They know how to make great drinks. My grand daughters naturally wanted the fancy drinks. But I settled for my favorite, a venti size cup of Pike Place, with room for milk. Add a few packs of Stevie, and I was ready to hit the road once again. But I could leave before I got my egg white things with bacon bits. I love those. Stopped at this location to grab a drink with my daughter before getting on the freeway to head home, the drive through line went very quickly and my order was correct, which is always a plus! One of my favorite "road stops" to/from LA. This Starbucks is small but the staff here have to churn a ton of volume with less tips due to the always busy dive-thru. I prefer to order inside and greet the workers. There seems to never be a long line inside. Quite a few dead spots for cell coverage as you're coming through the Tejon Pass so I stopped at this roadside plaza and hung out at this Starbucks for an hour to complete a couple of calls and some emails before heading onwards. The roads are quite curvy and mountainous in this area, so this is a great stop if you need caffeine and a bit of a stretch. It was quite busy in the store and I was not able to find an open spot where I could plug in my laptop this morning as it was crowded enough. Yes, it's just Starbucks but it's THIS location that is absolutely amazing. With the amount of cars that come through given its location, it's seriously amazing how quick the service is. The wait is probably less than 7 minutes. My best friend and I always stop here when we're on route to SoCal, so we can get our drinks (something caffeinated for energy & vibes + a venti water for hydration & balance ‍). Today I ordered a pink drink. They forgot the strawberries, so we went back and they fixed my drink for me with no issue. Just stopped here on our way to Palm Springs. This was the worst Starbucks visit ever. I tend to not get upset specially when I'm on vacation, but let me tell you that it was hard not to when the lady helping us was ridiculously rude. I ordered a grande iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra cream, I have never had to say to make sure it had ice. I guess from now on I will need to since they didn't give me ice. The sweet cream was $1.50 extra, but did I get extra? No I did not. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and my husband just had a regular coffee. Well that took 15 minutes just for the drinks, at this point we're ready to leave. The gentleman that ordered after us received his drinks and food before us, my husband asked the lady if our bagel was almost done, she said about five more minutes, I said we should just get a refund we can't wait any longer. He explained to her that the gentleman got his and ordered after us, she than says we'll do you want a refund or not? Really? That's how you treat customers instead of apologizing for the ridiculous wait. I told her she don't have to be so rude to us and to just give us our refund so we can be on our way. Wish I could give no stars. Super rude staff to everyone along with myself. Had no urgency for anything. Seemed like they were pissed off for people asking for them to do their job. Didn't give me straws for 2 my 4 drinks. She was mad she had to give a man creamer for his coffee because they didn't have any out. So I grabbed straws and she yelled at me and told me that I need to ask. Sorry she should have put the 2 straws down with my drinks instead of being pissed off about creamer. I tip all the time even if it is for someone just doing their job. Needless to say they didn't get a tip and didn't appreciate them thinking that I didn't understand what they were saying. I just got done with a burger over at the In N Out and I need some coffee to help me stay awake for this dive all the way up north on the 5. I just made it in here before closing, thank goodness. Going inside I find the service faster than waiting outside in the car. All I need is a large house coffee black and I'm on my way. Paid cash and we're outta here. The poor workers. This Starbucks had at least three dozen people inside ordering and waiting for their orders. The drive-through went much faster. Every single worker was working g hard filling orders and/or replenishing whatever needed to be replenished as fast as they could. Some of the customers were not patient, but there were just too many customers for the amount of workers. I admire the positive happy attitude the workers maintained even with all the chaos of the amount of people stuffed into that facility. It was obvious that the drive-through people had priority. The WORST OR SECOND WORST EXPERIENCE TO DATE!!! She kept getting mad at me as if I was her cash register. She ask to scam my card RUDELY OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER... My Starbucks app sent me to the wrong location. I was at the other location at 5555 Laval Road and under the impression I placed my order until i checked my app. The app auto ordered me at 5844 Dennis McCarthy location. The good news is my order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. You have to ask for your order to prevent beverage theft. Overall, It is a bit more crowded than the Laval Road location so it's best to order via mobile (just check the address). read more

Came here at opening (4:30am) and stood outside for more than 15 minutes waiting for them to open. We knew they were open because they were taking drive through customers. We saw the partners looking at us (a family of four) and they still didn't come open the doors for us regardless of their opening hours. No acknowledgement, horrible customer service. At the very least, they could've come to the door to tell us if the lobby was open or not. read more

They might be low staff... but even if they were they still need to do bathroom checks... Toilets were nasty, toilet seat covers in the package was on the floor... Dyson hand dryers are nice but needs some kind of rug to catch the water drippings bc if it isn't going to be cleaned often then the wet floor can be a safety hazard. Napkin holders were all empty... floor had trash throughout the store and I was not greeted at all...
