Decided to stop by on their grand opening. If you are expecting Starbucks speed maybe wait to visit because they are new and a little slow. Team works well to crank out the drinks. I love sweet lattes so I was pleased with all the options. I'm at a great spot to bring family and friends lots of kid friendly non caffeinated drinks too. The location isn't in the most convenient spot. The traffic in the morning on Sunnyside is atrocious. They have outdoor seating located in the drive through. It's a weird setup but it's shaded so that's a plus. There's a decent amount of seating inside and I noticed lots of outlets so could be a potential work space. I got the Carmel Mellow iced latte. It's a latte with Carmel hazelnut and marshmallow. It was so good. I also tried their ham and cheese bagel. I wasn't able to get a picture but it was delicious they add cream cheese which I thought complimented the sandwich well. This place is definitely worth a visit and I'll be a regular for sure.

So, I came in because I have been to Biggby locations before and it was an ok place. Not Starbucks or Dunkin quality, but it was close to home and I had ran out of Coffee at home. So, I told my wife I would pick us up a couple coffee drinks from this BRAND NEW LOCATION!!! Well when you think of a brand new location you would think they would be on top of their "A Game"....WHELP....this is not the case. It is a few days after their Grand Opening.. Not their soft opening....their Grand Opening. A Tuesday afternoon to be exact. I order a Carmel Marvel Latte with Soy milk, and sugar free syrup, and an Island Bear Latte. Make a long story short .....I waited a few minutes shy of 45 minutes waiting on 2 drinks...JUST to be told they didn't have Soy milk at that location. Why was I not told when I was ordering so I didn't waste almost 45 minutes of my life waiting for nothing. By this time I was soooo mad I couldn't see straight. BUT I politely asked for my money back and left......however, I am blowing a gasket on my review. Not only am I mad they didnt tell me they didn't have Soy milk when I ordered....there were only 4 people in the store when I walked in and me waiting almost 45 minutes and then telling me let's me know they didn't even start on my drinks yet. PLUS, how do they not know what they have, and do not have? Are they not trained good enough? Anyway, terrible experience I'll stick with Dunkin and StarBucks. Besides....if anyone drives on Sunnyside road in the morning....traffic is terrible. Bad location. 1 star.

The coffee here was very delicious. If you like something sweet, the mocha mocha was great. We ended up having to wait for quite a bit of time for a coffee even though there wasn't that much of a line. The prices of the drinks were pretty expensive, comparable to Starbucks or even may be a little more expensive. we didn't go inside, but the outdoor seating area next to the drive-through looks like a good spot to sit on a nice day.

Their coffee and crème freezes are very delicious! You never have to wait very long to receive your order.

Pumpkin spice frappe had an odd taste. Drive through experience was quick even with a long line.

I was excited that they even had gluten free toast, which could be done regular or cinnamon style. They have a "serve yourself" coffee bar where you can pick your own mug - and mine is from a local artist who you can also connect with to buy his pottery. I look forward to coming back!

The interior is nice and the staff were super friendly, but honestly once ai walked in and heard the sun I would probably have left if my friend wasn't already sitting down. It is very very loud inside. So diners going in should know and if you want to have quiet conversations this is not your spot - or sit outside. I saw they had some tables set up outside which was a great solution! The food options were nice and what we got was delicious and well prepared. I thought the portion sizes were a tad small for the price, but the taste was great and lots of flavors and layers which made for a wonderful lunch. It was a fun spot to be inside a school space but honestly unless I went on an off time I would probably steer clear of this spot with others. I'd go back on my own for a meal or do take away or sit outside. It was lovely but just too loud for my tastes and wasting pleasure.

It's comfortable, welcoming, and there's plenty of space to sit down and get some work done. They also have some great food options and normally offer fresh made bakery items. Unfortunately, their baker is currently out, so the selection was a little limited this visit, but what they did have was amazing. I've tried both the cortado and the Cubano. They absolutely nailed the cortado. The Cubano was a fun surprise. It's Brickhouse's take on a café con leche, served in a 4 oz mug and made with steamed half-and-half rather than condensed milk. As a Cuban, I can be pretty particular about anything calling itself Cuban coffee but this definitely works. It hits the right flavor notes and gives you that rich, creamy coffee experience I'm looking for. This place rocks. Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly place to work, and definitely somewhere I'll keep coming back to.

So, I finally decided to stop in. Brickhouse is located in a larger strip center set back from Fall Creek Road at 96th. It has both indoor and outdoor tables. There's a curb-cut almost directly in front of it, and nearby parking offers accessible options. This strip center is actually fairly old, though Brickhouse moved in not long after the pandemic hit as I recall. It has survived and thrived, from what I've been told, because of their quality products, winning ambience, and friendly service. This is the retail home of Brickhouse Roasters. There's a strong element of faith as the cornerstone of Brickhouse as the owners were missionaries, and their stated mission involves using their coffeehouse as a training platform for missionaries. Brickhouse is locally owned and Indy-based. You can get their beans here, and there's a wide variety of options. Basic options include coffees, lattes, espressos, and all the varieties one would expect. Brickhouse also carries Nelson Teas, Thrive Kombucha, Pure Memory Water, Triple X Root Beer, Martinelli Apple Juice, Natalie Orange Juice, Evian Sparkling Water, imported Mexican sodas and other options. Brickhouse has breakfast and lunch options, baked goods, and quite a bit more. The ambience is definitely a winner. It's intimate yet bold, comfortable yet sort of invigorating. The employees I met were super friendly on a quiet Sunday morning. They are open seven days a week, though there's some variance in their hours. As someone who is almost embarrassingly devoted to my Keurig, I was pleasantly surprised to see they do have some pod options for retail. I'd just gone to a Yelp event, so I kept it pretty simple on this visit and picked up an iced coffee. There's no doubt I'll be back to try the baked goods. I also noted the friendliness of the customers. That's always a good sign to me. As someone who is frequently alone, I tend to go to those places where I can connect even if it's just a passing friendliness. I felt that here. I'll be back.
