The worst starbucks in the world! Always hit or miss if they make your drink correctly. Dont dare order hot food. It will not be hot nor warm. We always do mobile ordering and it usually takes about 10-15 minutes for us to get there. We had to wait 10 minutes in a parking spot after going through drive after being told to pull into a spot for our normal 2 drinks and a breakfast burrito. Weve come here so many times and always leave disappointed. Its the closest to our morning commute in to work but today was the last straw. The drinks were horrible. Service is always horrible. We saw one of the baristas spill syrup on her hand and arm and she licked it off and out of the bag. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. Shes making drinks and food. Just wash your hands . Terrible. Go here if u want the most crappiest service you could get. Teen employees being super loud, disrespectful to the customers, employees filled with attitude and impatience. The worst thing though...one employee went to the bathroom and I heard to toilet flush and then hardly even a second after the toilet flushed he was out of the the bathroom meaning he didn't wash his hands and then went back to work touching the food and the drinks. My most recent visits to this location have been horrible. Today, I was accused of not letting the drive thru person know I wanted my drink iced. I said it to her over the mic multiple times and she even repeated it to me twice just for me to get to the window and be handed a hot drink. I think told them what I asked for and was rudely told "next time let us know you want your drink iced at the speaker" and so I had to let him know "I did say it at the speaker and she repeated it back to me twice" he then didn't say anything besides "have a good day". Horrible wait time. Horrible customer service. Lack of accountability on behalf of staff mistakes. Do & be better! read more

This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited (first time - last time) and the customer service is the absolute worse I've ever experienced; at any Starbucks (and I've traveled all over the world). No greeting. No goodbye. No exchange of pleasantries....only the exchange of my money and my ordered items. She never even looked at me. The only reason I gave two stars is because my chai tea was good but the warm croissant I ordered was no longer warm since they took such a loooong time with the customer right in front me who only ordered one iced drink. I've visited this location 100+ times. Ensure you allow 30 minutes to go through the drive through. You will wait 30 minutes or 3 there is no in between. 70% of the time there are people in the parking lot asking for money. Some are VERY aggressive and will follow you to your vehicle. If you use the mobile order app. Ensure you order your drink 5+ minutes more than you would at an average location. Also, at this location your drink will not be on the counter waiting for you. Wait for someone to acknowledge your existence and ask if you had a mobile order. It's always a toss up. Wait an unpredictable amount of time in the drive thru or chance being accosted by people trying to get your money. The service and product is usually good. read more

I found a new breakfast place. NO, it's not new at all, but today I decided to wake up at 6:15 a.m., and start working, (I work from home), so I could be done early. Then the tireds crept up on me, then seriously, I had to take care of it. I don't like coffee. The first place I thought of was Starbucks, it's like, within seconds of here. I walked in, and was pleasantly greeted by a staff who were way more perkier than I. I ordered the new Coconut frappe, and they had it out to me within seconds. OH My...it tasted like a chocolate milkshake, and the coconut flavor was strong, and the whipped cream on top of it with toasted coconut on top of the whipped cream. All for only $3 something. I never ever in my life thought I'd like something with coffee in it, I was wrong. The caffeine hit the spot, and the calories took care of breakfast and lunch. I think I was as perky as the baristas this morning. To heck with McDonald's for breakfast, I'll be drinking mine from now on. I don't prefer Starbucks, but it's within seconds, no work time lost. And they were fast. I looked for the cake pops, but there weren't any. I wanted to compare them with mine. all in all, a pretty cool place, good atmosphere, comfortable, and fast. read more

Honestly the only reason I can't give this Starbucks 5 stars is due to its location. It's near a bus stop that always has people lingering. It's not the easiest to get to and takes a few minutes to figure out how to get back to the highway once you do make there. After holding a year long grudge against this Starbucks, I decided to give them another try. Once again, I felt like I was invisible as I walked in the doors. It took them forever to acknowledge my existence. I had a hard time deciding what to get because I usually try to be creative, but didn't want to confuse them. I could tell they were getting impatient because each of the 3 bariatas insisted several times that they could provide excellent suggestions. No thanks. Complete dump. Parking lot is in awful shape and difficult to navigate. I had to backup just to let someone out. Once inside, things went downhill. Started my order, but the barista did not wait to hear of my complete order and started to get the coffee first. This proved to be costly for me, as I asked for a breakfast sandwich and scone. I've been going here since 2008 or 2009, and I really enjoy the people that work there. The manager always greets us when he's there, and as soon as we walk in one of the baristas will give us a 'good morning'. They're always quick to get everyone's order finished, and have no problem fixing something should you have a problem- everyone's attitude about working is really wonderful. I even had my 18th birthday at this spot! (With Starbucks all around and cake, it was the best ever!) The food they have is delicious, and a nice selection for a small Starbucks. The atmosphere is also quite nice and relaxing (very pleasant) and I plan on continuing to go there for a while. read more

The tiny parking lot co-mingles with drive through traffic. - Service - 3/5. I've only been inside a few times but am pretty sure they're friendlier in the 45 seconds we interact in the drive. - Noteworthy things - 2/5. The exterior is poorly maintained with fake bricks falling off and overgrown landscaping. They do have outdoor seating but it's surrounded by a parking lot and drive through. They get extremely busy and are one of the most high risk stores in the area dealing with rude people dangerous people and other situations. Despite that the workers are usually very kind and quick their was only one person making drinks for most of the day and the lobby was closed yet my drink was ready for me when I got to the window. read more

This is ridiculous to surely get charged for everything specifically you want in your drink and that's okay but to then have your drink tasting disgusting and not the way you ask for it is not right! My friend and I came through the drive thru and had two separate orders. I knew going through the drive thru with two separate orders would be a little difficult but I didn't think it would be as horrible as it was. Rachel, who was at the drive thru was very rude when taking our orders. My friend and I ordered two venti frappes and she gave us two grandes, so we asked for her to change it for us and she got a serious attitude. Instead of fixing it right then and there she told us we needed to wait ten minutes to even receive our drinks. Then when we received our "corrected" drinks they were wrong AGAIN. We asked for our correct drinks again and she didn't want to give them to us. So we had to go inside and watch her make our correct drinks 20 minutes later. I ordered the birthday cake frap and was told they could make it but I couldnt have the pink whip cream because they were out. When I pulled up to the window the barista asked me what I ordered, I told him and he said ok then I overheard him tell someone he forgot to put my order in. Management issue: manager needs to establish a level of professionalism at the counter, where customers can hear and see the activities of staff. Staff was drowning in orders, poor red head was doing the best she could as the main barista, with no help from the manager, UNTIL the poor girl started making mistakes, then he availed himself to help her. Then an employee arrived to take over the orders at the counter and she immediately started her arrival with a loud voice, talking about her feelings, talking about mistakes on her pay stub, coding on her cash till for tips, and then she took an order for a bagel that fell through a bag that apparently had a hole on the bottom, of which she made sure everyone could hear about the incident. (Please note from the level of detail in my message, that I, a customer, was privy to details that should have been discussed in the back office). I do not blame this young lady for her lack of professionalism but I do blame management for her lack of training and support. I also blame the district office for poor leadership training, it was clear that he thought he was doing the best he could. If you want Starbucks, don't go to this location, hopefully they will do what's necessary to get this location up to Starbucks standards. read more

I have never encountered a Starbucks attitude so bad. None of their clerk has poker face. I ordered 2 cups of black tea with salted cream no ice. I repeated 2 times without ice. Then it was made to have ice. After I told them, they said with a blank expression that they could remove the ice. They then made two cups, one of which still had ice, and the salted cream on it had been mixed in the black tea. I once again told them about the not ice on the drink,while the ice between them was removed, there was no salted cream on the top. After that, I pushed the cup of drink without salted cream on the top. Their services still have no expression, and they don't ask why they are pushed off. Just dumped the drink and then slowly came over and gave me a refund, in fact, there is no expression on her face at all. Can't say I've been in a store that was more of a mess. The in-counter trash can be the milk was literally overflowing. Three cups were protruding from the csn top, leaving no place to deposit trash.
