They always make my coffee correct and friendly staff but if you are ever in a hurry do not come here. If there is a line in the drive thru, expect to be waiting more then 15 min . Thinking I've had Time to get a coffee has made me late for work on multiple occasions. So I just don't go to this one if I'm on a time schedule. read more

So my hubs being a sweetheart stop by to pick up my Mobil order but when he got him the cup cracked down the sides and fell to the floor. Vanessa was great and was so kind to have it remade for us l. Since the quality of the drinks have tasted the same at pretty much every location I've been too, when judging a Starbucks I look to the cleanliness and the wait staff. Well, this location is always clean (bathrooms included) and the mostly female staff are quick, efficient and generally cheerful, so A+ across the board there! There's also plenty of varied seating with a few outlets to plug into and reliable wif-fi. The only negative about the place is that parking right in front of the building is sometimes dicey because of the lack of spaces and their proximity to the entrance/exit to the parking lot and the drive-through. Gets a little crowd there. However, the parking lot is plenty big enough, so if you don't mind walking a few extra feet, you'll never have trouble finding a spot. read more

I have never, not once, written a bad review. But this incident so warrants it. Just went through the drive through and have never had worse customer service ANYWHERE. I decided to try something new. Here's the convo Me: I'm gonna try something different. Let me have the new salted honey grande, please. Carlo: ummmmm....that's not new. That's been over for, like, a month. We don't make it. Sorry. (Ok. He said sorry. But it was a punk "sorry". Like when your teen apologizes with attitude.) Me: Ok. I was just reading the announcement signs for this new flavor. But no biggie. I'll have a grande.... *pulls up to window Carlo: *hands me my coffee* yeah. It's just not our priority to take down those signs. We haven't made them in over a MONTH. The sneer and tone in his voice was disgusting and pointedly attempting to be demeaning. Time to try the mom/pop coffee house across town. By Starbucks. I'll miss you:( j/k. I have never had a bad experience here! Sammi is my favorite barista, he is always energetic and he is remembers my order, asks me how school is, takes an interest. He is the friendliest, most sincere customer service I've ever received. Great place to feel welcomed! read more

When I go to Starbucks I just want to go hang out with and friend and drink my favorite drink. Well i have expirenced a couple of rude workers here at the Starbucks in Lemoore. If my drink is wrong it is not the customers fault, it is the employees fault. And everytime i go in the morning they always run out of my favorite cake pop. How is that possible, the employees should restock. One time I ordered a cake pop and they did not have the flavor i wanted. They offered to sell me a frozen cake pop, why would I want to eat a frozen cake pop! read more

Waited for 26 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks. The lady taking our order told us to wait a minute before she took our order and we ended waited 10 minutes at the order box, turns out she "forgot about us". Called the manager to let her know i felt it was unacceptable we waited nearly half an hour for 2 drinks and she just interpreted me in the middle of talking and blew it off. Shouldnt management handle customers better than that? Wish i could give less than a star. read more

These poor guys look way under staffed. Slowest Starbucks I have ever experienced I ordered at 3:53pm we it's now 4:06 and I don't have my order. I waited in the drive throuhh for twn minutes before coming inside. Very dirty. Looks like they haven't deep cleaned ever. The bathroom was as dirty as an outside bathroom at a gas station. The girl who took my order was nice and friendly but every other employee looks annoyed with their being here. There is what appears to be an off duty employee hanging around the counter with what I hope is his girlfriend/date because he is kissing her. Oh yeah he just shouted to the other staff when people were coming to work, he must work here. Well it's 410. It has now been 17 minutes I have been here and there is a guy that was stocking cups and instead of helping the customers he is on the phone, probably calling for help but much of the wait could be avoided if he helped the only girl making coffee. There is clearly no manager here and whomever owns this Starbucks needs to get in here and clean up and get these kids some extra help, they are failing your customers and it isn't their fault it's the owners lack of attention. read more

Hate this Starbucks. Every time I have a free drink, they forget to credit me and charge my card anyway. I stopped going here months ago. I went on Monday and got my grande Salted Caramel Mocha with no problem so I returned today. First thing I ordered was another grande SCM, sorry they don't have the salted caramel. Then I ordered a pumpkin scone, sorry no pumpkin scones. After waiting over 8 minutes for my Protein Box and grande Mocha, I was handed a tall Mocha. I had to ask for my receipt. Then I see on the receipt that I can come back after 2 for a $1 pastry. So I didn't ask for my receipt on Monday which means I didn't get an opportunity to get the $1 pastry that day. I Hate this Starbucks. read more

Recently remodeled, went in for a drink yesterday and a woman began yelling at the girl behind the counter because she had been waiting there for over 25 minutes for her 1 drink. Other people who had come in after her had already come and gone. The girl behind the counter wasnt apologetic at all, instead almost seemed to have an attitude that it "wasn't her fault" she yelled at the customer that she would be making her drink right now. Slapped it together in 3 seconds. I realized I myself waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks to get made. I didn't bother to complain but it's too bad they didn't upgrade the employees along with their tile. The service here is just so slow. Every - single - time. I've seen one employee on the navy base at Starbucks handle the cash register AND make drinks and not have these issues. They typically have 2 - 3 employees on hand at any given time. Yes they have the drive through, but still---I have been to many many similar Starbucks with drive thru and did not wait 30 minutes for 1 -2 drinks to be made. After the mad customer left the girl behind the counter was exclaiming that the computer system was making "extra drinks" print out. What ever happened to the system that the base uses? They write your drink order and name on the size cup you want and they place them "in a line" so that someone being forgotten about doesn't happen. It's a simple way to do orders...but from what I've seen, the best. read more

I'm in the drive thru at Starbucks right now and have been waiting for 35 minutes. I literally made a Yelp account while waiting here just so I could leave this review. Every single time I go to the drive thru I wait at least 15 minutes, and the service inside isn't faster. Once I left for work 30 minutes early just to stop for a drink, and I was late to work because of how slow they are. I don't get complicated drinks, there isn't even a huge line every time. I don't understand how I can get through the line at the Hanford Starbucks in under 5 minutes but my local Lemoore Starbucks takes 3 or 4 times longer with the same amount of customers. read more

Starbucks is a great place to cool down for anyone especially stressful college students. Finals weeks is coming up, so a nice cold caramel frap is a neat tool to stay focused. I went in today expecting the typical setting of a coffee place. There are wonderful decorations of the Christmas season. The staff is always polite and more than willing to help anyone out. It is clean and I really love the smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning. Starbucks in Lemoore is a great place to hang out and a gift card from there is an amazing Christmas present too. read more

This has to be the Starbucks with the slooooooowest service in Starbucks history. I will actually go out of my way to avoid this starbucks. It doesn't matter how long the line is....you can be the only customer and your wait will still be ridiculous. Accurate orders are also not one of their strong suits. read more
