I needed a place that serves coffee and has WiFi. I'm using the WiFi to write this review right now haha. Location: it's located near the intersection Irwindale and Arrow. Parking: it's located at the end of a strip mall that leads to the drive thru so parking near the entrance can be tough. Coffee: it's not the best coffee but they make it strong here. It tastes almost too burnt. Got a good caffeine buzz going. Service: it's quite clean and well maintained here. In the couple hours I've been here, there was someone constantly going around and tending the establishment. They also happily greet you when you enter. The cashier always has a smile when I'm being rung up. The only con is that it's quite loud here. They play the music a little too loud so it's not the best place to make conversation. Cleanliness and organization are lacking here. The sidewalk out front is covered with stains. The paint on the door is worn off, and what is left is covered with stains. Trash cans inside are full. Miscellaneous junk (broom, box, bags) is in a walkway (tripping hazard) right in front of waiting customers. That said, this location is PACKED with customers, especially drive thru, so Starbucks is doing something right here. It's just not cleaning. Too busy to clean? Don't make me laugh. read more

If someone can please explain to me why the one Starbucks within this area always take 20 minutes, or more, to fulfill a drive thru order OR why the price for a simple drink always varies?! I swear I have gotten the same drink from the same location during the same week and it's always Russian roulette to see what it will cost. It's very unfortunate that this location is the only one in the area and they can't seem to be efficient. The drive thru was created for those who wanted to be in and out with their order. If someone is ordering beyond their capabilities, ask them to pull aside until you can fulfill their order. Located in a small plaza kind of out of nowhere, but this Starbucks is pretty good. Parking is ample as the location only shares the lot with other small stores and a Carl's Jr nearby. There is also parking in the back of the lot. The store is maintained pretty clean although the store itself is pretty tiny compared to other Starbucks locations. The service is friendly and pretty quick. They are also accommodating if they don't have something or are out of something that you wanted. Bathrooms were also pretty clean when we went to use it. read more

I came to this Starbucks and ordered a Caff Misto on Saturday morning the coffee was so hot the lid popped open due to the steam the cup folded my coffee spilled on my lap. I called the store to let them know what happened to me and so it doesn't happen to anyone else she told me the manager would call. It blistered really bad. Went to get myself and 2 kids a drink before we headed out on our kind road trip. We ordered a simple peach tea lemonade. It was gross . It was hot The ice was half melted , and I don't think they even added any sweetener. The taste was very bitter even the color was off. The drink itself was very blurry as if they used dirty water to make it.Which I honestly think they did because I even asked for a large cup of water and that itself is scary cuz it was very cloudy. We were already running behind on time, so I didn't want to go back and have them redo or drinks we did attempt to call but we were running home and I believe forgotten. Once I got to the store to pick up my order, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for electrical issues. WOW!!! I am currently drinking my espresso frapp made by GABBY! WOW! By far one of the BEST I've ever had it's PERFECT!! I regret getting a tall lol I don't evento want to finish it. This was my first time at this Starbucks since I'm working a min away! Unfortunately I did not get the other persons name that helped me but he was super nice I went in a few minutes later and he still remembered my name greeted me and was so welcoming. I don't frequent this location as often as I do like the one in Duarte because this Starbucks location is a little smaller, has a few less chairs and tables and also less outlets. And to be honest, I like to study at Starbucks because it keeps me away from distractions at home sometimes (well ok, I also do like to poach off of the free wifi here as well). But anyways, this Starbucks still gets the job done in getting me a refreshing drink or helping me to get a bit of a jump kick (caffeine) throughout the day, no matter what time of the day. I've always had a great experience every time I visited this location. I do normally frequent in the early a.m. between 430 and 6 AM weekdays and weekends via their drive-through. Each exchange with a Starbucks member has been pleasant. Everyone seems super friendly and professional. None of my orders have been wrong. So far so good. Good team ! read more

UNSANTITARY CONDITIONS! As I walked in to get a drink one of the baristas was cleaning something off floor with rag. The barista then went directly back to making drinks. The barista did not wash hands and immediately handled milk, ice, blender,sweetener and many other items. I alerted the manager to what had happened. The customer service was nice but a tad slow...the only reason for the two starts is the bathroom it clearly had. It been cleaned for a while. We are driving back home to Vegas and I prefer to make my rest stops at Starbucks for the delicious drinks and combo clean restrooms. See attached pictures for the bathroom I came into. I was in the area for work and was excited to find this Starbucks location because this was the only Starbucks location that was in the area next to my work. We ordered at the drive thru and was pretty disappointed. They didn't have any drinks that we wanted available at the moment because they "ran out" so we picked two other drinks and they also didn't have that either. Anyways, we ordered something that they have available and it wasn't that great. Our tea came out to be too sour and my coworker was not happy about it at all. Small parking lot in the front but there's more in the back. The drive thru is popular, it was starting to get long when I walked into Starbucks and by the time I got my drink and left, the lined shortened. I only spent 5 minutes in the store. I thought the long drive thru line would make it take longer to get my drink but they created my drink within 2 minutes. I ordered the Franken frappucino, the employee taking my order didn't know what was in it but he asked his coworker and wrote it down. My first time trying the Franken frappe and it was GOOD. Employees were fast and friendly. This Starbucks is one of the smaller ones. There is an outside patio too but you maybe want to stay inside during colder months. I get there @2:17 and I tell them I placed and Oder on the phone give them my name and they give me 2 drinks. And I told them I have order 4 drinks. So then like a minute later they give me the third drink and they tell me "sorry here you go have a good day" and I tell them I'm still missing another drink. Tell my why I had to wait there like an extra 15 minutes to wait on the last drink. It's 2:38 and I just got my 4th drink. They could have at least upgrade my drink to a large for the long wait. What's the purpose of making a mobile order of you have to wait an extra 15min. Ridiculous.
