took a pit stop at this Dunkin during our roadtrip. i needed another cup of coffee to keep me awake. this dunkin' is so unique since there's other establishments next to it making a food court. after browsing the menu for a good 5-10 minutes i settled on a meal deal which before tax was $6. it came with a medium coffee, hashbrowns, and a small breakfast wrap. i chose sausage for the wrap and added vanilla syrup to my coffee. i was hesitant since it might've been extra charge but to my surprise it wasn't. the staff was super helpful in letting me know the different options. the medium coffee was hugeeee. i was surprised at the size considering the whole meal was $6. the coffee already on its own was like $4. the hash-browns were super flavorful and delicious. the wrap was not bad though the sausage was a bit salty. the hashbrowns tasted pretty herby. ive never had dunkin' food before so i was pleasantly surprised. was definitely worth the cost and pitstop ! read more

On a recent road trip we made a rest stop at the base of the Grapevine. Dunkin' Donuts shares a building with Baskin-Robbins, Jamba Juice and Charley's Philly Steaks, in sort of a small food court kind of layout. The building has restrooms at one end. Shared table space and a common parking lot round out the facilities. I was craving sugar, so went for a couple of pumpkin donut holes, and a chocolate donut. The selection was limited at mid-day, and underwhelming as far as options went. The young woman minding their counter was friendly and helpful, which was a high point in the visit. I'm not sure why this place has la reviews. I had descent service here the past couple times I've been. I was traveling to LA from Nor Cal and decided to drop by and try some Dunkin'. The service was good, and the drinks too! I ordered a frozen coffee with extra shot of espresso and a iced latte with extra shot and espresso. This place is way better than Starbucks and would come here occasionally if I was a local. The only reason why I took of a star is because the first time I came they understood what I meant by frozen coffee with a shot of espresso but the second time, they asked me so many questions about it my drink I was confused. STARBUCKS IS WORTH THE DRIVE ACROSS THE FREEWAY- JS! It took about 5 minutes to get our order taken. There was no line, no cars in front of us- so maybe I thought they were short staffed. When we pulled up, there were plenty of workers in the store. Again, we had to wait quite a while before they took our payment (with no cars in front of us or other customers). The second they swiped my card, I was informed that they were out of the item I wanted. Get this- They asked if I wanted ONE donut instead (which would've been roughly 1/4th the cost) - so I asked for a refund. With a refund always comes an attitude and this place did not disappoint in that department. The drinks tasted like complete syrup. It was 9am and after driving an hour and getting through the grapevine I needed my coffee. After making a visit to the TA next door for breakfast I made a mobile order so we can just pick up and avoid any more delays to our 6 hr drive. The app offered their toasted white chocolate mocha so I ordered two of those and two double chocolate donuts. Simple order so I thought. We get there, park and my bf runs out to grab our order. Only for him to run back with only the donuts. He mentions that the employees (rudely I should add) say that the toasted white mocha was discontinued and that they had nothing similar and I could take something else. At this point we had no other options so we went with a very super sweet hazelnut latte. First disappointment. The second disappointment was the donuts. I said "well didn't get the drink I wanted but at least I have my donut" and mind you I've had this donut plenty of times so I know what it looks like and how it should taste. It's been awhile since I've been to Dunkin so I wasn't aware vanilla chai is off the menu. I was already in the drive thru so decided to go with the regular chai's and order some maple and chocolate bars. The donuts were terrible. They tasted stale. Couldn't even finish it. The chai had a chemical after taste. It's nowhere as good as the vanilla chair they used to have. I mean, the place is clean and they had donuts and coffee, which sounded really inviting on a cold and chilly Black Friday late afternoon before hitting the outlets but the wait time just to get our order was kind of ridiculous. To those who haven't been here, this branch shares the same building as Baskin-Robbins, Jamba Juice and Charleys Philly Steaks and everyone else seemed pretty well-staffed except for Dunkin Donuts which had one person take the dine-in orders and make all the specialty coffees. I know that is unfair to base my review on this single person who had to take care of everything but when I got my drink (I ordered small), it was literally just half the small cup. It only appeared more because of the froth. Flavor-wise, it was excellent. I ordered their toasted white chocolate signature latte and had a chocolate kreme filled donut with it and both of them just went well together. I just felt that the coffee wasn't worth the amount I was given and would have probably been happier if I got a Starbucks from right across the parking lot. read more

The complaints about their availability of donuts really seem to stand out, so I think our trip may be an outlier. Our drinks were at the ready and we got to choose new donuts for those that we ordered but weren't available at the time. I think it really depends on the time you're coming in (we were there during Thanksgiving week around noon); they also said they didn't have donuts for our order, but offered us to choose their available freshly-baked ones. I really think the out-of-donut thing and the back-n-forth between Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbin' for employees are consequences of an unresolved higher-up management problem, which cannot be attributed entirely to the on-ground manager and his or her team there. There must be decisions from higher-up individuals in more recruitment, training, and shift assignment to allow both Baskin-Robbins' and Dunkin' to operate efficiently. Here's where I think the problem should be analyzed: Where I don't really see the point in is how Inspire Brands (the mother company of Baskin-Robbins' who's acquired Dunkin' not too long ago) thought it was a good idea to let both brands share the same workforce. If this is just a case with recruitment I can understand (the pandemic has all companies struggling with hiring), but if it's a deliberate arrangement, it's problematic. This can really affect the performance of both brands when on-duty workers are split between tasks all the time (rush hours often have a bunch of children waiting at Baskin-Robbins' and their parents or adult relatives waiting for their Dunkin' coffee and dozens, causing the manager to have to constantly go back-n-forth to get the coffee, get the donuts, get the ice-cream, get the register, etc.). Sorry for being whiny, but that's just how I see it. For those who're still confused about the location of this Dunkin', it's actually facing Wheeler Ridge Rd instead of being located inside the Outlets. You'll find it behind Shell, PIEOLOGY and Starbucks, right next to the Hampton Inn, along with Jamba Juice and Charley's and of course, Baskin-Robbins'. Have the Dunkin' app with you, order beforehand and get them at the one register between Baskin-Robbins' and Dunkin'. read more

The poor girl in the front was working the whole place by herself front and drive-thru her eyes looked watery like she had just finished crying I felt so bad for her! l asked if she was there all by herself, she said she was and that the higher-up management made a decision that only 1 person per department was allowed to be working at all times. Absolutely inhumane and ridiculous whoever this higher-up management is should be terminated this is not a way to treat your employees who make you money I asked for a name but she said she did not want to get in trouble and that it is 2 of the higher-up management making decisions I'm assuming it's a district manager I hope this lands in the right hands and someone takes action. I live locally to this location, and at first it was pretty decent. After their first couple of months their coffee drinks have REALLY started going down hill. Today was the last go round for me. It was a third attempt to get a Carmel frozen coffee that tasted nothing like what Dunkin' is supposed to taste like. I was super excited to have a Dunkin' location opening up near my home but I can't say much good about their cold coffee drinks as of late. I walked in at 3:00 pm on my drive home for some coffee and a donut. I asked for a nitro cold brew, the man at the register says the station is down. So I ask for something else off of the large coffee menu, he says they are out of it. I said what do you have? He responds with we have iced coffee and hot coffee and that is all. Then I look at the donuts and all that is in the display are 2 (literally) sad looking glazed donuts in there. I asked if that is all they have and he said, yes. Im not sure how dunkin donuts, a company that is known for donuts and coffee, had neither of the items they advertise in the middle of the day. On top of that, I just ordered the iced coffee, and the employee proceeds to fill 80% of the cup with ice.
