Is anyone reading the reviews for this location? I appreciate the consistency of the yelps. There has got to be an initiative at this location to run as bare bones as possible. Corporate profit should not override the guest experience and that is clearly the only thing that matters to these owners based on all of my recent experiences. The staff is miserable, like I get that they are trying their hardest but it ain't cutting it? It's pathetic. The team seems really friendly but burnout is a real thing and employees can only work so hard, they need a raise and y'all need to hire more people. Plenty of folks are looking for summer jobs, it's insane to run short staffed during this time. Invest in your folks so you don't run off everyone, it's so easy to find a better location that actual has a management team that cares and shows it by hiring enough people to keep up with demand. read more

Stopped by this location today for what I thought would be a quick experience. First off, there was not one single person in line. I wait 2-3 minutes before my order was taken. I ordered a white chocolate mocha that I waited for 11 minutes to receive. I didn't understand the wait considering inside was empty. I asked about my drink and was told it was coming, but it was still a wait. If you're pressed for time, don't stop here. One drink should not rage this long to make. Unacceptable. read more

They make my drink corectly, but they have removed the sleeves and stoppers from the counter. What this means is that if you have a mobile drink order and need a sleeve and stopper, you have to wait to get someone's attention and stand there until they will come give you one. Big inconvenience to the customer trying to get their to go order - which is the whole point of ordering in advance - speed. Are they trying to save money? Can't afford to order sleeves and stoppers??? SO annoyed. read more

First off let me start by saying my wife and daughter love them some Starbucks. Now down to business. I waited in the drive thru for about 12 minutes after my order. When I get to the window I see them working and taking care of business which was awesome. Then the lady looks at me placed a drink down at the drive thru window then walks away to make another drink. I said to myself I know that's not my drink just sitting there and I'm waiting on it. A minute or 2 later the same lady walks up tells me the price and hands me the drink that she sat down earlier ‍. I looked at her and as bad as I wanted to tell her how I felt. I decided to do the right thing and just pay for my daughter's drink and drive off. I really felt disrespected like that was done on purpose. The line went fast and efficiently. The order was correct. Lately I've been getting a dark roast topped with vanilla foam. This was the best one yet- lots of foam! The food was also good. Gloves worn, masks worn and I removed our items from a tray so cashier wouldn't touch. Of course nice I can pay through app for no contact. read more

Stopped by recently and haven't seen my favorite barista "lala" not sure why she always tried to make sure my drinks were good and on time. Manager is clueless and forces her employees to do a mangers job Happened to be there with my father standing on line for the bathroom for about 20 minutes to find out a lady was in there using it as a private meeting room. Came out of the room and expected the employee "lala" to take her garbage out with her and help her. I laughed and said what is she your slave. That pissed her off leading her to get more agitated and "B**chy" and entitled as most starbucks customers are. She then was giving the employee attitude on her way out the door. Having no drink she sat outside waiting for the employee and ambushed her outside with a multitude of slurs, derogatory remarks and insults finishing it off with a classy flip of the bird to the employee. Like they dont deal with enough of you entitled jerks. Its clear to see the manager is a moron for lack of better words making an employee force a customer out of the bathroom. The managers do nothing but make sure things go smooth. They rarely make drinks or work on the floor. Yet her lazy ass made an employee do it. Then took the customers word that she was attacked for no reason and flipped off. Shes a joke. Woman makes probably 50-100k a year and is coming after a fast food workers job like they dont have bills and things in their life to worry about. These employees dont come to work for your abuse. The lead barista was extremely rude, came out into the parking lot to verbally attack me while I was trying to get my child in our car. There was a miscommunication about my order and they accidentally gave us something extra. She accused me of stealing something that they packaged and handed directly to me, and then accused me of lying when I told her I misunderstood the situation. Ive never had someone behave so aggressively and try embarrass me in front of other patrons, over something so small in my life!! Unfortunately, the staff at this location are not customer focused. I ordered online for an in store pickup. I arrived to a locked door at 10:00 am and a sign that said the dinning room would be closed at 10:30. I could see my coffee and sandwich on the counter with about 8 other cups of coffee. I knocked on the door trying to figure out why it was locked 30 min earlier than the sign said. Stood there for a couple of min before a single barista acknowledged me. Only to point to the drive through window. Sorry but I was able to select in store pickup and the line for the drive through was 20 deep. Eventually someone finally came up to the door after another min or two. They seemed very annoyed by me being at the door. They said they had a "Covid trace." I asked for my order and the annoyed barista begrudgingly gave me and another lady at the door out orders. I get it there was a Covid case, but all you would have had to do was acknowledge me at the start come to the door to serve a customer and explain why they had the door locked. I would have been fine with that. Instead everyone working ignored me being there. On top of that there were 2 girls in the dinning room that were clearly customers and not wearing a mask. Be consistent and set the right expectation for your customers. The temporary sign said closing at 10:30 it was 10:00 am. The only bad experiences I have ever had at Starbucks have been at this location. read more

Every manager that "ran" this store were usless. The current manager is the worst! After witnessing a customer use the bathroom as their private office for a zoom call, who handled the situation? An employee. The manager couldn't be bothered. But, she was quick to side with the customer who went out of her way to make it extremely difficult on said employee. I really wanted to speak up. That customer was a complete *****! If you want respect and good coffee, that doesn't cost 9 bucks a cup. Literally, any other coffee shop in Lancaster is better. By far the worst Starbucks on any day. It could be busy, or completely dead, you will still wait 20-30 minutes regardless. There was 1 car in front of us and no one behind us and it took us 20 minutes to get to the window. When we finally pulled up there were 3-4 employees standing around laughing and talking. 1 on their phone. Sat at the window for another 5 minutes just staring at them. Was so fed up that we told them this was the worst service ever and didn't understand why everyone was just standing and not in any hurry to finish drinks. The girl said I'm sorry, I know...really? I never come here because they are always out of items and I came here on Christmas Eve I understand they were busy but I have now been here for longer than one hour and I made a comment to the people working nobody got back to me they brushed me off and continued to keep making drink for people who were not there! I am honestly shocked that this Starbucks is still open... Without fail, you will be waiting for at minimum 15-20 minutes in their drive thru. Staff don't greet you when you pull up to the window and are too busy socializing with one another to get drinks made efficiently. I've often had my drinks made incorrectly as well. Horrible service. Waited 47 min inside the store. Person helping us told us there was no ticket for our order and that we ordered at the wrong store. Problem with that is that we ordered it IN PERSON. I was kind but firm in showing my bank showing payment and the person said they couldn't verify but that they would make them they guess. They then slammed them down and made a face at me. I'm sure it must have been a hard day - but that is unacceptable and just one of a ton of horrible experiences there. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been! The staff was horrible. I've ordered 2 pcs of mint lattes and they ' accidentally' forgot to add the mint flavor to my coffees however I paid for it. After asking them to correct their mistakes I've gotten 2 cold lattes and, they were like only water with milk and mint....it was horrible! I'm extremely disappointed in them. This location is a hot mess. And if you are wondering why? It's is, at the core, a management problem. The store is chronically understaffed which is a labor hours problem, but the manager should help on the floor which does not happen. Good employees are terminated or quit due to threats and poor working conditions, and new faces shuffle in; which they do not adequately train so you end up with poor service. This location has gone through so many poor managers. Maybe district should think before they hire the next one. read more

All of the baristas here are super sweet, and have a great attitude. However, the staff only seems to last a couple months because people always disappear and i'm constantly seeing new faces. I feel bad for the employees because I know they are always short staffed but recently my drinks have been tasting awful. I pay 6$ for my regular latte and it tastes like watered down burnt dirt. My husband and I are looking for property to buy and it had been a very long day. We passed by this Starbucks and decided to stop by and get something to drink! This Starbucks is very neat and well kept. Seems very new. There is a lot of places to sit inside. It's a neat set up. I don't think I have ever seen a Starbucks that was a decent size! Most are small and congested. The staff was very nice and our orders were prepared very quickly. We will definitely be back the next time we are in this area. I am amazed that a Starbucks allows multiple maskless customers to stand in the store and wander close to other people and breathe on other people's orders on the counter in this era of COVID. I ordered a standard menu item (English Breakfast tea latte) and the employee waited until all orders placed after mine were done before asking her Manager how to even make it, leaving me to stand in the store for 20+ minutes after the app said my order should be done, breathing with the maskless customers and allowing the other drink I ordered to get cold while I waited. I waited over 25 minutes for an iced coffee. The drive-through lines are always really long, so I make a point to go into the lobby. Doesn't matter if you go to the drive-through or inside. Unfortunately, there is terrible customer service either way. read more

As I walked in at 9:20 something I tried to look outside to see the hours of operation but couldn't find it posed. When I opened the door, a barista yelled saying, "you know we close in 2 minutes?!" I told her I didn't know that and that I was sorry. I turned and walked out without her responding. I have worked in food and retail both, so I understand the frustration of someone coming in right before closing. However, I do also know that there are nicer ways you can say things. I would never purposefully enter a place that was about to close. I didn't even have a second to ask when they closed because she immediately raised her voice and let me know. Going in & ordering or doing a mobile order is always super fast & the employees are so friendly. The drive thru is a little slow but that's understandable.
