The best coffee ever at this location inside Thunder Valley resort and Casino. The coffee is made exactly as I like it and it's absolutely delicious. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Absolutely the worst chai latte I have ever had. Unfortunately I didn't try it until I had already left and was a few minutes drive away, so it was too late to turn it in for a remake or refund. The girl who made my chai latte decided to use water instead of milk. Apparently nobody has taught her that a chai latte, while it is a tea, is not made with water. After waiting in a long line and then waiting longer for my one drink to be made, you would think it would be at least palatable, but no! It was horrible. I love this Pete's. The breakfast croissant sandwiches are always delicious. The croissants alway taste very fresh and buttery. I tried the iced coconut Thai coffee and it is definitely my all time favorite coffee drink. I will surely visit again the next time I visit Thunder Valley. read more

Five stars plus for David who works here, I feel like he makes up for the various other things I wasn't a fan of. I know everything is more expensive nowadays but two small coffees and a croissant sandwich set me back almost twenty bucks. That is pretty inflated, IMHO. All of the other reviews seem to mention customer service issues and they aren't wrong. I got some serious looks from all of the female baristas when gently asking for a little extra cream in my coffee (it was about a shade short of a black). I was totally thrown by the attitude. It's like they were telling me that the extra cream they would be giving me was going to come directly out of their own pocket or something. So strange. Like, why? It is very loud in here as it is not sealed off from the casino. Not a good spot to try and catch up with anyone. Not much different from meeting in the food court to chat. If meeting with someone and hoping to have a lengthy discussion, I would recommend one of their other restaurants (High Stakes, Thunder Cafe, Red Lantern) and not one of these "Dining Outlets" as they call them. read more

On Sunday night I went to Pete's to get a coffee before the concert at the venue to see Rod Stewart. The person who waited on me was coughing quite a bit. I called back today to speak to someone about this to find out that they will not send in a sick employee home and it's up to them if they want to work or not. Since I happen to have a heart condition and I have cancer this is not an ideal situation for me. I did not unfortunately get the name of the young man because I couldn't read his name tag and the lady I spoke with this morning really didn't give a damn. read more

Needed a morning pick me up today! The inside is very clean and very comfortable. It is a great place to do work in between being on vacation. I ordered a Golden Milk Latte, which I typically love but the espresso used was much to acidic for my flavor profile. The woman that helped me out when I came in was very friendly and very quick. I have never seen such customer service in my life. I waited 2nd in line when the cashier guy took the couple in fronts order. I patiently waited as he went ahead and took care of their order for them. After they got their orders the cashier never looked at me or acknowledged that I was there. I walk up still waiting as he was busy doing something else. Walks away and starts a conversation with the other staffs in the back completely ignoring me. Definitely did not want to intrude on their very important gossip. So I left. Good stop for something refreshing or whenever I'm in need of a caffeine jolt. Peet's offers a huge selection of baked goods, sweets, snacks, and an extensive beverage list that is sure to please any patron. Lines can be long but the baristas try to keep the lines moving fairly quickly. Customer service can be so so depending on your visit. Just be aware that this particular Peet's Coffee isn't for you if you are looking for a warm friendly smile and the possibility of a quick conversation. I come in, place my order, say TY, & then I'm on my way. FYI- be sure to ask for a rewards stamp card if you make frequent visits. Purchasing 9 beverages allows for the 10th to be free of charge. We stay at the resort frequently. Since the cafe has been closed this has been our place to go. Apparently this morning Stephanie was having a not so good day. We were greeted with a very dry hello. I responded good morning. I looked in the case and as always I advised her what sandwiches we wanted. She made us aware no one should give us the sandwiches we want. They have rules to pull from the front. It's not about the policy which we've never heard before in the MANY timed we've patronized. It's the delivery of the message. We all go through life and if today was not your day you should've stayed home. We canceled our order and left and will never go back. Really disappointed we didn't have the happy bubbly team that's usually there. We're all dealing with life and a book with a cover. A smile will go far for so many. read more

Absolutely horrible. I love Peet's coffee but this location charges to add a splash (tablespoon) of oat milk to drip coffee? The same upcharge as converting an espresso drink to oat milk (16 oz)? They also charge for tap water along with your order of coffee. Workers and managers claim they are forced to charge but other Peet's locations do not. read more

This place is like a typical Peet's Coffee. The interior set up same. No wifi codes. No outlets. Would be nice if they had outlets. This Peet's Coffee is located inside of the food court of Thunder Valley. Im not a gambling type person and I came in here to accompany my Mother who loves it so much. But to pass the time away for those who don't like to gamble, I could have at least been able to plug in my laptop. The entire Thunder Valley has WIFI access. FREE WIFI....but no plugs to recharge your lap top unless you go into the bathrooms. I bought my Mother coffee of the day and she sent me back to dilute it with hot water. I asked the counter person to dump half of the coffee out and refill it back up with regular hot water. Gave it to my mom with cream and she still thought it was strong. So this is a review for my mother. I didnt have coffee. So dont take the testing review to heart. It wouldve been nice if they did have outlets. The COUNTER person was actually nice. read more

So apparently this Peet's Coffee replaced Starbucks, which I don't mind since Peet's is still good. I was waiting on parents to come back from an Air Supply concert held at the venue next door, so I decided on getting a Chocolate/ Caramel Javiva to enjoy while I wait. Basically their version of a Starbuck's Frappuccino. It had a nice mocha flavor it, and has a smooth texture. I loved the combination of caramel and chocolate with whipped cream! It is pricier than usual here, considering it's inside of a casino. I do recommend this Peet's Coffee and Tea at Thunder Valley Casino to satisfy your coffee cravings! read more

On top of its high prices, the drinks here are terrible. The drinks are not even filled to the top and they don't even get your drinks right. I asked for a matcha latte sweet, and there was no sweet in it. To make things worse, it was only half full. It was literally a cup half filled with foam. Came in early Wednesday morning to get an Americano espresso. I was the only one so I watched the girl make my drink. I realized later that she used regular coffee and not an espresso machine to make my drink. Espresso is suppose to be brewed with a pressure machine not come from a regular drip coffee. Its funny as we come to the Fountains quite a bit and we always forget that this service here is so bad until we come again and are reminded again. This location is very fast and friendly. I like the brewed match a tea. The employees are very knowledgeable about the different drink options. I usually order my drinks sugar free with fat free milk. And they get my order right. I don't have to worry about them not knowing the options or messing up my drinks. read more

A lot of people don't realize that this is inside of Thunder Valley Casino they make really great drinks with a very clean atmosphere very clean establishment very friendly helpful staff they make very great delicious drinks my favorite is the white mocha extra hot with whip cream they have several different drinks to choose from including pumpkin drinks Every time I come here I always experience a great warm friendly greeting and they even offer certain drinks and what you're looking for is very detailed they will suggest a certain drink Which is very helpful The counters are very clean and the floors are very clean all around it is a very clean establishment I highly recommend them to anybody looking for great coffee while gambling very friendly staff very helpful very reestablishment I look forward to my next visit here again very soon In the future with work great coffee and more great experience and more delicious refreshing coffee read more

Just went to get a coffee and they made it with milk instead of soy. Luckily the register girl hollered at me after a small sip. The girl who made it caught an attitude with me and said I took someone else's and was pointing to the monitor telling the register girl. THERE WASNT ANOTHER WHT MOCHA NO WHIP! Peet's Coffee located inside Thunder Valley Casino. I was actually sad to find that Peet's had replaced Starbucks at Thunder Valley since that was my favorite food place there. I still need my daily iced coffee so my mom and I came here after spending some time at the slots. The lady who rang us up and made our drinks was actually very nice. I ordered an iced caramel latte which was okay. I find that Peet's Coffee is bitter compared to Starbucks drinks even when you add sugary syrup to it. It was still okay though, not bad. Very convenient 24/hr quick stop coffee shop located in Thunder Valley Casino. Friendly baristas are super quick at coming up with any coffee concoction you order. There are seasonal coffees that are always really good. Love the Mayan mocha, Salted Caramel Latte, or Freddos for when you want a cool refreshing treat. They are always open which is a huge plus. read more

I find this Peets to be inaccessible as it is deep inside the casino and parking be it plentiful it too is a hike unless you have handicapp plates. I also find their inconsistency in mochas and pastries to differ than a stand alone location. read more

Jackpot!! It's a Saturday afternoon and I feel lucky to have a table with a power outlet here at Peet's at Thunder Valley. My family is slotting away or at the spa. Nice to be able to chill and relaxl here....yelping as well too. Got easy wifi access for my Chromebook. Besides that, I got my coffee (Major Dickason's) with some hazelnut. I got charged extra for the syrup. I don't think Starbucks charges me, but no complaints. The people are nice and the service was fast. Saw some awesome GIANT-sized cookies, but resisted the temptation since I'll be grubbing at the buffet later. Really glad to have this spot here since I'm not much of a gambler. This is the left corner of a nice little food court stretch. Peet's has 7 seats at their long high counter table, 2 tables for two in the center, and 3 tables for two along the wall and I got the one with the power outlet (sweet!!).
