I ordered a caramel iced latte and added the caramel ribbon crunch toppings, and wow--they really did their thing with this one. Everything was perfectly balanced, from the smooth coffee to the rich caramel, and the extra crunch on top just took it to another level. It looked just as good as it tasted too. Definitely one of the best custom drinks I've had from Starbucks. I'll 100% be ordering this again! read more

These poor employees need a manager and more people working. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, busting their butts and their manager wouldn't let them turn off mobile orders. Food and drinks were still made correctly. This Starbucks location has quickly become my go to location for coffee on the run when heading into work. I pull in the parking lot, open the Starbucks app, order, and pay for my coffee. After checking in on Yelp I walk into the store and grab my hot Venti cup of Pike's Place Roast and I'm on my way. This is a very busy location in the morning; especially the parking lot with many other restaurants around it open for breakfast. The Starbucks itself has baristas pumping out drinks at full speed for both their drive thru and inside guests. So sometimes there might be a little bit of a delay, but the baristas are pretty fast at getting your drink make and ready for you. Service here has always been great. I've been so many times that when I walk in now that they know who I am. They are friendly, smiling, and welcoming when I come in. read more

Loveeeeee this store! This location is just consistent, from the people to the coffee! I'm there purchasing coffee Tues-Thurs every morning, and I get the same amazing service everyday! This Starbucks is by far the best on this side of town. I work right around the corner and it's so refreshing to come here for my lunch and not wait an hour for a drink. Leyla has such a friendly voice and a pleasant smile that shows from underneath the mask! She gets people in and out and personalizes each order by asking for your name! When handing you your order, she thanks you and it leaves you wanting to return for such excellent service! I am able to get my coffee and snacks within 2 minutes! And back in time for work! Starbucks or Dunkin? This drive thru Starbucks is located in a shopping center right next to Dunkin Donuts. We went in to order. The place is clean and spacious. When we walked in, we were greeted right away by the staff behind the counter. The place is well lit by natural light and was moderately busy by drive thru and inside. My son just had repeat seizures the ER won't let me in yet. I am praying driving trying to stay positive. I wanted to say "thank you" to the doctors and nurses. Crying has made me dehydrated. They have seen him like this before and his condition makes them bad and on repeat sometimes. The nurse knew me. She comforted me on the phone. So I went to star buck to get a drink. I was crying as I was ordering. Then I ordered all gift cards for the doctors and nurses. Everyone was so compassionate. My hot tea was free. Everyone keep telling me they hope he gets better soon. As I sip on this hot tea my heart is warmed and a bit comforted by all of their compassion and empathy. Listen! You can't pay people to have this compassion. I love and appreciate all of you. While this location is the closest to me, it's not my favorite one to go to. It really isn't their fault though, with all the construction going on with JTB. I loathe the drive, but the bright side to this is that they have a drive-thru and it isn't as busy as the the next closest, Deerwood. Like the Chick-Fil-A across the street, we hit this Starbucks at the crack of down on Saturday mornings when we are heading down to Orlando for the day. I guess it's the best time to hit Starbucks because we never have more than a couple of cars in front of us and I don't think I've ever seen anyone inside that early on a Saturday morning (other than the employees, that is). The line moves quickly, our drinks are made correctly, and whoever greets us at the window is always smiling and happy. We've been hitting this Starbucks that early on Saturday morning for probably about 7 years now and both drinks and service have always been consistent. Yay! read more

This morning at 6:19am I ordered a Venti caramel Macchiato and when I drove to the window she handed me a cup that was half full. After telling her the folio was half full she snatches the cup out of my hand which I know she's not supposed to because of COVID reasons. She takes my cup which I thought she was remaking my coffee but instead she added hot milk to the rim. So I drove off and about 3 miles later I tried the coffee and it tasted like a large cup of hot milk. Thanks Starbucks for the 6$ cup of hot milk. read more

If this would have been here when I worked in the business park behind it, this would have easily been my go-to Starbucks. But alas, it wasn't so I fell in love with the SBUX & staff (since relocated) at Deerwood. I've utilized the drive through on a few occasions and I've stopped inside as well when I'm not in such a hurry to move on to my next errand. The staff at this location has always been friendly & pleasant and while I don't order many super complicated drinks as much, they don't mess it up when I do. I would say the only complaint I actually have is the inability to depart the drive thru if you realize you don't have time to sit in line & await your caffeinated beverage. But I do totally understand - with the surround food places - why it's there. read more

This is my go- to Starbucks because it is very close to me and the staff is always very fast and friendly. Today I felt that a staff member could have went above and beyond to help me but they did NOT. While in the drive thru my card fell out of the staff member's hand (DAN) and on to the concrete. He walked off like it was no big deal. I tried to open my door to reach it and HIT my door on the side of Starbuck's. I noticed the card was in fromt of my car and at this point I could not reach it. I asked Dan if he seen it and once again he acted like he could have cared less. I thought, as a man, he could have walked out there and retreived it for me, or for a MUCH more simple approach he could have said "I'm sorry" and acted like he gave a damn. My drink was very tasteful as usual thankfully. read more

I would like to start this review by first saying I come to this Starbucks almost three times a week in the afternoon. I came on 2/3/3023 around 3:00PM to get drinks for my coworkers and I. The lady working there was VERY rude. After the fact that I didn't leave any gratitude her whole attitude changed. She handed me two drinks that were supposed to have extra Carmel drizzle on them and they had nothing. So I asked for more and she rolled her eyes and looked at me with a complete disgusting look and said "do you really need more". I continued to ask for a drink carrier because I had three drinks and that seemed to also be a lot for her. I'm honestly very upset and mad about this experience. This Starbucks always has people that are very nice and energetic. She must be new I'm assuming because she had no name tag. Overall if you are going to this Starbucks I hope she's not working. Maybe Starbucks should think about not charging people .60 cents for Carmel drizzle if it's a burden for the employees!!! Thanks. read more

Their wedding cake is HEAVENLY - it's a must-try 1000%. Their staff is efficient and accommodating, even when the line is out the door and into the parking lot (which happens often!) Seating inside can be hard to come by, since it's such a small space, so I suggest arriving right when they open! Overall, I highly recommend trying it out!

It seems as if they can make any drink hot or cold. I also added a couple of cookies for $4. I then found a table and settled in with a good book. The staff will call you when your order is ready. The latte was sweet and like sipping a coconut macaron. The cookies were a little hard but all in all a welcome snack. The interior is a little loud due to the high roof and general clutter of a coffee shop.
