The worst Starbucks. Been here multiple times, never had a good experience! I agree with what all of the other reviews said... sometimes me drink tastes like it is made of old or expired product. They're never consistent. Even when I ordered a venti mocha Frappuccino, they gave me some other chocolate Frappuccino and said "oh trust me, you'll like the Frappuccino's much better this way!" Drive thru was fast and they provided excellent service..... And let me tell you, I needed my Starbucks Coffee right away.

I've been going to this location for over 2 years now. I wouldn't go to Starbucks as often if it wasn't for this branch's convenient location on my way to work. Now I'm too uncomfortable to go back there. I spend a lot of money here and I am a gold member. Recently my account suddenly stopped accumulating rewards. My account showed transactions but not the stars. I was on the phone (for over 30 min) to get this fixed on Monday. The girl in the drive- through was super friendly and even gave me my coffer for free when she heard about my card issues. The customer service representative with Starbucks said that my card has been registered all along and that he fixed all the problems on the card and added my stars for the transactions that hadn't accumulated them. After that phone call I received an email saying that I earned my free drink. So I was excited and the next day I went to get my free drink. I showed the girl in the drive-through my phone which said that I earned my free drink. She told me my card is not registered....she asked me if I wanted to pay for my drink with my gold card. I showed her all the proof that I earned the free drink again. And this point the friendly girl from Monday came up and told me that I can't keep doing this and that I really need to call to get this resolved!!! After I've been on the phone for ever, was told that it was fixed!! I didn't know what to say. This was Starbucks' fault, not mine but she made me feel like I'm just trying to squeeze a free drink out of them. I tried to explain the situation and she shrug her shoulders, rolled her eyes and wouldn't even look at me. O even bougjt a drink on my card for the person in line behind me, so it's not like I just didn't spend any money that day. I drove off so angry that I was almost in tears!! I called customer service back and had a really nice lady help me. She said my card IS registered and that the only thing she can think of is that the card itself is faulty. She cancelled the card and sent me a new one. She really handled things and made me feel better. However, I'm uncomfortable now going back to that location, with these girls thinking I'm a freeloader. Today, Friday is usually my Starbucks day. I made my own coffee at work instead. I'm torn now. Starbucks may have to be an occasional thing again when I happen to pass one on a road trip. I can't get myself to go back to that location and there is no other convenient one on my way to work. This starbs is a 'hit or miss'. Sometimes service and quality is awesome... Others it feels worse than McDonalds. Double check your drink... Or better yet go to the starbs on lake pleasant parkway!!!! read more

Ordered a venti nonfat caramel frappuccino and they Made a grande instead of venti. I think to fix it they just threw it back in the blender with more milk and ice. It's almost white and doesn't have much flavor. Also asked for extra caramel drizzle and there is barely any. read more

This is my least favorite Starbucks location which is unfortunate because it's the most convenient one for me to go to. My order is made correctly maybe 50% of the time so my advice to you is to always check and taste your drink before you leave the drive-thru! I'm not one of those people that orders a complicated drink either... one time I ordered an iced vanilla coffee and when I got on the road and tasted it they put sugar free vanilla in it (I hate the taste of fake sugar) today I decided to go to this location because it was on my way and they failed to deliver what I ordered once again. My coffee was good but I ordered a sprouted grain bagel and they gave me an everything bagel .... I'm mad at myself for not checking until I got home. It said the right order on the bag but it was the wrong bagel inside. The employees are friendly and they work fast through the long line of the drive-thru which I appreciate but I would rather wait a few extra minutes and get the right order. I understand mistakes happen and that's why I didn't write a review right away. I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt but now that I've gone over a dozen times and only half the time they get the order right, this seems to be too common of an occurrence at this location. read more

I'm here a lot and I have not once had a bad experience. Sometimes the drive thru can get a little backed up and the parking lot isn't the greatest, but the employees are really friendly and give great recommendations and have never messed up my drinks. They are great! If the drive thru looks busy, it usually moves rather quickly under the circumstances read more

This SBUX is worst I've ever been to. So slow. Just yesterday I was the only one in the store and waited a full minute at the register before anyone acknowledged me. How does that happen at sbux?!? This location is in need of some serious cleaning. All the trash cans were overflowing, the windows were filthy and the counters seriously needed wiped down. The staff wasn't welcoming either. It's a drive thru so I guess those customers are their top priority and since they can't see the inside, it doesn't matter. Not impressed. read more

My wife and I are in our 80's and don't get out much. On Mothers Day my wife was given different gift baskets by my sons and daughter-in-laws. One basket had a small vile of Starbuck's caramel brule chocolate bites. My wife after everyone left opened the vile and really was impressed with the taste. She stated tomorrow she wanted to go to Starbuck's and buy several. I called Starbucks later and the girl said she carried these in the store and if I wanted to come be now, she would package five (5) for me. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure the product was their and waiting to be picked up. We both appreciate her attitude and attention to our requests.
