First of all...I waited 30 minutes in drive thru thinking it'll be a quick stop on my way to work. I was wrong. I asked for extra mocha sauce in the CUP of my drink before the Coffee i even emphasized that at the window. When I got to the window after a long wait they were like "were still making your drink" like what have y'all been doing this whole time???! My drink was super DRY and no mocha sauce in my cup like I asked, I was so over it by that point and late to work i didn't have time to ask for another drink. Terrible service. read more

The location is convenient especially if you work in the area. It isnt as big as other locations I've been to, but it is still nice to go to for a study area or just to get your starbucks fix. The line for the drive thru is always long , but t goes by fairly quickly. I haven't had a good skinny vanilla latte that was better than the one made at this location. Horrible service. I tried to get the promotional unicorn frap however an employee stated that it was only for one day. I told her it was for 5 days (April 19th-23rd) today is the 22nd and it is still going on.. she did not believe and did not want to make the drink. I work close to this location and they have done a pretty good job. I only order a chai or skinny vanilla latte and it always comes out good. Although I think the panera on the other end has a better Hot Chai latte. Sometimes I get warm drinks but its fine. I would not go early Mondays (5am-2pm) or early Thursday and Fridays. As there is always a line. but Tuesdays and Wednsdays are fine, in and out. read more

I would skip this Starbucks. The building is nice, but the staff is rude, impolite, unprofessional, and loud. They all yell at each other disrespectfully and have bad attitudes. They treat the customers the same way. I sat there for 20 minutes watching them. There was a nice cashier. She didn't look too happy in the chaos, though. They have difficulty making drinks, the rush seems to stress them out and they cant handle it. Messy cups, mistakes, etc. They do deserve at least one star because some customers seemed to be amused at their crazy behavior. One walked out laughing and shaking his head. So there's that. Pet-peeve: Employee making drinks with no hair protection on like a cap. The manager with the donut hole earlobes came through so I asked him: Me: Isn't hair protection required by U.S.A. health department regulations? Mgr: yes, it is. I think this location is finally getting their stuff in order! The drinks are becoming more consistently prepared, and they appear to have a more knowledgeable staff. The drive-thru line is still VERY long on a normal basis, but if you go in the store to order there is very rarely a line and you get your drink much faster. read more

I still prefer the Broadway location in front of Silver Lake Shopping Center overall over this location because I know I can get in and out rather quickly each time. This location though, it's proven to be pretty consistent in getting the drinks done right. It may not be the absolute fastest location (it's not he slowest either) if you're in a rush, but the bartistas normally will get your drink right when you order it. I've gotten numerous drinks here, I've not ever had one that didn't taste right. The store is pretty consistent with cleanliness with exception of the self serve bar where you put your sugar, cream etc. that area should be tended to a little more often. It's a fairly good sized Starbucks with plenty of sitting areas to read a book, study or just enjoy your brew and relax. The staff is friendly, the location is convenient and has a drive-thru that's relatively speedy if you rather not go in. It's a good location overall. read more

I let him know I had two more drinks on the same order and another worker found them empty on the side. So he made them. This location just opened not too long ago and I think it's great so far. There was a bit of a gnat problem for a little while, but now that appears to be taken care of so it's all good. I like that this location is fairly quite, which makes it a great place to work. They don't blast the music, and it doesn't get too crowded (yet). So I come to this Starbucks very often, I'm vegan and they have no vegan options other than bread, so with that being said I get the tomato & mozzarella panini. Every single time I come here, I get it without the cheese. It's not that hard to take it off before you warm it up. A handful of times they try to tell me "they can't take the cheese off" so please explain to me why you can do it sometimes but when you're feeling lazy you can't? So I seriously thought this store was different but clearly Starbucks has not explained the job expectations to their baristas. I placed a mobile order (like I always do) 4 minutes prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I realize that it's pretty crowded so after having a talk with myself I walked in with my patience in check... I literally watched people get upset, heard comments under their breath and still I patiently waited for my drink... I even kept my silence when the two baristas complained about how dare people place a mobile order and expect it to be ready when they arrive (sounds like you don't know your role in life... you made the career choice so it comes with the gig and know I'm not judging but you can't get mad at the consumers... learn how to voice your opinion with your company not us) After EVERYONE around me including those who walked in and ordered got their drinks and left, I'm so frustrated yet afraid to ask the barista because he seemed as if he would blow up on me, I asked the cashier for a refund and she was the only person to show concern. read more

I am a frequent Starbucks customer, I have to say this is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Both times I visited they were not very busy and the wait time was ridiculous. I mean just ridiculous, one time in the drive thru and one time inside. Every time we stop at this location I regret it. Baristas are not friendly, consistently have bad attitudes, take forever to make the drinks, and ALWAYS screw up simple orders. This Starbucks never has anything I come for. Twice in June I came for cold brew and a cookie for my daughter around 3 pm and one more time around noon. They didn't have either. My husband came on Sunday they were out of coconut milk today( Thursday) still out. I gave one start for being able to get coffee period and one because they have a drive thru. read more

I love to drink Starbucks, but this location is so messy when they made your drink. I refer to go to the one on Broadway, but this one is closer to my house, so sometimes I went here to get coffee. When you saw they made your drink inside the store , you rather shouldn't drink it. They used the towels that clean the counter to clean your cup,that is so dirty. I may be biased because of how great service I always tend to receive at the Walnut location but nonetheless, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Not fond of the wait time. I've been in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, & I'm sure some people are like "wtf why are you still waiting?!" Well because I'm craving a Bacon Gouda (a must try if you haven't done so already) and my $5 coffee. Lol! Also I like the Walnut location because of how upbeat everyone is, even in the drive thru! This is the loudest Starbucks I've ever been to with the most obnoxious employees. One employee was cussing at another. The girl at the drive through was eating chocolate while handling my drinks and food. They are in no hurry to help you or ask if you need anything.
