    Chai tea latte

This is the only Starbucks that I know of that operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. Note that only the drive-thru is operating all day and night, not walk in. The employees here are friendly and quite fast when it comes to service. I would say the only down fall to this location is the limited seating both inside the store and outside.

Dragon fruit mango lemonade refresher is delicious

So I'm not new to the refreshers at star bucks this Mango dragon fruit w/ lemonade is the new drink. It's so good and refreshing. I absolutely love the color I usually ask for green tea or apple juice but the lemonade wasn't over sweet. I really enjoy these refreshers will always be my favorite thing to purchase. My lil add too it's even better when I added a slashed of some mango sparkling Waterloo. That took it overboard but that just my lil add too just me being extra. I'll highly recommend this or any other the fruit refreshers you will not be disappointed

    Crumbs from the biscuit

My visit to this Starbucks is usually fair. Today it was horrible. I placed a mobile order per usual for a chicken sausage biscuit and a grande caramel macchiato. I got in the drive through line and advised I had a mobile pick up order. I had to say my name multiple times before the young lady got it right. I was Rick, Vick and then finally Vicki. When I arrived at the window I was asked for $5.72. Mind you I had a mobile order. Simple mistake. In any event, I was given my drink and then asked what sandwich I ordered. I reminded her of the order, she grabbed it and I was on my way. I started drinking the macchiato on the way home. It was okay. I opened the sandwich when I got home and was disgusted. The sandwich had just been thrown together. The bacon wasn't done, the sausage was halfway done and the biscuit was crumbling. I chose not to eat the sandwich and it's currently in the trash. I paid over $10 for this order and I'm very disappointed. I will not be returning to this Starbucks. The customer service down to the products are of poor quality. I would suggest you go to one of the others in the area. We have flower hill, muddy branch, etc.

    Mobile order... then drive thru!

In pandemic times... a drive thru is very much welcomed!! I would order it on the mobile app and then go thru the drive thru to pick it up. Just go up to the speaker and tell them you're picking up a mobile order! Now, I did go in once to get my order... and if the app says it's ready, then walk up --- follow the arrows--- wait your turn, and tell them what you're picking up... and there it is!! The drinks are what you'd expect, it's Starbucks :)

This is my story... With the COVID-19 in the atmosphere, I had nothing but time on my hands. I knew the line would be 35.7 cars deep; so like a boy scout I was prepared. I detailed my cup holders, dash board, console and entertainment system as I inched closer to the menu board. It was mid-day. Some 38 minutes later I placed my ever-lovin' order. Proceeding to pay I was delightfully surprised to find my order had been "comped" This location was the only one opened as the nearest one I could find. On a subsequent visit I prepared myself a nice breakfast sandwich before venturing out. This trip I found only 12 cars ahead of me and barely had time to finish eating - go figure. Once again, my order was comped. Prolly has something to do with my retiring in 2009 from Starbucks after ten years of service. You see, I get to keep my "Partner Numbers" and so they treat me like I was sill a part of the Fam. My photos depict three location visits - I know where to go!

This Starbucks has a drive through that is now open 24 hours a day. #BirthdayWishesDoComeTrue. Almost every employee I've interacted with there is nice. The drinks are prepared fast and well. I just wish they had more seating. Also, their patio is like... how do you say it... not nice. It's like tiny and in the middle of the parking lot and cars are driving around you on all sides and it's near the drive through speaker. It's just... like the worst. So that's why they get minus 1 star. That's the architects and Starbucks fault. They could figure out a way to make the patio nicer, and maximize the space for seating inside. Other than that, this Starbucks is consistently great in customer service and product.

Last night at 12am I was pretty sick and I decided to get out of bed and get the medicine bowl which usually helps. A friend of mine was also feeling ill so I decided to get my friend one as well. When ordering I repeated 3 times that I wanted to double on the mint teabag. I ordered 3 of them. I waited about 20 mins by the window for them to be ready and they were not busy! Once I got home after 1am, I noticed that it tasted different than before. It obviously didn't make me feel any better and it defeated the purpose of getting out of bed while feeling ill. I called about 10mins ago (9:20am) spoke to the supervisor and she was no help at all, it was as if she didn't care.

Oprah, can you hear me? We need your advice today I know that you are listening You hear consumers everyday Oprah, please hear us And we will be ok Oprah, we need you to fix Starbucks today Today, due to an error at the Starbucks drive through I got to try the Oprah Teavana® Oprah Cinnamon Chai Tea Latte. You see, some of the best parts of suburban life is having drive thru Starbucks. Zoom in and zoom out. Enjoy a beverage while sitting on 270 on your way to work. However this particular drive thru has a way of messing up. Some days, they have awesome people working, and your order is correct; then some days they are grumpier than I am before coffee and you don't get what you asked for. Today I order a wrap and a white mocha. Pull up to the window, have my card run and a wrap is handed to me (it's weird that the food is ready before the drink). She says have a nice day and closes the window. But what about my drink? So I sit there, and then after a few minutes she hands me what looks like my standard iced white mocha. I drive away. Now once I am at a stoplight, and can safely drink, I take a sip and then think, what the heck did I just put in my mouth. It tasted like a chai tea mixed with horchata mixed with Fireball then mixed with a clove cigarette and some black tea. How is this a white mocha? Then I look at the label and it says "Oprah". It wasn't even a misspelling of my name, the drink was called Oprah. Oprah? What does Oprah have to do with this? I learned that this is the Teavana Oprah Cinnamon Chai Tea Latte where partial proceeds from their sales going toward the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation to support educational opportunities for youth. All this is a good thing, but unfortunately the drink tastes like a** and has more sugar than a full size Snickers bar while pretending to sound healthy. I don't deny my white mocha isn't a sugar factory, but it tastes good at least. Ms. Winfrey, why did you put your name on this? You've tried it right? So anyway the moral of the story is. With this particular Starbucks you should double check your order before you hit the road.

    GTFO!

There are several reasons to like this Starbucks, but time is short so here are two - #1, it was the first Starbucks in the area to open a drive-thru. I didn't even know this was a thing until they took a vacant bank location and turned it into a car seat caffeine delivery service. #2, it is where I tried my first Chile Mocha! I don't know how long this delight has been around, but "HELLO!" it's a mocha with a kick! She tried to explain the crazy steaming blending technology that delivered this to my cup, but I'll just call it magic. So get one of these new mochas and then say a special Ave Maria to our Latino friends who are the only reason we are getting spicy influences to all these mainstream products. Don't forget, we were settled by England...bland meat and potatoes, buttered rolls, white sausages, nothing exciting there in the food department. "Te bendiga a mis amigos latinos!" Did Google translate get that correct? I hope so. Just go get yourself an Ave Maria Mocha special. ¡Ay, caramba!
