Inste resting that the usual pastry and food display is not present but the items are available. Excellent location off a major road a short distance from the highway. This is definitely the most convenient drive-thru Starbucks near me! They are consistently on it, my drinks are always made correctly and taste great. On my last visit, I tried the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher with Mango Cold Foam; it was so refreshing and the perfect tropical twist. My little guy also loved his birthday cake pop! I placed a larger order through the app for pickup on a Saturday mid-morning (4 drinks and 3 food items). The app said it would be ready in 6-9 minutes. I got there in about 5 minutes, and even though the drive-thru line was long and the inside was busy, my order was just coming out right on time. Everything was correct, fresh, and ready to go. I go to a lot of different Starbucks, but I plan to actively avoid this one. On our most recent visit, they scalded my peppermint mocha, so it was undrinkable (I was in the drive thru and didn't discover it until we had pulled away), and my daughter's chocolate milk was basically white milk that had possibly looked at chocolate but nothing more. This location is a hit! I visited another location in Roseville once and ordered the same drink with extra caramel drizzle, but I didn't get any caramel at all! This time, I went to this location twice this week. On my first visit (exhibit A), I received a generous amount of drizzle. On my second visit (exhibit B), look at that lovely drizzle! The RUDEST staff- their drive thru and parking lot is DANGEROUS with absurd drivers. They offer NO clear drive thru path / lane and absolutely refuse to do anything about it. This is my go to Starbucks we are always at the drive-thru The staff is super friendly they make ordering easy. The drinks are super yummy like at every Starbucks nice and warm for cold days or a nice frap for a summer day !! My kids will drink the cold none caffeinated drinks any day of the year lol ! They are always pretty consistent with the customer service. I'm very pleased with this Starbucks. I don't really go inside so I cannot give a review about the inside. This is one of my favorite Starbucks. It's conveniently located off of 65 in the same shopping center as GameStop and great clips. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. The staff here is amazing super friendly and they make an awesome drink. They also have non-caffeinated drink. The refreshers are a very popular one. My niece loves refreshers And iced tea with my mom is a huge fan of iced tea. They also have delicious food items to choose from they have breakfast items. They have croissants lemon loaf, which is one of my favorites and they have a new pineapple cake which my mom said was absolutely delicious. She said that she wishes it was bigger lol Every time you come here when they scan your phone, the Starbucks app you get points towards free drinks when you hit 200 stars, you get a free drink even if you don't have money on your account every time they scan your phone which build up to three rings. This is one of my favorite places to grab a cuppa coffee in town it's a very fast establishment. They also have your convenience the Starbucks mobile app where you put your order online and use the debit or credit card and then as soon as you hit place order when you go there, your drink is waiting for you and you don't have to wait in the long drive-through lines or wait in inside of the Starbucks is conveniently located upfront with your name on it waiting to take home if you have not tried the Starbucks location. I highly recommend that you try them. They are awesome. They make a great cuppa coffee and very friendly staff very clean atmosphere very great experiences thank you Starbucks Ferrari Ranch. I love coming to this location I have been coming to this Starbucks since I moved to Lincoln 4 years ago and it is not even a 5 minute drive away from me which is awesome the staff that works at this location are awesome and they make amazing drinks I like to use my Starbucks app for a long time I didn't have it and it is a lot faster than waiting in the drive-through. You just do your order on the app and you go in and look for your name and it's ready for you to take. I always have a great experience here. I always have great coffee. I've never had any issues here everybody that works here is awesome. They make the best drinks ever. This establishment is a very clean establishment very clean Atmosphere, this is definitely a place for everyone definitely a place for the coffee lover but they don't just have coffee. They have refreshers, iced teas and much more. This is my Starbucks home and I always have a wonderful experience here very clean inside and out and then I can't give this location enough credit I just love this location always a great experience, if I can give a chance to review, I would absolutely do it. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody who has a lot of coffee like myself. It's a great location with friendly staff and great drinks. Every morning seems the same routine; Long, long lines, one cashier. I'm sure it's not the Barristas fault. Today, I waited 20 mins for a sausage and biscuit. Never received it so I asked the cashier, what happened to it, "It was still in refrigerator." I basically said, I cannot wait any longer, I will have to nuke it myself, at work. She said, "don't blame you". If Starbucks corporation would have placed more emphasis on Customers needs instead of a "fancy new counter", the outlook would be better I'm sure. Sad, but true. Moved to Lincoln about 2 years ago and have tried several Starbucks locations (all of the Lincoln locations and some Roseville) and this is by far the most consistent location when it comes to drinks! You know when they hand you your coffee and you can just tell by the color it won't taste right? well that's never happened to me here!! The staff is always nice and they always get through the drive thru line really quickly! I have always loved this Starbucks in the past as Shelby is a wonderful manager and they've always been very friendly but on election day November 3 I had a bad experience... On Tuesday November 3rd my son Bret and I went over to Starbucks after voting with Trump hats on. I woke up this morning thinking about it and now realize why the gal at Starbucks was so snotty! Usually my Starbucks is really good and the manager is great there... I am in there often. I rode my StreetStrider over there after voting across the street and got a very rude reception from one particular barista. She had longish brown hair and was about 5'7"... I woke up this morning thinking about it and realize it was probably because of my hat! LOL Starbucks needs to stop discriminating against people who support our great president! This person didn't like the fact that I didn't have a mask on and wore a trump hat though I had mentioned earlier that I had a medical exemption! She told me to wait outside and would bring my drinks out. After waiting outside for about 10 minutes, though I had seen the drinks already on the counter, I came back in to find out what was taking her so long. She came From the behind the counter carry my drinks in a carrier and stopped at the door. I stepped back out the door because that's where she told me she wanted me to be. Her response was I am not going out there with your drinks and I stepped back toward her to take them out of her hands. Only occasionally are the drinks ordered on the APP correct during the weekdays in the early AM. I go here almost every single morning for two months. when you pay for extra sweet cream or Pumpkin cream cold foam and they put a small amount on the drink. Why am I paying an extra $1.25...and they don't care at all when you bring it up to them. Yet, other drinks coming out are made far better. That or they forget items regularly. I really like this location because all the workers there have been so friendly and it's super convenient that it's close to my house and it's a drive through. However, I did find a hair in my coffee today. This is the first time I found a hair in my drink/food and I'm glad I did not drink it before I saw it. This is usually my go to Starbucks location but not after today. As I was in the drive through line putting my orders in, I stopped to ask my husband what his drink order is. Next thing you know, the manager Marie is taking the speaker from the person who I was talking to and starts yelling at me to put my order in or walk into the store because there are cars waiting behind us. She was VERY rude and it was very unexpected because I had only spent about a minute to ask about a drink and put my order. The staff here are usually nice but I am beyond disappointed that their own manager is so disrespectful to customers (and probably her own staff). read more

I have walked in multiple times and not even greeted or notice for 5-8 mins. Well today was my last straw, 9 workers I counted, and while standing at the counter not one asked if I needed help or even said hello we'll be with you shortly. Nearly every time I go I'm stuck in line for 15+ limits. Only happens at this location, every other Starbucks I've been to has wait time under control. The employees are also pretty inconsiderate, the times I've experienced long delays in line there's never a "I'm sorry about the wait," etc. Really there's a lack of customer service skills and skills within as well, seeing as the lines are always backed up. Not to mention a few of the girls here are very rude in their tone and dismissive attitudes. Wish this wasn't the closest Starbucks to my work but unfortunately it is. Ok I am a pretty patience person, however we stopped here after leaving the Gypsy Sheik Market and I ask the lady Is there a difference if i order a cold brew w/nonfat milk and sugar free vanilla and a skinny vanilla latte? Her .....ummmm yea one is made of eXpresso and ones a latte.... (looking at me as if she was not sure there was something wring with me Me. Riiiiiight I understand one is made with ESPRESSO and one is cold brewed coffee but my question was does it have a lighter flavor? What is the difference?
