One of the better Starbucks locations to study at - long strip of at least 10 outlets at a high top community table, outlets for individual tables along the windows, and a booth bench (with yes, outlets) in a recess in the wall for a little more privacy. Only comment is that sometimes the tables aren't wiped down, and it could use an extra sweep. Overall good location, friendly staff, with plenty of quick bite restaurants close by. read more

The drive through here is a death trap. I was waiting in line with at least 4 cars behind me and a full drive through when an arrogant moron in a large white truck decided to go kamikaze style in the line ahead of all of us waiting. He nearly clipped my front bumper and proceeded to order. I was picking up a mobile order and shared what he did. I requested they do something about that. Nothing was said to him and he was served. I guess a dollar is a dollar and patron safety as well as ethical behavior go out the door when money is involved. If it's tea you are after go to Dunkin Donuts, Whataburger, or Sonic. All have great tea and their drive throughs are safer. I am certainly done with this location. read more

This used to be my favorite location. I would drive almost 20 minutes to this store to avoid the Starbucks two minutes away from me. I am not sure what is going on there or why they have gone down hill. They did a whole facelift on this location but that didn't help the service. We have been going to this location for just over four years, the other day was the first time they couldn't "handle" our family drink orders in the drive thru so we were asked to pull around (mind you it wasn't a short wait). Never have I been asked to pull around at Starbucks drive thru. The old crew that used to work there was way better organized. Maybe it's time for a retraining. I'm sorry to say we will not return to this location. Our money will support a different location. read more

This morning was my 2nd time at this place and they nailed it. My order isn't too obnoxious, but it's a little particular, and they made it perfectly - the first time! This Starbucks is closest to where I live but in the opposite direction of my office so I rarely make it there during the week. I tend to find myself stopping in on weekend mornings. I much prefer the drive thru (as I do most places) and the service is always fast and super friendly. My typical Starbucks order is a little obnoxious (I used to work at the location they have on campus at UNF) and some stores can never seem to get it right but I have yet to have an issue at this store. read more

In all of the time I have spent in Starbucks and been a regular customer and rewards club member, I have never been to one that had such rude, ill-mannered, uncaring employees. It was 8:30 pm Tuesday, 8/19/2014, there was one employee working at the drive thru window, two behind the pastry case, one stocking and one standing, and one in the back area. Out of 4 employees, not one spoke, made any type of attempt to recognize that we had walked in, not even a nod. I looked directly at two of them and they said nothing. It wasn't until I turned to my friend and said we were leaving that anyone even moved a muscle. I have previously visited their drive thru and had no difficulty, so apparently this is a store that needs to be made drive thru only. Abandon hope if you enter here, poor soul. read more

I usually have a pretty good experience here. I come here a lot as it's close to my school so it's good for grabbing coffee and doing some schoolwork. But today, I felt a little uneasy as there was a gentleman there who was clearly delusional and had some issues. He continued to harass customers, talk very loud about crazy things, and sang made up sounds loud. The employees never said anything to him or asked him to leave, which in my opinion they should have because he was clearly making customers feel uneasy. I don't know what Starbucks policy is on this but the least they could have done was ask him to stop. It just made me feel uneasy as you can never be too sure about people these days. read more

I became addicted to Starbucks after my daughter was born, hello coffee, and frequently stop by this location on the way to work. They usually have a long drive thru line but it moves pretty quickly so don't be discouraged if you see it backed up. Plus they have some really good new breakfast sandwiches worth giving a try...I am a fan of the Spicy Chorizo Breakfast Sandwich personally. read more

My experience was terrible... I am a huge advocate for Starbucks and was very unimpressed by the service I got from this particular one. The lady that took my order was not very pleasant. I initiated the transaction with asking her "how she was doing", she answered back with the cost of the transaction, not even acknowledging me. As I looked behind the counter it was very unprofessional and Starbucks partners were on there phones. When I got my drink it tasted as if the shots had gone bad and that is probably because of how slow they were working. I left with my drinks and said "have a nice day" and once again I was ignored. Hit-or-miss. That's all I can say. I use the drive thru pretty much daily during the week for my usual Grande Redeye. Now, maybe this is my overly-entitled attitude, but I assume that when I pay $2.94 for a cup-o-joe-add-two-equals-one-sugar-and-cream, the least my 'barista' can do is not fill my cup so full that I pay twice as much for dry cleaning. Apparently, that's a little too much to ask at this location. As I said, I'm a regular, and at least 3 times a week, my coffee is so full that it spills all over the place on my way into work. Very inconvenient. Other than that, the line is generally long at peak morning hours, so if you have to be somewhere and stop at this location, make sure plan on sitting there for a minimum of 10 minutes. This was an excellent location. Honestly, my group stopped in because none of the nearby gas stations had bathrooms, but we ended up ordering food & coffees too. The staff members were all very helpful, friendly, and understanding. They also have a very large variety of food items here and everything looked delicious. They also have a lot of different cups and products for sale here that I don't see at many locations so that was great. Overall this is an excellent Starbucks! read more

Visiting friends in Jacksonville and this was the closest Starbucks. Went at 8:00 and the drive thru line was long. We walked in and they made our drinks quick and were friendly and I can't complain. I always get a tall, breve latte with two raw sugars added, extra hot. They delivered. The employees are very fast at their jobs. Good team work. read more
