I know it's holiday and some are traveling to their destinations but I would think that it would be less people to come in. Came in and this place was not clean. Ladies bathroom was dirty filled with tissues on the floor. Just had to come in to use the restroom and order some food but even when ordering It took a long time. No staff was in the front to check if other customers needs anything. But it took 35 mins for my order to be done and all I ordered was a cheese burger happy meal and Big Mac meal. Oh well.. never coming to this place again. Hope management does training to ensure business is up and running correctly. read more

Customer service. They are very bad on that and getting out orders correctly. Many people came in multiple times to complain about their orders not being correct missing items. My family and I ordered multiple items half of our order was incorrect. One of the mcchickens we got had a completely diff chicken our chicken nuggets were cold/almost stale. Smelled like shit when entering. The food ordering kiosk was challenging to navigate. Almost zero staff interaction except for handing me the bag. The milk was put into the tea before the teabag...cooling the water and making the tea weak. This'll be the last time I go to McDonalds. We were on a road trip and decided to stop by for a quick bite, there's two lanes in this drive thru and they skipped us three times and kept taking the other lanes orders. After about ten minutes.. they finally took our order. This place smells like literal poop. It is a very clear sewage back up that they have that is happening in the kitchen. The men's room and woman's room do not have the smell. They should not be open with this as it's a clear health violation. The woman's room does not have a changing table and the stalls do not lock. We left without ordering any of the food as we did not want to risk getting sick from the food being made in sewage backup. read more

Convenient, fast food at Exit 407. However, I am not a fan of the old Bait and Switch. Their $1 menu clearly shows "Any Size Hot Coffee" in the $1 section. (See the photographic evidence attached.) When you pay, they charge $1.49 and tell you that the sign is wrong! An overcharge of 49% is supposed to be o.k.? What else are they overcharging for and by how much? This has been a favorite stop for years but it has gotten bad. Stopped there today, went inside and was told they no longer take orders at the cashier. You have to use the kiosk... dumb. Their wages are now $20 an hour but less people work there. The food was what I would expect from McDonald's. Nothing spectacular to note. An employee helped me with my order at the kiosk which was nice but it's sad that the customer has to do the work to place an order with the prices they charge now. Next door at In and Out, they have real people taking orders that you can interact with and give specifics on what you'd like on your burger. I can see why In and Out is always busy and this McDonald's isn't. I don't think I'll stop at this McDonald's anymore because of the changes. Making customers use kiosks is not good customer service, it's a cost savings effort by McDonald's to increase their profit. read more

We stopped here for a quick snack on a busy Thanksgiving weekend. This is a very busy area, so the traffic can be a bit tedious. I noticed at this McDonald's, like many others, has installed kiosks. This helps keep the orders moving quickly, and allows them to get rid of employees I'm sure. The day that we came, many people were using the kiosks. I have tried these before they seem to work well. We ordered to a real person at the front counter, and she took her order very quickly. It was also processed very quickly in just a few minutes. I ordered the Artisan chicken sandwich and my wife a double cheeseburger. Both items were correctly processed. If you eat at McDonald's, you probably should not expect gourmet food. Our food fit the bill and was served as expected. The men's bathroom was perfectly clean and it had the high-power hand air blower. My wife reports that the women's restroom was similarly clean and well-stocked. So, a pretty good experience. Typical McDonald's food, properly delivered, promptly. read more
