I've never had a challenge with customer service as Starbucks but for some reason every time I come to this location they try to tell me a better* way to order my drink when I know exactly how I would like my* drink. "In my opinion" Maria (I believe. Dark curly hair with lipstick on) should keep her rude, snarky opinions to herself. When I told her I like it the way I order it she got upset, snapped at one of the baristas and then snatched the drink from them to do it herself. Great service and friendly staff both inside and at the drive thru. My only complaint is it has a longer drive thru wait is longer than other Starbucks. However, it's convenient location definitely keeps me coming back, just not at busy times. read more

Bad service at the drive trough! Sitting over 10 minutes in the line defeat the purpose of the drive trough !

I get the same drink . Every time . This Month I have been charged 9 different amounts . 545 the first 4 times . 612 the next 2 . 7 dollars 2 times and 721 today . Every time I say something I get told I'm not being charged correctly. Today I was told . I don't know what to tell you . Then asked if I wanted a manager. Like I'm totally willing to understand an explanation and I've said that . Every time I question it I am met with an obstinate remark . I have my receipts and I can see where there are different amounts but the receipt says the same thing . And this is over the course of just January. 9 amounts. Same product. I really believe that this store employees are skimming . Which could be felonious. So my ask is this if you get the same product every time you go look how the price changes . It may only be 1 -2 dollars but if you time that by let's says 200 customers a day that's 200-400 dollars a day 1400- 2800 dollars a week 71200- 142200 dollars a year . I go to this Starbucks almost every day. The people here are absolutely amazing. They all know me by name and, though always busy, take the time to say hello with a genuine (not robotic) greeting. The manager is always in a great mood and it shows in the people working there. I have a pretty difficult drink, and they don't always get it right, but when they get it wrong they always fix it with a smile. I've seen a few managers come in and out of this location, and whatever the current one is doing has been exemplary. As a retail manager, I know good customer service when I see it, and this Starbucks goes above and beyond expectations. Well done guys! read more

I come here EVERY morning for the same drink. One day I pay $4.09 the next day it's $4.57 then sometimes like today it's $5.12 and so on. I don't understand how or why the price of the SAME DRINK changes everyday it gets expensive as it is and when they pick and choose what to charge it's usually more. Then when they even mess up the amount of pumps in my drink and it's more then the day before?! It's getting really annoying when I go everyday and it's a different price. TERRIBLE service. We failed to get a receipt so we don't know any names, but whatever barista was working the window 10/16/15 at noon needs to be fired. She completely disregarded the fact that she didn't snap the lid on my husbands frappacino and half of it spilled all over our white interior. We understand mistakes happen but she did not even apologize and rolled her eyes when my husband asked for napkins. Ordered 2 drinks, sweetened iced coffee with cream and a Carmel Macchiato iced. (My go to drink @ Starbucks). Coffee tasted burnt/old and my drink did not taste sweet or like Carmel at all, was placed in window with Carmel drizzle on the outside of the cup, and the iced coffee tasted also burnt and not sweet at all. read more

I was visiting some relative in the area and stopped at this Starbucks. I visit a lot of Starbucks and this store seems poorly managed. The wait was 20 minutes for our simple order after we paid. The staff were more concerned about drive thru customers who paid after us than our order. There were no tables inside so we went to sit outside. As we were sitting outside the manager INTENTIONALLY shut off the misters when it was 110 degrees. He claimed they stopped working. But they mysteriously shut off after our neighboring table complained about the poor service. read more

Am always amazed at how different each Starbucks is in terms of service. Today I was here to redeem my "coffee bag" free cup. I asked to upgrade to an americano as I cannot drink the Pikes because of the acidity. The girl ( in the drive-through) said she couldnt do that. Writing this review for students looking for a place to study. It's a small Starbucks but really good size tables and outlets, I thought I hit jack pot when I found this hidden Starbucks since it was so empty compared to the one on 83rd and bell however I realized the reason why. They crank the AC to -30 degrees. I'm the type to like my place cold too but how they do it is literally painful and I come dressed prepared to be in the cold. While studying here I've seen people go outside to wait for their drinks cause it was so cold inside. They do take a while to make drinks and you get a hit or miss with the baristas, I've met one that knew my name and drink after one visit and others that were absolutely awful. Parking is very limited I've had to park on the other end of the lot but the drive through always seems empty and quick. read more

I travel for work many times a year and I also have Starbucks and or Dunkin Donuts on a daily basis. I was there at the end of August and that Manager was ignorant to an elderly couple that was seating outside in 115 degree weather and turned off the mister when the couple asked to keep it on. His answer was that HE'S IN CHARGE and can have it turned off at any time!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I really thought I was on that "What would you do Show?" I don't understand. They closed this Starbucks for all of these renovations which were not needed and now they do not use the camera so u can see them when you order. I mean they can see you and u can see them but they never turn it on. What is the sense to spend all of that money to install a system such as this and it is never utilized? I use this starbucks frequently because its close to where I work. Over time I have experienced coffee served cold, orders completely wrong, extremely slow and unenthusiastic service. This is so common I expect it now. In fact when they get it right im actually surprised. Ive contacted their management on a few really bad occasions and receive the same apathy. I suggest only going there if you have to because, afterall, it is a very convenient location. read more

By far my favorite Starbucks! I have another location closer to my house but go out of my way each & every time for this one because of one thing-the customer service. They never fall short of absolute kindness (even at 5 AM). They also never have me feeling rushed to make a decision on what I want. The drive through gets crazy long in the mornings considering its right next to the freeway but the staff is quick to get everyone through the line.
