Extremely slow service. Be prepared to wait for at least 25 minutes for your coffee. I suggest Rebekah's Espresso. Better service, better coffee and coffee is in hand in about 5 minutes. read more

Usually too cold to even function, this Starbucks staff has major issues with the high traffic times of the day. 3 pm in the afternoon, and it takes damn near twenty minutes to get my drink. DON'T EVEN BOTHER! You suck, Starbucks! read more

I always hang out at this place either do homework or just to kill time. They always make my drinks exactly how I order them, when I say extra caramel they never fail to put extra caramel. In some other locations of Starbucks my drinks never come out the same so I stick here. Their very clean and cozy , not to mention free wi-fi. I like that they do not take forever to give you your drink it is fast and good. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and with an iced caramel macchiato on the side you could never go wrong with that. Their really friendly people here always in a great mood that makes me be in a good mood. Overall I am a daily Starbucks drinker and this has to be my favorite location of them all. Enjoy. read more

I so appreciate the customer service at the drive thru. They are always so pleasant and full of positivity. I always leave feeling a bit more cheerful, and I am far from bubbly and happy when I head over there for a dose of caffeine. Thank you for always making my day brighter! This location has made me disappointed. I go through the drive thru and ask for a grande white mocha latte and their perfect oatmeal. I get my latte but not my oatmeal. When I realized that I did not get my oatmeal, I was already at school and was too late to go back. They also gave me no receipt so even if I was able to go back, I would have felt wierd about asking for the oatmeal I payed for and never got. This is the second time they forget my oatmeal. Starbucks in Lemoore, CA used to be my favorite place to go to, not only because the employees were pleasant, but also they got to know me as a person, which made it even better as far as customer service went. This is the second time already where I ordered from the Starbucks app n waited 20 minutes for my drink and on top of that, people that asked for their drink after me, got theirs first. The shift supervisor Seth, all this time, did not ask if the employees needed help. People were waiting awhile. Then, the person who made my drink this morning at 8am had a smirk on his face when I got upset because they made the other drink before mine, when I approached them first before those people that was waiting with me and came after me. I love Starbucks... but hate this store!! Have been to many Starbucks, this Lemoore location is defiantly the worst! Today drive thru was long, long, around the building, so we opted to go inside. Ordered 2 grande frappuccinos. Waited 25 minutes and they lost our order. The girls that took our order didn't give us a receipt. After a 3-4 minute discussion on what happened to our drinks, they agreed to make us new ones. Then after 10 more minutes they gave us drinks, that were wrong flavors. They offered to remake again, we declined and took the drinks they made and left. This is not the 1st or 2nd time orders have been wrong. For some reason this store is very disorganized to say the least! Have given them many try's, will not be returning to this store. read more

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. There were 5 people working 3 customers in line and I stayed there for 5 minutes and nobody ask any of us for help. If you're in a hurry don't stop here go to the gas station or just forget about a coffee if you got plenty of time to waste or your needing to waste time this is your spot you're going to be there for a while. read more

This Starbucks has some of the best works!!!! I'm sitting here studying for a test and a young lady had here drink bumped off the table. The lady next to me got up and got here a new one. What happened to the Lemoore Star bucks? I ordered a drink ahead of time. Went in to pick up the drink had my name under the sleeve so every one was picking it up thinking it was theirs . No stopper and a dirty station with spilt coffee every where. I decided to order another drink and as usual the app on my phone wouldn't load so I payed what was left on the card and told the cashier I would get the rest . Ran out to the car came back to pay. Waited in line again went to pay the rest and the cashier said she cancelled my order. Really !!! Times ticking I asked if she could rush the order she smiled then put me at the end. Waited . Waited.. Ask to see the manager got the shift manager explained what happened she said oh just a miss understanding .she finishes my order while the cashier is rolling her eyes and smirking the whole time. I always look for a nearby Starbucks in hopes to find one with a comfy welcoming feel and great service. Here we are in the middle of cow town and YES, I found a great Starbucks to visit each day. The service each night has been pleasant, quick, and attentive. Stop on in, there are plenty of comfy chairs, high top tables, and large enough area to feel not crowded. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I just sat in the Starbucks drive thru for 34 minutes. When I pulled up, the inside had about 4 customers and there were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru line. That is ridiculous. Aside from that, their drinks are not consistent. I can order a hot white mocha and it tastes different every single time. I posted about it on Facebook and received tons of comments about how slow this particular Starbucks is. In fact, my cousin said she was in the drive thru for 30 minutes this morning. They need to get it together. read more

Something about the drive thru. I understand it being backed but they never get my order right. There strawberry acai is always either too sweet or not sweet at all, and they have forgotten to put the sugar and milk a few times. Will visit again only if I truly have too. read more

It takes forever for them to get your order. My normal wait time inside or in line is over 10 minutes. My chi lattes on have had too much coffee with less flavor or over sweetened.Once when my order was up one of the male workers slid my drink and purposely flung a straw in my direction causing it to roll off the counter. He walked off chatting with his coworkers like he was attending a frat party and laughing it up. So rude and unprofessional. read more

Easily the worst Starbucks in Kings County the wait is ridiculous was in my car for a solid 30 minutes waiting finally I was able to receive my drink which to my surprise was wrong. The service is sub par at best I do not recommend if your either in a rush or want the correct drink. read more

I love going to a place that offers a variety of drinks just like Starbucks. The place located in Lemoore is very adequate and cozy place to hangout. It is maintained very clean. I personally have not found the tables to be sticky or messy, they are always presentable. The people who work there offer a great service, my orders are always fast. Three things to enjoy is the variety of sitting, free wi-fi and great service. So many great things to enjoy. read more

Starbucks in Lemoore it's very clean and the staff is awesome.... I went to the Starbucks in Hanford in the Marshal shopping area and I was surprised that the floor was dirty with straw wrappers, crumbs, and anything else... It was a sad site and I felt bad for the staff wondering why??? Were they short of staff... Was it just a bad day??? Needless to say, I had to walk out and go to the one I'm accustomed to, the one in Lemoore which is always clean. read more

They always make my coffee correct and friendly staff but if you are ever in a hurry do not come here. If there is a line in the drive thru, expect to be waiting more then 15 min . Thinking I've had Time to get a coffee has made me late for work on multiple occasions. So I just don't go to this one if I'm on a time schedule. read more
