Now, whenever I walk in, they immediately prepare my usual drink and the incredibly delicious Ham & Swiss Croissant. Service was good and I got my order quickly, there were plenty of tables with lots of room to enjoy said coffee and pastry. If I have a small grip, the only working restroom was a little dirty...TP on the floor from obviously gross people not knowing how to be respectful of others who will eventually use it as well. read more

Before my 50min drive home to Hayward I stopped by for a treat & ordered 1 Turkey bacon breakfast sandwich with a Tall sized Oat milk shaken espresso at the Starbucks in Morgan Hill off of Cochrane near Red Robbin. The drink at first looked whiter then usual but I figured once I mixed it up the color would blend and look better (more brown because of the espresso) however when I mixed it the color didn't change. When I took a sip it tasted like straight oat milk. I was so disappointed because I had a long drive ahead of me and didn't want to back track. Thankfully I went to my local Starbucks in Hayward off of Foothill Blvd & told them what happened. The Barista at Hayward didn't hesitate & told me my drink doesn't look right & that she would be happy to re-make my desired beverage. Thankfully I had my Starbucks craving satisfied. [ During Covid Review ] First off, my review is based off the experience I had while doing a mobile order; therefore, my assessment is only based off this. This Starbucks shop is located in a plaza, but be aware, there are TWO starbucks in this plaza so it might be easy to go to the wrong location. Luckily, the address is easy to be seen and I went to the right store for my mobile order. When walking in, this coffee shop doesn't let customers sit inside and drink their coffee which is understandable. I liked that the baristas were quick to noticing a customer walked in because after the door opened, I was asked if I needed to order or if I was picking up a mobile order. I was able to get my drink within 1 minute of walking in. I honestly liked how fast and easy it was to pick up a mobile order from this location, the attention to detail from the baristas, and how I didn't have to wait long to get my drink. read more

Located in a office-y area, this Starbucks is definitely designed for a lot of foot traffic. Five 2-seater coffee tables are pushed up against the edges, with a large open space right when you walk in for everyone waiting for orders to stand. The service was prompt, and baristas were all friendly. The place seemed fairly well staffed in Black Friday morning. Definitely not a great place for studying, and there's plenty of Starbucks with much more seating than this one. read more

Disappointing, I was here a few days ago and saw two unmasked patrons walk in and still get served. At another Starbucks in Hayward, I saw the same thing but the staff informed them they had to wear a mask for service/bathroom entry. That type of enforcement shouldn't be necessary but it's the current state of affairs now, sadly. Either way--if the staff and I have to wear a mask, you better wear one too. Im a regular costumer here. I loved coming here everyday because i was treated good and the baristas were very nice, erika which i think she no longer works there was amazing! Today, i came here at 9am no one say hi or anything which i found it odd. Just went in here today for the second time ever. My first time was early early morning. It was a five star visit. Today I went at 5:30 pm. It was a totally different experience. The coffee - plain drip - was perfect but if you settle in to drink your beverage you would notice the whole place looked sloppy. 5 chairs sort of lost from their designated tables like children who lost their mommies. A fourth of a bagel on the ground the I imagine had been there since morning. Under the bench seating lots of trash visible because I sat directly across. Bits of trash like straw wrappers scattered about the floor and even on the counter where one grabs his or her drink. Loud music blaring not the typical peaceful Starbucks setting I've known to expect.... Most people are on laptops with headphones or having conversations. The music was so much louder than I'm used to and it could drown out normal conversations and your headphones. A lady walks in with her sweater dragging across the dirty floor. A young man in a Camaro comes in and probably no less that 5 seconds later exits. He definitely had a pre paid pre ordered thing going on. From his perspective he walked out with a tall frosty beverage and it was a 5 star experience. That is probably a good route to go. Its not all that busy but the workers are washing dishes, grinding coffee.... working hard. Did I just come right before a shift change? None of it really adds up? Will be back to see this place again. read more

The customer service is great, I come in with my daughter and the staff just falls in love with her every time, making her laugh and giving her snacks! The staff is always so friendly, they greet people with a big smile and are really nice to both regular customers and first timers. It's got a really cozy vibe and the seating area is separated on three different corners of the coffee shop. I like that, because the walkways in the middle and it doesn't get very crowded where you sit. The more seating they at to this place the better it will become! read more
