I always look forward to Red Cup Day at Starbucks because I like to take advantage of the free red cup to recycle and use during the holidays. I wanted to try the new Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai Latte for the holidays because it sounded wonderful. The drink was fantastic!!! The latte had the perfect consistency of gingerbread, Oatmilk, and chai and was at the perfect temperature. Of course, getting the free red cup was another plus as well. The service is excellent as always in Starbucks. The staff are very professional and know how to get the job done. The ambiance is always on point at Starbucks because you can work remotely from the shop or just hang out with friends while enjoying great conversation. The drive thru is always packed at Starbucks, so I would recommend going into the shop and getting your beverage instead of the drive thru line because it will be quicker for you if u r in a hurry. Starbucks is awesome and they always produce a great latte or cup of coffee. Starbucks will be around for a long time and will continue to enjoy it for as long as I am able to do so. read more

The day I stopped in to this Target Starbucks location there was an extremely friendly male barista that represented Starbucks well - that is not always the case! In fact I've had a few unpleasant experiences at this location with another not so friendly barista. I loved that the barista had samples out - I found I really enjoyed the Peach Green Tea Lemonade. I was also able to take advantage of the Target Circle discount of 20% off all drinks on my order. Target has discount coupons frequently available through their app - a definite advantage of going to a Starbucks inside of a Target. read more

I had a very bad experience today at this location. First, they didn't call my name when the drink was ready, so my drink sat on the counter for a really long time. When I figured out the drink was mine, I realized they gave me the wrong order. When I told them the order was wrong, they tried to just scrape off the whipped cream and add coffee in the blender. I told them that I would like a new drink and they told me "it's the same thing". I asked again and recieved the same response. I told them I didn't want it, and would just like a refund instead. They then told me they couldn't refund a gift card. I insisted they refund me, and then they finally completed the refund. Overall, this was the worst starbucks experience I have ever had. It was very dissapointing. Won't be going back to this location. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks when I have a Starbucks craving due to it's location on my drive to work and because it has a drive-thru, yay! My review is primarily around their drive-thru. Almost every time, I have a wonderful, friendly quick experience. It probaby helps that I don't come at a super busy time due to an early work schedule but I appreciate their cheerfulness that early in the morning. Mitstakes or cranky employees is rare here for me. I highly recommend their bacon gouda breakfast sandwich! A breakfast here isn't cheap, but a nice occasional treat! Oh word of warning - during the school year, during nice weather, this is a popular place for nearby high school students to go to after work - it gets crowded and loud! read more

I stop in this location every day. The employees have great customer service and are all very friendly. They remember my name and my few different drinks that I order. Professional service. Sometimes this location can get pretty busy in the morning, but they are still pretty quick. Just because the line is long doesn't mean that you'll be in it for long. read more

I witnessed an appalling display of customer service. A male employee treated a customer terribly rudely even though the customer was in no way acting badly. The Starbucks jerk got the man's order wrong and the customer actually apologized to the employee. Rather than respond like all employees are taught, this moron actually insults the customer under his breath. The old man couldn't hear and asked the employee what he had said. The employee said, 'nothing', and then muttered another insult. I was too shocked to say anything. The old guy never knew anything was wrong and left just as happy as when he came in. This Starbucks seems to have a negative energy to it compared to other Starbucks. Usually Starbucks baristas are pretty friendly and the drinks are at least good, but here the baristas appear cranky and produce meh drinks. The baristas always seem so grouchy for some reason. I am beginning to wonder if this stems from management. One instance that stands out was one time a month or so ago I ordered a Venti Very Berry refresher. Google that drink. See how dark pink it is? The one I got was very light pink, and had a ton of ice. I tasted it and it was tasted very watered down. I have rarely complained about a Starbucks drink, but when I have the baristas are always happy to redo the drink. When I asked about this drink and how I thought it was more diluted than usual, the one barista (that I think was the supervisor) said, "Well do you want it without water? Because it has water in it so it's going to be somewhat watered down." Why on Earth would I want a drink of pure flavored syrup? What kind of snide remark was that? The barista (who wasn't particularly pleasant either) who made it said it was because she ran out of berries so that's why it wasn't as dark as usual. She offered to remake it. She remade it, and guess what? This time it was remade properly. Interesting. I feel like the drinks I get from here are never that good. I'd rather drive a bit more and go to the one at 96th and Meridian or even the one inside the Target. Even if the drink turns out meh, at least the baristas are pleasant! read more

Very friendly and excellent staff, the inside of the Starbucks has an awesome Decour and it is awesome to work out for a long period of time. Dislocations drive-through is a bit slower than other Starbucks I've been to but overall a very good experience! read more

Service is terrible. It has gotten worse under the new manager. These people have no sense of hustle or urgency. They just amble along at their own pace. I would fire all of them and start over. The Starbucks at 96th and Meridian is a model of productivity. They move fast and efficiently. That is where I will go in the future. read more

I accidentally did an online order to the wrong store and was running late to work. I didn't realize I had selected the wrong store until I got here but the staff were more then accommodating and quickly made me a knew drink free of charge since I had already paid on the app (not to this store though which is why it was so nice) they are always extremely quick and friendly read more
