Gotta love the blended kokomo freeze! Very tasty. The team working is always super friendly and fun! Because this is really a drive thru based business there's not a lot to say about ambiance, but they do have a quirky theme. I like Dutch Bros. a lot better than their competition. This is by far the worst Dutch Bros location I have ever been to in my entire life. Every single time I come here, something is wrong with my order. The drinks are consistently made incorrectly, taste watered down, and clearly lack any attention to quality or care. My most recent visit was beyond frustrating. I asked for my drink to be remade because it was watered down, and when they handed it back, it tasted exactly the same. It was obvious nothing was actually fixed and that they simply removed some ice instead of remaking it properly. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. On top of that, this location always seems understaffed, and it shows in both the service and the product. The employees were rude, unprofessional, and didn't smile once. They acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for a remake, as if it's not their responsibility to get the order right. When they handed the drink back the second time, they didn't say a single word and just turned away, even though it was still made wrong. There was zero accountability, zero customer service, and no effort to fix the situation. What was especially concerning was seeing a cleaning product or cleaner standing right next to the area where drinks were being made. That is a serious safety and sanitation issue and should never be happening in a food service environment. It makes me question the overall hygiene standards at this location. Whoever is training and managing this team is doing a very poor job. This place is a complete waste of time and money. It feels disorganized, poorly managed, and honestly like no one there cares about the customer experience at all. I have given this location multiple chances, and it has consistently disappointed every single time. I will never be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well unless you want to deal with incorrect orders, rude staff, and a frustrating experience. I am hoping a manager from this location reaches out to me to make this right. If not, I will be filing another formal complaint. read more

I've worked in the coffee industry for years, and this was one of the most unprofessional customer interactions I've ever had. The girl taking our order was immediately rude, irritated, and looked at us like we personally ruined her day. Then we accidentally pulled forward, which is normal at a lot of Dutch Bros when there's space ahead, and apparently she was standing in the street instead of the sidewalk. Somehow that became our issue. To make it worse, she overheard part of our private conversation, assumed it was about her, and then sent another employee (blonde girl at the window) to confront us about it. We were told we had "said something mean" and "almost ran over her foot" after we had already tipped $5. If your employees are standing in the street, eavesdropping on customers, and tag-teaming people at the window over imagined insults, that's not "friendly service" that's immature and wildly unprofessional. By far one of the worst Dutch Bros experiences I've had! Save your money and go to a different location where the workers would appreciate what you give them :) read more

Visited this location on their first day open! They had a great deal that was $3.00 per medium drink. Despite it being busy as it was their grand opening, the baristas were upbeat and friendly. The most egregious thing is that I asked for real fruit, there is nothing in this cup but high fructose corn syrup, not one hint of fresh or fruit. I ordered: Mango Smoothie, with peach ring syrup, pomegranate syrup, whipped cream, parfait style, real fruit, and extra thick. What they gave me: Some BS with whipped cream on top, no fresh fruit, and no Parfit style! Yeah, sometimes this Dutch is slow. It's also on one of the busiest streets in Roseville. My daughter and I switch between this one and the Baseline location on the weekends. Sometimes we have to wait, sometimes we breeze through. If you don't want to wait I suggest you invest in a home espresso maker and do it yourself. Or order ahead, it's not that hard. I never order ahead though because the line is part of the experience. Learn to love the wait. Waiting is part of the game.. Delay your gratification for once in your life. I wanted to update my review as I went again last night and unfortunately the same girl was there it was kind of unsettling and I was pretty nervous same girl as last time and even though she did have a bad attitude with me she at least pretended to care this time took my order and when I went to the window the guy handing me my drink looked lost seemed like he wanted to ask the girl a question but again I don't know what it is with this dutch and the way she is always on her phone but it's very unpleasant to deal with. Haven't seen the guy here before so he might've been new but this shop definitely needs to have better employees or at least not have her anymore if all she will do is be on her phone. read more

Holy crap. It took 30 minutes for one drink this morning. I'll just stick to going to Starbucks in the mornings.

I pulled up to the Dutch Bros on blue Oaks and Woodcreek Oaks. When we approached the person taking orders there was a car in front of us. They were chitchatting for at least 1015 minutes and wouldn't even recognize that we were there. I was frustrated and backed up and went around him to the window and asked if they were open Nobody even cared to take our order. when I got to the window, I asked the girl if they were open and she said yes, and I told her what happened out in the area where the person was supposed to take our order and I told her that that was very rude of them to ignore us. I then asked the person for the manager and she stated there was no manager there and then I said well does the manager have a phone number and she goes well we don't give out the managers phone number in the 14 years of being a loyal customer to Dutch Bros. I found this inappropriate and rude of the staff. Treatment of people means everything to me and if that's the best that we're gonna get when we go, you may have just lost a loyal customer. read more
