TOP NOTCH customer service! I love the Mexican mocha!!! This place is fave spot in Oahu when I visit! The vibe is fabulous! Love the food trucks too!

Hidden within the other buildings down section 3 is this local spot. Definitely worth the try if you love coffee. They do tours and tastings. I tried a latte and the flavor was great. They have different flavor options but the coffee itself steals the show. The staff is friendly and prepares each drink with perfection. There may be a slight wait time, but there's seating with some other products to browse.

The drive there was so beautiful and scenic. Right when I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and nice. Would definitely recommend. :)

This is by far the best coffee on the island. It also happens to be my favorite coffee I have ever had. Tradition coffee roasters is an absolute must for any coffee lover... Incredible flavors, smooth and rich. I had to stock up on beans before leaving the island. Warm and friendly service as well--- and I can't possibly forget to mention the banana bread...!Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.

What a GREAT find! We stopped in here during a drive and were SO impressed by the customer service. As we were looking for bags of coffee to purchase, one of the key staff stopped to check in. He was so helpful and welcoming. He even let the 3 kiddos with us come back to the roaster and learn a little bit about the coffee roasting process. The kiddos were amazed and excited to get a special look at things. The coffee was yummy and thoughtful. The space was open and well-designed with bright pops of orange. The customer service experience at Tradition really made it stick out. So warm, welcoming and inviting. Highly recommend.

    Good coffee and this! Perfect.

Tradition Coffee is comfort. Drinking a cup of coffee at Tradition is like wrapping myself in a warm blanket on a cold winter Ko'olau day. Rich, smooth, delicious. Tradition Coffee and Roasters is community. Over the years Brian and Lindsay, owners @ Tradition, have hosted coffee festivals, Friday pa'inas, multiple popups, educational workshops. I had the pleasure of attending one a couple of years ago. And I learned so much! Today, looking for a birthday gift around a Brazilian theme, came out to purchase a bag of their delicious expresso coffee beans. Was told that the blend contained 75 percent quality Brazilian coffee. Besides that bag, enjoyed a shot of their expresso as well as a cup of their house coffee in shop. Tried it both hot then iced. Delicious both ways! Have also in the past purchased great coffee making tools, including my favorite cold brew cannister! And being Wednesday, enjoyed for lunch the delicious handrolls made at popup tent just outside. The seared big island Kajiki handroll with jalapeño tasty. So was the spicy ahi handroll. Hands down favorite was the shrimp and Hokkaido scallop roll with jalapeño. Handroll popup usually setting up on Wednesday and Thursday. Will be sure to stop on one of those days again! Tucked away in the back of Kapa'a Quarry Road, I suppose it would be easier to just go to one of the many coffee shops that carry Tradition Coffee but then you would miss the great service and environment that Lindsay, Brian, and associates have created. Will surely return soon!

This place is the best representation of Hawaii coffees I've seen in a long time. We were staying close by and though the drive out felt like we were headed to the middle of nowhere it was well worth the adventure. Inside we found knowledgeable and friendly staff with a focus on the coffee. I told the barista I like a lighter fruity coffee and she found me just the right style and made a great pour over. It felt super fancy with the little carafe! I noticed a coffee tasting going on nearby and it was clear they know their coffee here. Don't miss this place if you're in town. It is worthy of its high rating!

We were invited by one of our Sisters for a coffee tasting tour! What a great experience! Rachel the GM was AMAZING! She explained everything very thoroughly and gave us a different outlook on coffee. I would most definitely recommend this tasting tour. It was such a great experience! The coffee was great and eye opening based on flavors presented to us. This location is considered a 3rd wave of speciality coffees. It is a located in a cool warehouse in the industrial area in Kailua off of Kapaa Quarry Road. They have a little cafe which was crowded and had a steady flow of customers. Cute cafe with numerous tables for sitting in the front area and the back area for where the coffee action happens! They also have a private room upstairs that can be rented for small events. It can seat 20 people and can be rented for $60 and hour. My Sisters and I definitely want to return for a coffee date. We love the coffee, the place, the employees, and the ambiance.

I got an iced latte: lavender + honey with Mac nut milk. It was good. Smooth and tasty. Then, I saw their sign for the drink of the month and I had to try it! *lemon, thyme and sage (with oatmilk)! It was incredibly different, but so delicious. I love trying new things and the drink of the month did not disappoint. Now, I have more reasons to return because I'm already waiting for them to announce their next drink of the month! The baristas were nice and friendly. There's a good amount of tables/seating. The parking is a little tricky though. I highly recommend coming here! The coffee is delightful!

Wasn't sure what to expect when we pulled into an industrial park, but I'm so glad we did. Traditional coffee was amazing. It has such a fun backstory, such sweet staff, & great coffee. There's also a food truck out front for breakfast sandwiches and eats. If I was local I'd be here constantly working or going on coffee dates with friends

Cute local toaster spot. Just go deep into Kapaa quarry and find a bunch of cool spots. Love the warehouse vibes . The workers and helpful and welcoming and the tables are inviting to hang and take a breather. The pastries are good. My last muffin with the ladies was a little dry. But we can always try again

Sadly, it seemed more folks were there for the pastries though. First off, I'm surprised I found such a fabulous cup of coffee in what feels like the epicenter of tourist life on this island. While visiting another island nearly establishment had signage stating they served Kona and/or Hawaiian coffee, but nearly every establishment's coffee was absolutely awful. Seeing the location I fully expected them to phone in the coffee, but it's clear that coffee comes first here, even if many of the guests are trying to get pastries! You'll be shocked by the line, but just know the staff is efficient and it moves fast. They offer a variety of their own locally roasted beans here, with options for batch brew, espresso drinks and even pour overs (impressive considering the volume of customers). The coffees are well described and the baristas have the additional knowledge you may be seeking when you order, and all in all this went as quickly as I could have expected. Truly, the coffee was delightful, and the fact I was drinking a hot drink on an extremely hot day didn't even phase me. I wanted so badly to bring home a bag of each one, but given that everything is more expensive in Hawaii, these were all 4x the price of the specialty coffee I buy on the mainland and I just couldn't make it happen. What will happen is me telling everyone to visit this shop when they're in Hawaii because it is 100% worth it. Won't you consider opening one in Reno NV?
