Before heading outta SoCal back up north up and over that Grapevine, I need me some coffee fill up for the trip. The rest of the crew riding in ths big Suburban need some too and to use the restrooms as well. I wanted to do a last chack of my work stuff emails on my laptop too. Thw WIFI was fine here for that. I just tell the crew to put all the orders on my tab and I pay with my Starbucks card. I get my thermo travel mug filled and that should last me till the next stop some where up along the 5. The inside of this Starbuck's location is nice and clean and the servie was quick and efficient. I even get a little discount since I brought my own coffee cup, I think it's like 10 cents, so no big deal, but at least it's there. We all tank up and hit the road. Once again, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. It's the quality of service that really sets each one apart from the other. I had a car show that I was attending and wanted to grab a coffee beforehand and this one was right across the street. Located in a big shopping center, this one has plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about finding a place to park and it does have a drive-thru so that makes it easy. Now it was pretty early in the morning, around 7:00 a.m., I would have thought it would have been busier on a Saturday but there was a few people outside and a couple people inside so my order process was super quick. As I've said many times before, it's the people behind the counter that make the difference and this place was nice. Friendly, always greeted with a smile, and just generally helpful. Even though the drive-thru was fairly busy, they were able to get my order out in a pretty quick amount of time. Which is always nice, especially if you are on the run or going somewhere. Bottom line? It seems like you can't throw a rock down the street and not hit 15 Starbucks, however, when you find a good one it definitely should be added to your list. Love this Starbucks! It's conveniently located in the middle of EVERYTHING! I can grab a matcha before or after getting gas from Costco or after watching movies. Basically any errand or activity you can think of you can pair it with a drink from this store. With that being said it does get super busy. Which makes sense considering Costco, Whole Foods, and Bella Terra attracts people in masses. I feel for the workers here when they get hit with non stop waves. RIP. We grab both Trentas White Chocolate strawberry cream cold brew and Pistachio Cream cold brew. Also tried the chocolate swirl muffin and Dubai chocolate loaf, both which were very tasty. Service was great but no inside seating. I wanted to check on a couple of emails and while they do have some tables outside, the sun was so bright I could barely see my screen. Not bad and in Cali, the weather is typically nice but if you are looking to do a little business, well this might not be the best spot. read more

I genuinely love this location, which makes it disappointing to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, we had a very unpleasant experience with Cassie. She came across as condescending toward my wife when we politely asked for light ice in our drinks. When the drinks came out, they had more ice than coffee, so we asked if they could be remade. The replacement was brought back almost immediately, and it appeared that the drink hadn't actually been remade. It looked like the contents were simply transferred (partially) into a different cup with a ton of additional milk added. When we asked again for it to be remade properly, Cassie came out and mocked my wife, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. It was a very disappointing experience overall. We've always enjoyed coming here, but this interaction left a bad impression. 1-star experience, but couldn't give the location a 1. read more

Love this location! I come here 99% of the time because it's the closest one to where I live. They've recently renovated the inside so there's no indoor seating anymore, only outdoor. But I always pick up so that's not really an issue. The drive thru lines always move fairly quickly but I've gotten used to doing the Starbucks app order for in store pickup and have never had an issue. The baristas are good at making the drinks perfectly too! Very rarely do I get a drink that doesn't taste good at this location. They're always very friendly too! read more

Don't really like this Starcrooks for the following reasons: 1. It's more expensive than the average Starcrooks in this area. ($3.45 for Pikes here vs $2.95 at some others.) 2. There is NO indoor seating. No "homey" feeling here. It's mainly a drive-though. 3. When you order a coffee black at EVERY other Starcrooks the order taker quickly just fills the cup with Pikes and you are gone. Here your order gets qued with the fancy drinks and you wait and wait for a 2 second pour coffee. 4. Probably will not return to this one although this Pikes brew was great because 1/2 a Grande charged me up for the entire long day all over OC. Sorry to leave a negative review. Upsetting Experience and Unprofessional Management This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. I received the wrong drinks, and while they were being remade, the manager, David, asked me to move out of the drive-thru line so other customers could receive their orders. I explained that the delay was making me late for work, and he said he would bring the drinks out to me -- which still took quite a while. When I eventually went inside to check on my order and expressed how inconvenient the situation had become, David responded by telling me that if I knew I was going to be late for work, I shouldn't have come to get coffee. Not only was this comment unnecessary, it was completely inappropriate. It is none of his concern when I choose to get my coffee -- I had planned my time accordingly, and the delay was due to the store's mistake. Instead of offering an apology or addressing the issue professionally, he chose to make a rude and dismissive remark. A manager should know how to speak to customers with respect and handle mistakes with courtesy. I was already frustrated by the incorrect order, but the manager's attitude made this experience far worse. If this is the standard of professionalism expected from someone in charge of a store, there is a serious issue with leadership at this location. I hope Starbucks addresses this, as no customer should be treated this way. read more

I just went through the drive through of this establishment. The service... astonishing... in the most horrendous way. I asked for a warm chai and asked for apple syrup, the girl said "no." (No sorry no nothing) And I was like ok.. and she was like "we discontinued it " I know damn well you have that syrup in the back.... And why were you so rude!?! My father and I have been going to this Starbucks since 2012-13 and I have seen Starbucks Staff come and go.. This time they got it right with having 'Raina,' working for them. and to god, I have NEVER come across such an more professional, assertive, and overall amazing Starbucks Employee than 'Raina'. Every time I go there, she gets the order right, friendly w/o kissing ass and coming off phony by yelling in your face before you get your coffee in you.. I've been to this Starbucks with my friends several times. It has a nice outdoor sitting area. We ended up here after shopping at the Bella Terra and Costco. I've been trying all their holiday drinks. Service was confused today. I ordered a vente iced chestnut latte and they made a creme brulee and my friend ordered a grande apple crisp and charged her for a vente. So I go to Starbucks pretty much every morning and get a spinach wrap and a Trenta ice water. I come to this location and they said it is their policy that they can only give out a Venti ice water. I told the girl that every Starbucks I go to gives me the Trenta ice water and I have been doing so for, a few years. Again, every location I go to does this.
