I stopped in here one morning after a walk around the nearby WWI memorial. Just wanted a bite for breakfast and some caffeine. There wasn't much of a line to speak of and I was quickly greeted by the friendly staff. The inside is very clean and bright. They also offer ordering to go items from their app or online for pick up. I'm a mostly plant based eater and I wanted to give the impossible breakfast sandwich a try. You can't make it vegan as it is already packaged and they simply reheat the sandwich. I tried to peel as much of the egg and cheese patty off as I could but there was still a little left over. What resulted was a fairly greasy small dry sandwich. Disappointing indeed but I know the impossible sandwich is more for people wanting to try vegetarian options while ditching meat for a meal. I don't drink coffee but I ordered iced green tea with some matcha powder. As usual it was tasty and flavorful. My experience was pleasant, doubtful I'd get the impossible sandwich again but I'd visit this Starbucks again if I'm in the area again.

Holy busy! This new location is like grand central station. The line seems to never end, but the flow is steady and service is quick. Large and open seating areas to enjoy your coffee or food while you shop or visit Santa. To go options as well.

The service was very fast, the staff were polite, and I could get what I wanted. The only gripe I have is Starbucks recipe for Acai Lemonade was not something I would get again unfortunately. It had too much sweetner or sugar syrup in it, and the version without lemonade also felt like it was watered down. It was a pretty pink color though!

It makes sense to have a Starbucks in Crown Center and the seating area is very nice- but this location is like a Target Starbucks. No full drink menu, very expensive, and poor service and product quality. I paid $7.50 for a grande caramel macchiato. Do not recommend.

I'm working at the KC Irish Festival this year, and last year. This is my morning coffee spot! Typical Starbucks....

I don't ever leave reviews but the guy Sebastian at the counter was on some drugs. Couldn't function and they messed my entire order up

I also got a breakfast burrito (not gf) the second morning, which was delicious + had great heat. The coffee here was also amazing, although I opted for very basic oat milk lattes each morning. My husband got a maple tahini latte one morning + a smoked something or other on the other morning we went. My husband + son got croissants both mornings and loved them, but they also had some seriously cute rainbow donuts on display, which I was a bit shocked that my five year old passed by. The baristas were all very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated + the space was great with an open kitchen concept/plenty of seating. This seems like a great spot to work from, although they also had a wonderful (windy) rooftop to sit on also.. that looked like it had a fireplace for chillier days- so cozy. Best coffee in KC.

The space is very bright and cute - great for a visit to read or doodle (I did a little doodling of the shop during my visit). They even have a little shop area with some super cute and unique KC gear. I had a hot hazelnut latte and it was just okay, the flavor was pretty bland in my opinion and it was automatically served in a to go cup which bums me out. I like to sit and enjoy my coffee right there and love a good hot mug, it's part of the visit experience to me. The cute shop and incredible staff made my visit itself great overall, but the coffee could be leveled up a bit. Nonetheless, I would visit again :)

I do appreciate the good quality though and thankfully had some time to kill. It isn't a place I would go if I was in a rush, but it great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. There wasn't a line when I went in, but there were quite a bit of people seated around. I got an iced hazelnut oat latte that tasted great. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely bring my laptop and hang out.
