This is probably the absolute worst Starbucks location that I have ever been to...ever. I have had multiple times where they have taken forever and messed up the whole entire order(s). For this time/order, I ordered two simple drinks. I ordered a vanilla latte FIRST and a Venti Triple Mocha Frappuccino SECOND. When I finally GOT to the window...finally...I was handed my vanilla latte WITHOUT a sippy cup lid because I had cold foam AND I had to wait a whole 9 minutes in my car by the window after I paid to get the world's most melted triple white mocha frappuccino ever...like it had been sitting out since before I ordered...the employee's excuse was: "Sorry, we're making a BUNCH of frappuccinos right now". Stupid. Just stupid. Never coming back to this location for my #StarbucksRun.....to say the least... read more

Just All right! People are nice but they take forever to prepare your order. Inside: Staff keeps playing/talking/flirting/gossiping with each other, which I can understand to a point. You gotta have fun but before the fun, all customer should be able to get their orders. It takes about 10 minutes to get your coffee. Drive-thu: OMG - are you kidding me. The less amount of time I waited here it was 20 minutes. They take forever. If you go in the evening where drive-thru is clear, you can still feel they are not paying attention to you because they are talking to the other staff. read more

This team is the best! The store manager Monica has the sweetest, most inviting spirit. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. After a few times they all know your name and drinks. Mine aren't easy so they get major props, lol! The drinks are consistently good and the team seems trained much better than the other SB, especially Redlands which is the worst off Barton or in Citrus Plaza. The new remodel is hip, trendy and allows more customers. I'm glad the chairs are more modern. Maybe the cheapos who can't afford their own internet will stay less on their laptops. :p The design looks beautiful Starbucks! I love that you kept the rafters and introduced the warm wood with cool metal accents!! If I had to give any advise, it would be that there are a lot of employees that all take over the parking and need somewhere else than upfront. They should really have more parking... When there are 8-10 employees working, how can the paying customers find a spot? Overall, a terrific experience. Keep it up!!! read more

Used to love this Starbucks I come here almost every day twice a day but tonight our experience was just not what Starbucks stands for Chris the drive thru guy was rude and couldnt take the order correctly he also said we now have request the green stoppers so I guess we like to burned if we don't ask for one he didnt have cup holders and he didnt know the menu or listen correctly he should not be working the window with that attitude I loved coming here with my service animal but now I think will driving a bit farther if he is working the window so miss my drive thru staff he didnt even get my drink order right and made me fell frustrated Starbucks Corp help get this guy some training on how to treat people !!!! read more

Minus one star for the wait. Their drive thru is SLOW. I always time them & no lie, the longest I've waited in drive_thru was 30 minutes. Minus one star for the super loud music. It's hard to hear the barista at the bar calling out people's names because the music is so loud. Maybe they should use a microphone or something? read more

I judge Starbucks by the following criteria. Speed Accuracy Friendliness The drive-thru here is insanely crowded but the line moves fairly fast. They've never messed up my order and I've never been given any attitude. If management reads these reviews, I would recommend another drive-thru along the 210 somewhere between this one and the one in Rialto. A Starbucks drive-thru in east Highland would help alleviate overcrowding also. read more

Even though we were the last ones you still get paid until you clock out. whoever took my order was nice while ordering. Asked me all the questions if I wanted cream or my bread warmed. While upon paying he gave me my drink which was a grande caramel frap with no whip extra caramel and 5 pumps of toffee nut syrup. he then gives me it and I see it has whip cream I asked him if he could just remove it that it was fine. he seemed upset. then realized that it wasn't even a caramel frap..it was a Java chip. I had ordered a Java chip too and that was fine but he made a second one instead of my original. He then forgot a iced coffee I had ordered and I told him that he didn't give it to me. He told me he didn't get the order and I told him yes you did because you even asked if i wanted cream in it... c'mon on now.. I get you wanna go home but really??? so many mistakes. as I got home I was getting the banana nut bread I ordered and like I said he asked if I wanted it warmed and said "no thank you" and you can already guess it.. Go elsewhere for good service. I went here and GRANTED,this is the last day of the happy hour frappachino, but that's no excuse for having 8 workers and a drive-thru line backed up into the street and a line backed up all the way to the entrance. There were many workers and one would think the workers would hustle but they didn't. One was just sort of standing there, the order takers could've helped during lag time but in general, very slow. I've never seen so many baristas in one store who are this lethargic. That's just the tip of the iceberg. After waiting and realizing that four customers after me got their drinks, they informed me that they lost my drink and had to take another. Them a couple minutes later, one of the the drive-thru workers "found" my drink (which was runny and melted). No apologies, no one seemed to care. Go somewhere else. read more

This place has gone way downhill since they brought in the new manager, her name is Latasha. She basically restaffed everyone and got rid of some really good employees and replaced them with mindless robots who either don't know what the heck they are doing or just don't care about making the customer happy. One girl made me a mocha instead of a white mocha, which I understand is a common mistake, but when I asked her to remake it she rolled her eyes and the second drink turned out just as horrible. I didn't even drink it, I was sick of dealing with her and left. The only reason I give them two stars is because of the few people left that still care. The only reason we still come here is because it's the only one in Highland. It has gotten dirtier. Used be kept up real nice. The staff is usually polite for the most part. This Starbucks used to be really good now it's just gone so down hill that I debate coming to this location every time I'm craving it and instantly regret it after I get my order. I always order Frappuccinos and they are so overly blended that it feels like I'm drinking an iced coffee. Whip cream isn't even to the top of the lid. Tastes so strong as if they skimped out on sweetener. The customer service is pretty non existent which is surprising since Starbucks employees are known for being really nice. They never give me any receipts so I can't even take a survey. It's in a nice location, I would love to see some re training for current employees so this location can meet the expectations that I know this company has. read more

Just as bad as the last review I left here. My girlfriend went through the drive thru and ordered me a caramel frapp. Every other starbucks I go to its 3 pumps of coffee unless I ask for less, because sometimes 3 is too much for me. Even if I order online from this location it's 3 pumps, as it should be normally. Guess what my drink came with? 4 pumps of coffee without her asking for it. Now I can't drink it because that much coffee makes me sick. This is the only starbucks that has messed up so many orders for me and I'm tired of coming here. I'm in town visiting my brother from Hollister, Ca. I'm a supervisor at the starbucks there and I cannot believe the lack of customer service they have here. I stood in line for 5 minutes with only one person in front of me because the barista ringing ARGUED with the customer the entire time. Now I understand she wanted to be right, but it's NOT her company, the customer pays her paycheck. DON'T ARGUE WITH THEM. This irritated me extremely because as an employee, I know how easy it is just to let things GO. I couldn't find a manager or a district manage card anywhere. I will however go back to this starbucks only because I get a discount and refuse to pay full price at the It's A Grind not even 2 minutes away. read more

Where do I even start??? I have been to this Starbucks about 20 time....the ONLY reason I go to this one is because it is the only one with in 5 miles of my house. They are so slow, and can not seem to keep Soy in stock, ever. I just got home from ordering my two drinks I always order for my husband and I, and they got the drinks completely wrong.....again. The staff often seem like they are hostages and I think the management needs some help. I have worked for Starbucks and had a great experience, I have been going to Starbucks for a long time and never have had a complaint. Hope this store can figure it out and be the Starbucks we are all use to going to. I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. Unfortunately, it gets worse and worse every time I come here. Most of the time if they're friendly I am understanding and I will not complain. This one is closest to my house since I moved a few years ago. I have been going to Starbucks every day since year 2000. I know a lot of people that work for Starbucks and I'm familiar with their values and approach to customer service. So, anyway today I go there, first thing she can't hear me at the drive thru, but initially she doesn't tell me this, she just keeps saying, "sorry, can you repeat that?" So, I end up repeating my first drink four times, every other one twice. But at no time did she clue me in on that she couldn't hear me, technical difficulties, etc. I get up to the window and instead of a friendly greeting it's, "did you need a cup holder?" Then I replied yes because I had four drinks. He had an overall rude demeanor and even as he took my card and gave it back, didn't say one word just had a rude expression. Listen, I work in customer service, I'm understanding, I can't say I'm always enthusiastic but I at least maintain the basics, communicate, greet, engage, etc. He then hands me my drinks and does not say one word, not bye, not thanks, nothing. I'm usually disappointed if a person can't say thanks and have a good day, because they need to know if they're done with their transaction at least. So I grab my drinks and leave. I was so focused on the rude customer service that I didn't realize they got all the drinks wrong! read more

I'm not one to write reviews, but my wife and I went there one morning through the drive thru. The girl at the window was extremely sweet and had great customer service. But while I was waiting for my order, I couldn't help but see and overhear another employee talking to the girl at the window. An older lady with red hair started going off on the sweet girl at the window for no apparent reason. Telling her she had an attitude and didn't wanna put up with it today'. I'm writing this review because that's no way to treat other people, and next time you order a drink here, remember that they're probably not being treated fairly. That being said, I watched the angry lady make my drink, and I ordered it with almond milk, and NO whipped cream (i'm lactose intolerant), and guess what? She made it wrong WITH whipped cream. Didn't have time to come back to have it remade, so I gave my drink to my son. If it weren't for the angry lady and my drink being made wrong by her, I'd give this place a better rating. 2 stars because the nice girl at the window earned it. read more

It's Starbucks. The bathrooms are clean, but there is not near enough parking. While I've not had a bad experience with my order or the baristas, the drive-thru line is exceptionally long, as is the wait. Coffee... My weakness and addiction that I've learned to tame. I absolutely love the smell and taste of it. I use to be a barista and my boss would give me the evil eye if I came to work with a Starbucks cup haha. I go to this location because it's close to home. I love coffee so their espresso drinks and frapps are not strong enough. I always get added shots or I'll mimic a "cafe sua da" and order triple shot espresso on extra ice with white mocha added- this is a bitter sweet strong coffee, yum!! Their teas are refreshing, especially the passion, orange blossom, or black tea. Chai tea is my all time favorite but Starbucks brew of Chai tea is crap!!! It's not flavorful or strong! The best chai is made by gavina products!! I do like the cookies, brownies, fruit twist snack packs, and the egg white spinach wrap - delicious!! read more

Ordered a hot drink, given iced (which I would never order because you get half cup of ice but pay for a full drink!) Ordered w/ soy milk, got regular. I just took it because I was in a hurry...
