I had a pretty unpleasant experience at this Starbucks a month back. It was a night where the 15 south was backed up for hours and I was already 4 hours into my drive home and needed to wake up. I ordered a coffee inside and my girlfriend went into the bathroom. I was waiting for my coffee and my girlfriend had just come out of the bathroom when the lady at the register rudely told her that the bathroom was closed and told her she needed to wait outside. I was too tired to do anything or become upset because I just had to get home. I'm coming back to this review now because it still bothers me til today that a Starbucks employee was so rude. They had a small table barely off to the side of the entrance to the bathroom with a sign that said "No sitting at this area or table" If it was closed, it should've been completely blocked off or a sign that actually said the restrooms were closed would've given a clear message. If I had any energy left that day I would've been furious. I'll be contacting corporate about this incident and I will provide my receipt and info from that evening. read more

Idea location for those drive by car Vegas runs! Located off of Main St just off the 15 frwy on the North east side of the street - it's a perfect place for a jolt caffeine, snack or pit stop. I ended stopping going to and returning from my Vegas run and the Baristos took great care of me. The place is quite large and roomy and also has a drive thru and I'm sure it's busy due to the location. BTW they stay open until 11:00 pm daily. I'll be using this Starbucks often and will work out nicely when I'm visiting clients here in the area. read more

Ok parking sucks but this seems to be the only close by Starbucks off the freeway . They're located next to the chevron gas station and In N out a block down . Barista was super friendly and cheerful. It was busy but she jumped in to help take orders . My iced coffee was made quickly and tasted fine (a bit weak but alright). The location is festive with holiday decorations and colors . Payment was easy via my iPhone . Really have to commend the baristas at this location . They really make the drive up to Vegas much more bearable :) read more

Stopped here yesterday on the way to Palm Springs. Not too full, great service, super clean store and they made our drinks very quickly. Not the best java chip frappe I've ever had but it did the trick and held me through until lunch. I'll be back should I need a fix and be in the area, but I prefer several locations in the area a bit more. read more

The old redhead lady, working behind the counter is mean as hell. I was struggling with my app. Today's my birthday and I was trying to figure out how to get my free birthday drink. And she said if you don't use your gold membership, you lose it there's nothing I can do for you. She didn't even try to show me how to use the app or to see if I was using the right email. Oh my goodness...really quite the worse Starbucks experience I've ever had. I saw several reviews after the fact saying this location runs out of items a lot. This starts with me trying to place an online order so that I can get in and out quickly. Online ordering was unavailable but when I arrived at the location there were only two cars in the drive thru and very few customers inside. Once I entered there was one customer in front of me trying disappointingly to order just a simple tea. The kind where he chooses a flavor and they place the tea bag inside a cup of steaming hot water. That's it! Would you believe this guy asked for three different teas and each time they said they were out! Finally the girl at the register decides to tell him what the one herbal tea was they actually had and he begrudgingly accepted it. I get to the register and order my latte but I want almond milk. Well, they were out. I left empty handed because while oak milk is tasty it has considerably more calories. The two stars is for the fact the employees profusely apologized to both me and the person in front of me and I know it's not their fault. Obviously ordering ahead was turned off because they didn't have enough products in stock. Based on my experience and other reviews Starbucks Corporate might want to look into what's going on at this location. It's next to a very busy plaza so the lack of product will forever be a problem if they don't get it together. What a waste of a Starbucks branded location. read more

Half the time you go the dining area is shit down which is annoying but whatever, the issue with that comes in when the only way to order is through the drive through and the line stays completely still for more than 5 minutes at a time. How is it possible that the only area you're serving is the drive through and we are not moving whatsoever. It wouldn't be such an issue if it wasn't a regular occurrence.
