Coffee... My weakness and addiction that I've learned to tame. I absolutely love the smell and taste of it. I use to be a barista and my boss would give me the evil eye if I came to work with a Starbucks cup haha. I go to this location because it's close to home. I love coffee so their espresso drinks and frapps are not strong enough. I always get added shots or I'll mimic a "cafe sua da" and order triple shot espresso on extra ice with white mocha added- this is a bitter sweet strong coffee, yum!! Their teas are refreshing, especially the passion, orange blossom, or black tea. Chai tea is my all time favorite but Starbucks brew of Chai tea is crap!!! It's not flavorful or strong! Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Not only inside the store but the drive thru as well. In the drive thru, when you finally get your drink, you are greeted with attitude and zero customer service. I guess the customers are lucky they even get drinks made by the employees. Lucky us! read more

Terrible! I wish someone would open a GOOD drive thru tea/coffee shop. Customer service is not on par with prices. So slow, yet can't get orders right, drive thru area is not big enough... Ordered a hot drink, given iced (which I would never order because you get half cup of ice but pay for a full drink!) Ordered w/ soy milk, got regular. I just took it because I was in a hurry... BAD choice! Tasted like sour milk with a hint of flavoring! I wouldn't risk asking them to make me anything else. Just hope I don't get sick from the 2 sips I had of it. read more

This morning around 6:00 am I place my order thru the drive thru Order was wrong, had to drive thru again and wait in line. Female working the drive thrust was very unfriendly, no apology, bitchy I had to ask for a refund difference as I was charged wrong and then she snaps at me. I took my kids for happy hour today we were there second in line cashier very rude told me that I needed to hurry up because she was getting a line. Not the first bad experience first day of happy hour got there at 4:30 did'nt leave till 5:30 or later sevice so slow we were waiting half hour in line last ones to get happy hour almost did'nt get it cause register prompt that it was over so they first said no I told them that I have been waiting for half hour they finally gave it to us. Next day went to redlands (happy hour) great in and out within 10 mins and great service. read more

I'm not one to write reviews, but my wife and I went there one morning through the drive thru. The girl at the window was extremely sweet and had great customer service. But while I was waiting for my order, I couldn't help but see and overhear another employee talking to the girl at the window. An older lady with red hair started going off on the sweet girl at the window for no apparent reason. Telling her she had an attitude and didn't wanna put up with it today'. I'm writing this review because that's no way to treat other people, and next time you order a drink here, remember that they're probably not being treated fairly. That being said, I watched the angry lady make my drink, and I ordered it with almond milk, and NO whipped cream (i'm lactose intolerant), and guess what? She made it wrong WITH whipped cream. Didn't have time to come back to have it remade, so I gave my drink to my son. If it weren't for the angry lady and my drink being made wrong by her, I'd give this place a better rating. 2 stars because the nice girl at the window earned it. read more

This has got to be the worst Starbucks. There's always ridiculously long lines and the orders always come out wrong. It's really a shame.

When I walked up to have my order take I could tell the girl was not having a good day. I asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch she told me they didn't have those. I told her jokingly that it was still on the menu trying to get her to laugh. She looked at me and walked away. Another lady walked up also unhappy (no one smiles at this location) She took my order what seemed like efficiently. I ordered three drinks when we got them mine was wrong so I told them and the one who took my order gave me a look like I had ordered it wrong. Will not be back to this location. read more

I frequent this Starbucks on a regular basis. This location is frequently out of ingredients necessary to make the drinks, and the service is slow and sub par. Management needs to look at ordering correctly for a busy location and should train their employees to be helpful and courteous since they are in the service industry. read more

I'm not a Starbucks regular but it was my daughters birthday and she wanted to go. Every thing was normal until I had to pay. The cashier was not into her job and didn't say thank you. I'm not looking for a big send off but a smile and have a good day is not too much to ask. I work in the service industry and the way she communicated was from a lack of proper training. Will I go back? No, but my daughter likes it. Who knows, everybody's entitled to a bad day. read more

Really great costumer service. Liane was extremely helpful and so sweet. We ordered a few bagels and cream cheese along with some coffees. They made me the wrong Mango Dragon refresh drink. They added coconut milk. Then after that they were all out of their refresh drinks and couldn't make me another one. I hate it because I always I have to say no milk added. Name the drinks different so there is never a mix up. read more

They get a 3.5 because the service has improved a great deal through drive-thru. However, walk-in service needs some work on friendliness. Although service needs some work, their drinks have always been superb...at least for me. I usually order soy caramel machiattos or soy cinnamon dolce lattes (hot and/or iced) and they've never gotten my orders wrong inside or drive-thru. read more

Clean, quick, and friendly. Easy to get in and out of this place. Right next to the freeway to it is a great place to stop before work. They have plenty of seating so it is a good place to hang out while having a drink. read more

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of Starbucks in my 23 years of life in this planet. First of all we waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes then when we finally got our order the barista who served us our drinks was rude and practically shoved our drinks at us and when we asked for a manager to tell her about how rude her employee was and get a refund she was just as rude and tried blaming the situation on being understaffed when there was clearly enough people there to handle the store. Will not be coming here EVER again! I will drive the extra distance to go to the Citrus Plaza Starbucks where the service is fast and great! The drive thru is the only good part, but don't go inside they all need a attitude adjustment. They are constantly out of sandwiches and other items. Asked for the manager and I was speaking her. We arrived to this Starbucks location on Saturday 11:05pm on our way to big bear lake (we were desperate for caffeine as we had a tiring, one hour drive in narrow mountain roads ahead of us). Based on Google as well as based on the sign on the door this branch was supposed to be open until 11:30pm but the employees already locked the doors and refused to let us in and sell us coffee. When we went around to the drive through window they kept claiming they have always closed at 11pm and refused to give us coffee. Bottom line we had to drive without caffeine. I hope someone at the corporate level at Starbucks reads this and will improve the quality of service in this branch. This was far from a good customer experience.... read more

Wow,wow,wow!!!! I'm not sure what is happening today but,WOW.. worse service ever. I came in I am actually very used to this location been top of the any other Starbucks location so when they give mediocre service it's very noticeable. There was Briana, Samantha and Catilyn these girls are pretty good usually just not sure what happened today. And to think that every Starbucks close for 4 hours so that they get some training on things like these. Anyway it looks like they need more than just 4 hours of training. I still love them tho. The service here has gone downhill tremendously. Lately, they seem to have a constant stream of new, inept baristas who couldn't care less about the friendly service synonymous with Starbucks. The baristas at this location are so skemy. I asked for a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew with the sweet cream on the side instead of in the cup. I get to the window to pay and I see my total is way far off from what I typically pay and when I ask I find out they were charging me for the sweet cream that already comes with my drink and a Venti size!! Stale and poor quality coffee compared with other, local coffeehouses. This one has a drive through ala McDonalds.

I worked for Starbucks for seven years so I am a harsh judge but this store is hit and miss. Today was a hit, though. Their drive through has to be the most poorly planned drive through in the company, and the 6 parking spaces adjacent the actually building aren't nearly enough. read more

Ugh! Every time I go to this Starbucks, they are out of something. Last week there was even a sign on the register listing ALL the things they were out of! How can you be out of straws and lids??? Very upset I ordered a venti Starbucks double shot on ice in the drive thru waited about 20/25 mins for my drink and that's wasn't the problem the problem is when I got my drink it was filled about half the cup which makes no sense bc I ordered a venti so the cup should be filled to the top. When I asked for more milk in my drink the barista said I will have to put it in a separate cup I said that's fine. She turns around and asks for a cup of milk someone yells back with an attitude and tells her they have to charge me for the cup of milk which is 3.25$. Now why do I have to pay for a cup of milk when my drink includes milk? So I ask her why do I have to pay for milk when I ordered a venti cup my cup is half way full and the other coworker comes to the window with an attitude like really lady you messed up my drink and you're mad I want my drink made correctly?
