This is one of 2 Starbucks locations at Disney Springs. This one is located right next to the giant World of Disney store, and it's more of a quick grab Starbs, whereas the other one is a physical location you can walk into and sit in. So if you just want a coffee and then to walk around, this one does the job. They have everything Starbucks normally offers, and you can expect a pretty consistent product. I do feel like it's a little chaotic and inefficient here. The pickup window is on the one side almost in a corner so when it's busy and there's a lot of people waiting for their order it's super crammed. Hopefully they'll figure out a better system at some point. read more

BEST Starbucks in all of Disney! I get my tea here everyday before work and the staff is awesome!!! It's located really close to everyplace I need to get to, and, considering how many drinks they have to make at once, they are really efficient. Great, first experience this is a fairly new location. I was able to grab my food quickly. And there's still a lot of construction around so that may be an issue for some people but outside of that it is a beautiful space and I got my food which taste just like all of the other Starbucks franchises. Starbucks near the Lego store and World of Disney. It can get busy, but they are pretty quick to take orders. Pricing and drink availability is the same as it would be at any Starbucks. Opportunity here would be for the pick up window. They push out a lot of drinks that it makes for a lot of tourists awaiting their order off to the side. As someone who doesn't go to Starbucks very often, and when I do feel a little overwhelmed with the menu, I can only speak incredibly positive things about Mitch who served us. He was patient, friendly and helped us a lot with our requests. He was funny and made us feel very comfortable despite it being busy. My girlfriend and I both left with a smile and it's some of the best customer service we've had in a limited interaction. As someone who is used to working at a busy retail location I can emphasize with how it's not always easy to keep your energy up and your interactions enjoyable. Yay, Starbucks! I finally found a resort Starbucks that would allow me to use my birthday drink, I have missed out on it the last few years. I got an iced caramel macchiato with salted caramel cold foam, caramel drizzle, and cookies on top. It was so good, they made it very well this time. The line moved quickly and the service was efficient and friendly. This has been a go-to Starbucks for many year, and I miss the days when they offered the Disney themed secret menu. I see they are pictured here on Yelp in case you want to see what I mean. I know Starbucks changed their free water policy, not sure if they would have given customers free water, but if you are here during summer, other places around the area offer courtesy cups around Disney Springs. read more

It's Starbucks at Disney Springs. We ended up here because despite the Disney app saying that Earl of Sandwich was open at 9, it wasn't, so we went to Starbucks to get some calories into the kids. There was a longish line because it was one of the few places that opened on time, but the line moved pretty quickly, and the staff was thankfully patient and friendly that early in the day. The drinks are all expensive and pretty unremarkable. My kids shared a strawberry creme frappucino, and I had a sweet cream vanilla cold brew. I've had better cold brews, but again, no other place was open. I wish their credit card machine allowed for credit card tipping. read more

This review is based solely off of the "Welcome Back" drink that Starbucks offered when Disney Springs first opened back up to the public. I literally walked up to the window and asked for the welcome back drink and did not know that the proper name was (I'm guessing this name was good enough because I definitely got what I asked for lol). The drink itself was not sweet (which was a plus for me since it looked really syrup-y) and reminded me of an iced dragon fruit refresher or smoothie and the whipped topper had a ginger flare to it. The proper description for this drink is: "is described as a Blended Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with coconut milk, strawberries, blackberries, and pineapple ginger syrup, and golden ginger whipped creme on top." I would order this drink again especially on a hot summer day at Disney Springs. read more

I'm not a fan of the coffee that Disney serves. They have a partnership with Joffrey's which operates a number of quick service spots throughout WDW and also makes appearances in some of their restaurants - so basically, it's everywhere. That being said, I was thrilled when Disney announced that Starbucks would open locations throughout the property. Two of these locations are here in Disney Springs. This specific bux is located in the marketplace section of Disney Springs, right next to World of Disney. What makes this location unique is that it's a walk-up spot with no interior or seating. There are two queues which helps during drive times, and the pickup location for beverages is located around to the sides of the kiosk which helps with traffic flow. Service was fine, my order was correct and was ready super fast. Overall if you're a Starbucks person you won't be disappointed by this location - it's a convenient spot and a safe haven if you're looking for some good coffee. read more

However, this visit wasnt preplanned and the line was shorter than the West side location that I just qued up to order a latte. I wish I could recall the Baristas name that waited on me, but he was extremely warm and welcoming as I asked a few questions before ordering. I opted for a Venti iced blonde white chocolate mocha latte and after paying with my app I headed down to wait for my order. Despite being busy, the Baristas at the pickup window were smiling and truly enjoying their evening. Completing guests orders and happily calling names to pickup. Finally! A Starbucks at Downtown Disney Marketplace! If they would have had this here several years ago I REALLY would have been one happy camper! This Starbucks only has walk-up counter service and it's located between two of the World of Disney entrances. The first Starbucks I've ever seen that doesn't have an "inside." But that's ok because I just love the fact it's here! There are two queue lines and they move really fast. There's also an employee standing at the beginning of the queue lines to help you and to keep things moving along quickly. You'll find the usual Starbucks faire here as far as coffee, fraps, etc. are concerned, and you'll also find the usual muffins, scones, bananas, etc. Extremely friendly service! read more

This Starbucks is located deep inside Disney Springs near the World Of Disney store. There is generally a long line here... And a huge crowd waiting for their drink orders to be made. The baristas seem to have their act together though, and they get the drinks out in a timely manner. There are some benches nearby to sit and sip. No real seating though. Make sure you look at the menu boards! They always have some unique timely drink options you won't find anywhere else! I haven't tried any of the food items from this spot (too many other great options in Disney Springs)... But they have the usual Starbucks fair.
