I was driving in a new part of town and what did I see? A Peet's drive thru?? YES please! I am pretty sure I have never seen a Peet's drive thru? And I am a 40+ year customer. What a smashing idea! Of course I had to stop and get a coffee! The store looks brand new. The drive thru lane is obviously marked and easy to find. It's right off 65. I give it a 3.5. It is walking distance to the Hilton hotel I was staying at which is nice and I do not have to drive for coffee or any food. It is my time having Peet's. I had to try it out and see why everyone likes Peet's. I tried their lite iced holiday spice latte and I did not like it at all!!! It was not for me that's for sure. The spices were too overpowering. It was very overwhelming. The iced gingerbread loaf is delicious. I wish they could warm it up a bit. But they said they can't because of the icing. Anyway, it tastes so amazing!!! read more

Came on a Sunday afternoon. There was a good amount of people seated inside and a fairly busy drive-thru. Customer service was friendly, smiley, and helpful. There was a little bit of a hiccup using my e-gift card, but the gal figured it out. The ambiance is nice and roomy with lots of different seating options. Area seemed clean. However, during the time we were there, the sun was streaming in through the large windows pretty brutally with no shades. We ordered 2 medium hot dark chocolate mochas and a chocolate chip cookie. It took about 5 minutes to get our un-warmed cookie and over 10 minutes to get our drinks. Our coffees have always been consistently tasty here, and little one really enjoyed her quality cookie. read more

I am a huge fan of peace coffee. I love to come here on Sunday mornings on my way to church. The staff that works here is great super friendly efficient and they make a great drink. My go to drink is the large iced white mocha with whipped cream it's my favorite drink and I go to the staff that works here at super friendly very quick very efficient. This is a very clean establishment very clean atmosphere. They don't just have coffee they have Other drinks as well. They have iced teas decaffeinated drinks and even fruity drinks and they have a white selection a different breakfast items to choose from my favorite breakfast item is a warm butter croissant. It is always great and taste delicious and if you download the peets and you have them scan your phone. You earn points towards money off of your coffee definitely something you should do and the app is free and on your birthday you got a free birthday drink. If you have not tried them. I highly recommend that you try coffee. They are great and they have something for everybody. This is the worst Peet's out of all the Roseville locations.. sadly it's the closest to me. They used to be better under different management /supervisors (miss seeing you Lucia!) but this place just can't get it right. You wait forever walking in or the drive thru. I ask for extra heavy cream in my drink and I never know if it's going to be an inch and a half tiny splash, never consistent. I asked one time if there is a standard for "extra" and she said everyone does it differently. I also order a syrup in my americano and they are never stirring it with the cream so in the drive thru I'm always having to ask for a stir stick to mix it myself, I shouldn't be having to. They can just never get my drink right. Lately they have hired some nice employees but when Lucia and others stopped working there things declined. read more

I've never had a bad experience with Pete's coffee. The staff is always pleasant. The lines always move quickly and the drinks are always on point. I can always guarantee that this place will have clean bathrooms and clean tables. Unlike some other coffee shops, I never see the trash overflowing here. Can I please get a hooooo-raaaaay?!?! If you're searching for something that is absolutely convenient with the most caffeinated coffee in the area, look no further! I've always loved Peet's coffee because I prefer the taste and caffeine content over any other brands and now that they opened the very first Drive-Thru in Northern CA, it makes my morning coffee fix more enticing than the traditional home brewed coffee. For some reason, Peet's has just the right amount of caffeine for me, which doesn't make me tired around 3:00pm like some of the other competitor's coffees. You definitely get your money's worth! I typically order a triple shot of espresso with two pumps of white mocha, which tastes similar to my favorite Vietnamese Coffee. We ordered the Hibiscus Iced Tea to try, but it tasted like Robitussen Cough Syrup, so I would pass on this one next time... the butter croissants aren't as flaky or tasty like their competitor's, but that's ok because I'm really only here for the coffee! Overall, I am sooooo over the moon happy that Peet's opened a DRIVE-THRU, conveniently located right off Blue Oaks Blvd/HWY 65 in ROSEVILLE! One time right after my baby was born like the second day I went to get coffee and forgot my phone and wallet at the hospital and they gave me a drink on the house! Peet's finally has a drive-thru! The best coffee anywhere around now has a quick-stop option at Highway 65 and Blue Oaks, down the same side-road as TopGolf. Their Nitro Cold Brew is so so so so SO much better than Starbucks, and now the convenience of a drive-thru. My first Peet's Coffee ever was at this location on Thrive Drive. I love their coffee and their extra treats. It's got some nice ambiance near the hotels nearby where folks like us needed to get used to the area just outside our hotel. Love it and have gone back again and again. I'm normally a Starbucks girl but this Peet's is closer to my house and makes for a convenient pick me up drink! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I order my teas with extra-extra sweetener so they taste more like Starbucks, else they are quiet unsweet and flavorless. A nice perk about this location is it is close to a bike trail with a little nature preserve. Perfect little trail to walk while you enjoy your coffee/tea. Docking one star because this location has the slowest drive thru ever, so make sure you order ahead on the app and give the baristas a little extra time to make your drink! This store is also a relatively new location so it's very possible the staff is new and still getting the hang of making drinks/taking orders. read more

Lastly, the drink service is quite slow - it took over 10 minutes to get my drink and there were only three drink ahead of me and no drinks were placed in the online area during my wait. I am not a huge coffee person but I can say that I enjoy the taste of their coffee more than Starbucks. I've ordered coffee and food here via DoorDash and today in person. The turkey bacon and egg sandwich is very good, however the cheese and egg sandwich was really skimpy. Like I mentioned before the coffee flavor is very good here and you can order a drink without any modifications and it won't be too sweet like all the Starbucks drinks tend to be. I've been enjoying Peet's coffees since 1978. I search them out everywhere I travel in California. I can't tell you how excited I was when this one opened. Best consistent latte anywhere. Unlike Starbucks who became political leaving out the majority, Peet's stayed busy bringing us the healthiest and freshest beans and roast with absolute consistency and two shots for a small not one for a tall. Sometimes it's really busy and still they nail it! Employees greetings aren't always consistent to the Peet philosophy with a smile , but when the help wanted sign goes positive everyone will be smiling. read more

Too bad, the staff said its out of their hands, a common poor and untrained response to customers and a common sign of bad restaurant management these days. That was after my complaint to staff, who's immediate response was that they keep it cool for the workers. It's probably about 50 degrees in here. So bring your North Face down jacket, ear and nose warmers, and winter gloves because management probably doesn't care if your coffee is ice coffee. Loooove the drinks, hate the drive thru/ mobile order, and am whatever about the employees. Sometimes my drinks are missing sweetener or have the wrong milk which super sucks since the price for them are insane. But when you get that perfect latte it makes you want to come back and gamble again. Drive-thru always takes a day and a half. I've been stuck in it for up at 45 minutes before at 1030am which doesn't feel like a super crazy time. Maybe staffing is off? I mobile order 20 minutes in advance and if you don't tell them you're there waiting they skip over it till they have a lull. Employees are polite. In the year and a half I've been going here I don't think I've actual had a convo with anyone working. I always leave my window down staring at them. They just pop out tell me the total and then run away. But they've never been rude either. read more
