome! They always stop to say hi, even when I just picking up a mobile order. They all seem to be really happy, and that makes for an awesome coffee getting experience. Even when customers get crazy with them....and I have seen that, they are always calm and nice. Always horribly slow with lackadaisical staff. Usually I don't even bother if more than 3 people in line, since drive through appears to take priority. I gave 3 stars only because the coffee is good, but hardly worth the wait. read more

Continually are out of sandwiches and they always advertise new products in the drive thru but never have them. Pretty sad, a lot of lost sales. Waste is bad in business but you can't sacrifice sales, should not be out of sandwiches at 11am. Frequent them 4-5 times a week and half the time my order is incomplete. read more

Michael is so nice! He's black and very professional. I love hearing his deep voice and seeing him make my drink was great! It tasted amazing and he presented to me extremely professionally. David, who informed me about the free wifi, was also professional and very nice. hi there!! me again! like i said in my previous reviews i go to this starbucks nearly everyday. and for some reason "amanda" still is employed to my suprise. i have already had a handful of eye rolls at her but today was unreal. i requested a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a grilled cheese. she told me the items were both available when i ordered and i was very happy to hear that my favorite grilled cheese was in stock. however at the window she informed me that the grilled cheese was no longer available...getting my hopes up. i told her i would like a butter croissant instead. she then hands me a white chocolate peppermint mocha. my jaw dropped in disbelief. i then inform her that this isn't even close to my original order and she tells me "i'm sorry they just look exactly the same." but isn't all coffee near the same color so you should look at the label anyways?! she then hands me my cold brew in a strange contraption because my original cup was spilling on the outside. the cold brew was mixed horribly and extremely bitter. i was so unhappy and nearly every time amanda is my barista it is anything but a positive experience. something always goes wrong. read more
