They make my orders SO BAD every time it's not even funny, my matches are always watered down and when they add cold foam they hardly add any so you don't taste it at all. My cousin got a Dubai chocolate matcha one time and they added strawberry and he's mildly allergic so it could've been dangerous. The workers are also SO rude and have an attitude every time we go. We've gotten eye rolls, cut off on my sentences mid order, exaggerated sighs. I understand not having a good day but they are absolutely unprofessional. Don't waste your money here, North Ave location provides WAY better service and always makes the drinks just right. read more

This Starbucks store had the nastiest, most combative, and unfriendly counterperson I had the displeasure of dealing with in the hundreds of Starbucks I've patronized. I bring my cup to Starbucks because I like the feel; the coffee tastes better; I receive 25 bonus points, and it's easier to handle in my car. The Starbucks cup I purchased looks more like a Grande size but is Tall. I usually have to tell the counter person as they always try to charge for a Grande. In 99% of cases, they take my word and reduce the cost when I tell them it looks Grande, but the thickness takes away from the volume. A few counter people look suspicious and look at the bottom of the cup, which shows it is a 12-ounce cup. This surly and nasty counterwoman immediately confronted me by saying, "This is not a Grande cup." I told her to look at the bottom, and she refused and insisted that I was trying to get away with getting a Grande for the price of a Tall cup of coffee. Are you kidding me? She felt I was trying to steal $0.30 or 0.40 cents from the store. The coffee was good, so I marked this store for two stars. read more

The wise training department forgot to cover customer service 101. Every time I come here I am given the worst customer service. I asked the barista for warm water for my toddler and she told me she didn't have warm water only hot @189 degrees... I patiently explained to her how to take hot water and make it warm by simply adding cold water to it. She looked at me like I just kicked her puppy. Customer service is always bad but this was ridiculous. Lazy and a DGAF employees. Sorry the toddler didn't want 3rd degree burns. If you are so miserable in your job, find something else to do. This place is the worst. I just wanted a nice drink and when I heard my name called I went over and my drink was half full. I ordered a chai and I went back over to ask them to fill it and they just put milk in my drink and completely diluted the flavor and refused to put the actual chai that I ordered in it. All employees were wearing masks, great! However, one employee was wearing her mask under her nose. The CDC and Mesa County Health Department would state that this is the improper way to do this. This was a concern for me when purchasing food. Please train your employees properly. read more

Awful! First drink was completely cold and we had left before tasting it so we were stuck with it. Second time we tried to stop they were closed 15 min BEFORE closing and the two employees inside would not even look at us. We live in NC and boy am I glad. If I could give a negative review, I would. All four drinks were made incorrectly. No coffee in any of them. Or syrup. I think they were just cups of warm milk. Banana bread was ice cold. The wait was long - 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Girl working the window was rude. We will find a different Starbucks to visit in the future. read more

This location was hoppin' on a Saturday morning with 7 baristas and a trainee. Service was fast and friendly and my order was perfect. Good representation of the company! Way better service than my DURANGO store. Only negative is that they need a Clover. read more

This facility is appears the same internal physical appearance as many other Starbucks. It was open late & our drinks were made to order consistent with all other Starbucks. There were three staff working tonight one restocking, one with the drive thru orders & the other was busy multitasking & taking the inside orders. Staff were friendly & nice & within all the normal appearances. I'm not sure what is happening during the day with the other bad reviews but this was a pretty normal location. It was quick and easy to find off the 70. Coffee was a little more burnt than prefered, and the butterscotch latte a little less sweet than expected. Service was friendly, warm, and efficient. I love Starbucks...a lot. I will avoid this location on Rae Lynn, though. While the flavors are still good, the drinks are consistently short on drink but big on ice or froth. It's the only store where I have to ask for little ice to get proper proportions. For $5 a drink, I think they skimp on coffee and I find it aggravating. read more

Went inside today and it was super clean (even the bathrooms) and very very quick. I came to this location often when I first arrived in grand Junction but I wouldn't come back, the drinks are very bland and always the same I order the same drink and always taste differant then the last. I could of asked the to remake it but why? It will just taste like something else. People are friendly enough buy not like the standard batista's you meet and see over time at other locations.
