Ono ono ono pumpkin spice latte yay!!! My favorite great service and fast. Made a perfect ending to our beach day. Nice setup at this Starbucks.

Not sure how someone could give Starbucks such a negative review! I was dying for a caffeine fix and I couldn't find a better local coffee shop in the area. Luckily, I found Starbucks, but I was shocked how few stars it received. If you've been to Starbucks, expect the same consistency and quality you're used to. Is the coffee a bit over roasted? In my opinion, yes, but it's still pretty good. The barista was polite and friendly. I was in and out in minutes!

    Venti pineapple refresher! So good!

I came here to get a drink at drive thru. It wasn't busy and not too many cars in the drive thru. I wanted to try the pineapple refresher so I got the venti. I ordered three total for me, hubby and my daughter. I tasted it and I loved it. My daughter said there's an aftertaste which there is but the drink overall was still good. The lady at the window was super nice and made conversation. I definitely liked that interaction with her. Too bad I never got the girl's name. I had a good experience at this location. Located in a shopping center with lots of eateries nearby. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the neighborhood.

Kaneohe Windward city shopping center has the best Starbucks in the whole entire state of Hawaii. Every day workers always greet you as you enter the door every morning or evening and making your drink in a timely manner. if you're lucky sometimes you can have a nice healthy conversation with any of them employees nobody has the best ice.

Who does not know Starbucks? Starbucks has many varieties of coffee, hot cocoa, refreshers, healthy sandwiches, pastries, snacks and more! They also sell bags of coffee, ground and beans and logo cups! It's also a place where you can sit, relax, sip your drink, do your homework or business on your lap tops and connect to their wifi and music! Sometimes, depending on the time of day, it can busy and noisy with the bustling of customers, but the smell of the brewing coffee gives me serenity. The smell of coffee is nostalgic to me. Mmmmmm. Anyway, they have seasonal drinks. I always look forward to them. Christmas time, I enjoy their hot toasted white chocolate mocha with holiday sugar sprinkles on top. Parking is no problem. There is also curbside pickup. You can order on their app or go into the shop. Wait time is usually about ten minutes. You can bring your own cup into the shop when placing your order, and you earn 25 stars! Some shops also discount you .10 cents for bringing your mug to save the environment. However, check your order size because I have had a couple of occasions where they have given me a smaller size than what I have ordered. Otherwise, enjoy their seasonal drinks!

What can I say that hasn't already been said? They can have your online order waiting or you still get super nice employees working there. Gotta' have my skinny mocha. I like they have sugar free options for sweetner.

Worst customer service in Hawaii, I'm sorry I can't give zero stars. If you don't want to work here quit, don't just be sullen.

The long line of cars intrigued me...after 11 AM, nonetheless! The wait time wasn't so bad, maybe no more than 10-15 minutes from pulling in to picking up my order. I asked the lady taking my order of their most popular coffee drinks. She mentioned their banana bread latte and a cold brew drink I forgot about, but I ended up ordering an iced vanilla latte... usually my baseline when visiting a new coffee shop. I believe good quality coffee shouldn't haven't to be masked by all sorts of flavors unless the coffee shop wants to highlight any in-house syrups and flavorings. The iced latte wasn't bad...if anything, the espresso was nice and strong! I didn't understand the long line before lunch, unless Holoholo is the best handcrafted coffee on Kaneohe, or that it's conveniently located across from Windward Mall? This is probably one of those coffee snob reviews lol... my husband makes lattes from our espresso machine every day and I'm in the middle of learning how to make lattes myself. Don't get me wrong though... if you're tight on time, but need caffeine and happen to be in Kaneohe, Holoholo hits the spot! Support local!

We enjoyed an iced Hawaiian latte and an iced coconut milk matcha, both of which were delightful and flavorful. The service here is exceptional, and the coffee shop also features a small breakfast diner with a diverse menu to satisfy any palate. Now everything is a little more expensive and the rewards don't feel rewarding. The tipping point that made me write an update is that they charge almost full price for drip coffee refills. Even starbucks offers refills on regular old black coffee. My husband used to enjoy going in to work on college or read so it was sad to not be able to refill his coffee. The espresso is still good (usually) and the pastries are good. The food items are also tasty. The seating and overall vibe is wonderful, and the workers are nice (the older staff are my fave tho!). They are still my favorite for a london fog, but I stop by less often now.

It's also located in a cool area with other small businesses including the Manoa Chocolate Factory (you can book a tour). 1/ DRINKS. The nitro brew is smooth, and not too bitter or sour. That's difficult to achieve with nitros but they do a really good job here. You can also get the standard drinks like lattes, americano, and even steamers. They pull espresso with precision. The latte doesn't taste burnt, but rather is rich and smooth and very easy to drink. 2/ TAKE AWAY. You can buy roasted beans whole or ground. They have the top tier Kona coffee at $90 for 12 oz but also more standard roasts for $20 for 12 oz. 3/ SERVICE. The staff and owner are top notch--super friendly and prompt. We managed to order over $100 of beans and got a free canvas bag! They also offer tours of the roastery. The vibe is peaceful, aesthetic, calm, and welcoming, the baristas are incredibly kind, and the drinks are consistently excellent. So far I tried their matcha latte with almond milk and monk fruit and it was tasty, and then also had their version of the shaken espresso. The baristas aren't snobby and willing to customize your drink to fit your preferences which is great! They also have Wi-Fi if you need to work, cute merch, and plenty of space to relax. The menu isn't that big but we came there for the flavored matcha so not bad. I got the Island Matcha, my friend got the mango sticky rice matcha, strawberry matcha, and then a coffee. The island matcha (ube matcha) was great! The baristas were nice and said if I wanted to change it later (because I told them I was deciding on two things) then I can just tell them and they'll swap it out. The ube was pretty strong and it did make my tongue purple. Mixing my drink more the ube definitely overpowered the matcha. The mango sticky rice matcha wasn't really mango sticky rice. It was very coconut flavored and it felt okay. There were no hints of matcha at all. The strawberry matcha tasted like matcha at some points then tasted like straight strawberry milk.
