This is easily one of my top 10 favorite Starbucks locations to visit-let me tell ya why. This location is located in the most perfect spot when I'm roadtripping to SoCal from Sacramento as the 1st stop for breakfast or refueling or maybe just stretching your legs. I can't count how many times I've gotten my 1st coffee of the day on a road trip at this location-they never fail me. I remember how happy I was when they 1st built this location-the days of getting coffee at Chevron or Shell gas stations were over-Starbucks quality from that day forward on every trip to SoCal. This location has a drive thru for those inclined to save a bit of time. Bathrooms lines can get ridiculous at this location though,if you come here on a weekend when many people are on road trips. Ordering on app is a smart thing to do here when visiting on weekends when the lines get a little crazy. I find this location is very hit or miss on cleanliness but that's due to the vast amount of people who show up here at the same time on weekends-during weekdays I find it's pretty clean. In closing-I recommend this location so much when road tripping as it provides a great spot for coffee,a quick snack or maybe a quick bathroom stop-what more can you ask for. read more

I mobile ordered my coffee and sandwich. The sandwich came out fast and had to wait 20min for my coffee. It wasn't even busy at the time. I asked a few times and they kept saying it's coming. At the end, I got frustrated and asked again and they finally realized they put my drink in the drive-through tray and it was there the whole time! read more

Bummer that there have been some bad experiences here for folks. It was a Friday morning stop for us while the car charged down the way. Nice little walk from the charging station located behind that gorgeous hotel there. The line was moving a little slow so we ordered via the app and just took a seat. I placed my order online before we arrived, and expected it to be done when we arrived, but they hadn't even started on it, which was surprising because the place was dead. I mean, 0 cars in the drive through and the parking lot looked fairly empty as well. When we pulled up to the drive through window employees seemed to be goofing around inside. And while nice, they seemed to have no sense of urgency or much professionalism. Our drinks were handed to us hot and fresh since we sat and waited for them, but they didn't even give us a sleeve on the cups to protect our hands. No stoppers were offered either. Not sure if they were out, or the employees were just doing the bare minimum. Regardless, we were ready to get back on the road, so we drove off without asking for those items. They're located conveniently if you're traveling for the holidays, which I'd say is the saving grace. Our drinks seemed to be fine. read more

As far as friendliness, not very friendly I've been in there about four times in the last couple months. They don't say hi when you come up the window and not friendly not very picky person but the basics would be nice. I just don't think you could teach this either you have it or you don't. read more

Nicely located store just off I-5 that has a lot of other services nearby. Took a nice break on the long drive here. This store has both drive-thru and indoor seating if you want to take some downtime. Staff were super busy today but always pleasant. The restrooms are clean, busy, and no codes to get through the door. My iced green tea was most welcome. read more

I made a quick stop at this Starbucks this morning for a GRANDE hot vanilla late with sugar free syrup and a GRANDE iced caramel protein matcha but none of it I got right. First of all they charged me for Venti size drinks, the match drink tasted like pure match , soo much that I couldn't even drink it, it wasn't even blended completely, no caramel, not even a hint of sweet , just pure matcha , green as the grass outside... waste of 7+ dollars , also my vanilla latte wasn't hot , barely warm. There was only one car in the drive through and myself , no cars in the parking lot and when I pullled to the window they seem to just be chilling. I'm not sure why the order was completely wrong and not sure why my drink was barely warm, is not like they were rushing to help other cars. The place seemed quiet and cozy inside. I wish the manager could talk to their employees to make this a better Starbucks, I think they should care more about costumer service. read more

Friendly workers were so appreciated that early in the morning :) I got my standard flat white and it was delicious. I came into this Starbucks on my way home to Southern California, after a good five hours driving I used the restroom and asked for a water cup. She looked at me and said have you purchased something, I said no, she then denied me and said she can't give me water. It is a California law that coffee shops and restaurants must give water upon request! It is illegal to not do so ! You'll be surprised to find a small kids play area here with a play table, toddler chairs, tons of crayons and drawing board, and a shelf with bins of books for varying ages, blocks, and other toys. Being a single mom on the road with kids, this gave my 2 year old the perfect road break to let off some steam. Breakfast sandwich was not hot all the way to the center, but my drink was made well, they offered ceramic cups and plates for eat-in service, and they re-made my husband's cortados to his liking. As a person who visits a lot of Starbucks restaurants, having one (and a drive thru at that) at an exit that's full of service stations for 18 wheelers and fast food restaurants...I thought of this location as a kind of oasis. I didn't want any of the "fast-food" that was available...all I was thinking was needing a "Pick me up" for the next several hundred miles on my way back to So Cal (home). For me Starbucks has what I wanted. I used only the drive-thru, no one was in front of me so the whole process was relatively fast. Also, the order taker had a friendly energized voice which I appreciated. I didn't give the restaurant a 5 star rating because for whatever reason they entered my order wrong, I had to remind them of my entire order which if you're in a hurry could be annoying ( I wasn't but I could imagine). From the other reviews it's not a perfect store but I'm glad they were there. read more
