It's nice they have Starbucks everywhere! Starbucks make the place awesome and convenient to purchase cool and refreshing drinks especially in the hot summer. This coffee shop is further south in Henderson passed Eastern and Horizon Ridge. You'll find them easily on the corner of Horizon and College Drive and there's good parking. Inside is a casual vibe with plenty of seating and amazing music. I ordered my go-to for Venti Iced Matcha Latte ($5.95) with coconut milk, no classic pump, no syrup, and requested strawberry cold foam (+$1.25). The order is for dine-in and my drink was mistakenly prepared as to-go. Savannah saw the error and mentioned to the barista, who then quickly fixed and prepared the latte in a glass cup which I greatly appreciate! Matcha latte is still good, I can see a few specks of matcha that didn't completely blend but the flavor is there, and adding strawberry foam gives a nice and creamy sweetness. I also had chocolate brownie ($3.95) to pair with matcha latte, so delicious! They have it nicely warmed, brownie is soft and moist, not too sweet, and just the right portion, I love it! Whenever we go to or through Las Vegas we take a short detour off the freeway to grab drinks at this particular Starbucks. The first couple of times we visited there was a barista named Carter there who helped us, so we dubbed it "Carter's Starbucks." Ironically, he likely changed stores before our third visit as we never saw him again. Still, we always call it "Carter's Starbucks" when we discuss making a stop. This location is easy to get to whether you are entering Las Vegas or leaving Las Vegas for Arizona. The inside atmosphere is really nice. It is more spacious than it looks like from the outside. Airy with plenty of seating and natural lighting. Great to see people in there working, studying, having a chat, etc. We keep returning to this store because they are always friendly and always get our orders prepped quickly and correctly. read more

Majority of the visits here recently have been good. The location is convenient for me but I do notice that the parking lot and the line for the drive thru is an issue when people try to get out of the parking spots. The staff here is friendly most of the times I have visited and the service has been good overall. I have had a few times where my drink was incorrect or foam was forgotten when I ordered it. I have not been inside so I am not sure how are inside. I have only used the drive thru here. Even when it is busy I will say the line moves pretty quickly in my experience. read more

Fantastic experience at this Starbucks location! The employees working kept the line moving quickly. My order was completed exactly as I received and to top it off, they gave me a free Starbucks reusable red cup because it was a special offer the day I visited for customers who ordered a specialty holiday drink! On the way back from a trip to Primm and Searchlight, I used the Starbucks app to order my normal drink and I chose this location because it was not far from the freeway. I followed the directions and got here quickly. Rather than waiting in the long drive through lines Starbucks now has due to COVID-19, I went inside. Like several other locations, the floor is lined with tape and social distancing markers so guide people in and out of the store as well as places to stand when waiting. No one was in the store so I walked to the pickup area for online orders. I confirmed my name and what the order was, and I was given my drink. I was in and out within a minute. That sums up this Starbucks. Wait times are insane both inside and in the drive-thru. Customer service is like watching a bunch of lobotomize automatons go thru the motions with no critical thinking. Also, there is a lack of cohesion in the "team" starting with a portly, eye glass wearing brunette of average age - who clearly has the "I'm here for the paycheck...I'm going to go on my breaks and kind dawdle while my co-workers suffer attitude." She is the epitome of the glut and sloth that this Starbucks just wreaks of on a daily basis. They are constantly "out" of stuff...or they just can't seem to pull of the basic magic of making drinks correctly - or even cohesively moving a cue of people inside the store or in the drive-thru. Nothing is convenient, competent, or cohesive at this location. The management at the Starbucks at Albertson's groceries right across the street do the job 10000% better in every way. Don't even bother with this location, if I could give it a quarter of a star rating, it would still be too much of a compliment to the severe lacking of this location in terms of customer service, attention to detail, and overall corporate competence. It smells like a hobo's wet blanket, because of the loitering they allow, staff members on break in the lobby can see the filth but make no effort or exercise critical thinking to help their fellow staff members in the thick of things. Avoid this place at all costs. Go next door for a corporate example of Starbucks from people who aren't even on Stsrbuck's payroll! read more

With the new renovation of this place, it's very spacious and welcoming. We arrived later in the day and there were hardly any patrons dining in, we did. The baristas were busy working to serve both the drive-through customers and the ones inside. We were welcomed by loud Hellos and big smiles. They all seem happy to see their clients back. Coffee is made hot and just how we asked them to prepare it and the breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious. I'm a shameless SB fan and this is my neighborhood location so I'm there a lot. I think this location earns a 3.5-4 stars. Sometimes things are frantic, messy, with small inconsistencies, but this location is usually slammed with guests (the drive thru line is often out to the shopping center entrance!) and they always keep things moving quickly. Connected to the previous point, they also sell out of product (particularly breakfast sandwiches) so I would suggest checking the mobile app first if there's something special you're wanting. If you mobile order, the order is always ready when I arrive 10 minutes or less. If you go in the drive thru, it's a 15-25 minute wait every time. The speed and friendliness of their service has improved and so far my orders have been correct.
