I have a question for you worker ladies, do you give out your money to everyone up until you don't have any cash left or even have an amount left on your card? No right? When you guys leave a tip you expect good service. I always leave a tip in this location and at all Starbucks, I'm furious right now. In Starbucks alone and waiting for my coffee for 20 minutes just for it to be left at the drive through station and was handed a coffee they made of 400 degrees! I burned myself and asked for an extra cup which I was given the wrong one and asked again just to get a rude stare and awful customer service. Very rude staff, I've gotten eye rolls, huffs, and sarcasm. I've been nothing but nice and considerate when visiting this location. Normally get this in the morning around 6-8am. Coffee is good, but being treated like a joke isn't worth the trip. read more

I went to buy a caramel frappuccino And it seemed that they gave me only caramel water I didn't know anything and I had to throw it away is the worst frappuccino I've had in my whole life. I had already gone once and the same thing happened to me and I wanted to give them a chance but I think they are not used to prepare coffee in this place. Slow service and my drink is wrong more often than not. Asked for the drink I paid nearly $5 for to be corrected yesterday and was met with an eye roll and huff. If u could give this 0 stars I would. I am so furious. My dad's card was taken & used and was charged over $900 on multiple sites!!! We got the information of the worker or worker's friend and have spoke with the manager of Starbucks as well. I hope everyone who goes here is aware. Ok...after a little confusion, and some detective work...I am pretty sure this is the location with the drive-thru (by TJMaxx) not the one located in the Target. :) With that said... This is a pretty good location, it is great that it is literally down the road from my home...so I can get my caffeine fix as soon as I leave my house! The service has always been great, very friendly staff. The wait time is not atrocious, even when they are busy...and the drinks are always spot on! One small downside, and it is definitely not a deal breaker, is that the parking lot can become quite the cluster f*** with the several other businesses sharing the lot...other than that, they are a good Starbucks...and they get my business basically daily. read more

Love my morning crew at this store...but does anyone in management even read any of these reviews or tips?!?! Not sure why this store has 2 registers when in all the times that I am here...which is pretty much everyday...regardless of how busy this place is...which is usually very...they never open both registers!! I understand my drink won't get made any faster...we all get that...but you won't have a line full of people getting frustrated! Employees are always tasking: taking out trash, organizing merchandise...talking...when if they opened the other register the line would would be gone in 5 minutes flat...and then they could do all of that! In a customer service world...it's best to service your customer! We pay your bills and wages! In my job we are to give 100% attention to our customers...something that this Starbucks in particular needs to learn and then do!!! read more

The coffee is great but the customer service is horrible, I have been to this Starbucks lots of times and it was very disappointing that a Barista named Meghan had an attitude with me. I understand people can have bad days but I look forward to receiving my coffee and great customer service since Starbucks can be pricey for a cup of coffee. I really like the staff here but like any business there is turn over of familiar faces. I'm no coffee connoisseur, but this place is pretty good. Drive through is cool but I prefer to go in if there is any sort of line. No complaints and I'm here a few times a week. Chances are if you order something like a iced caramel macchiato or anything of the sort you're going to receive a cup that's 97% milk, 2% caramel and 1% espresso. Good customer service is also an unrealistic expectation to have at this location as well. I've gotten coffee from here more than a few times because sadly it's the only coffee drive thru in Lincoln. But I think I'll save the $5 and drink a cup of milk at home instead since that's what they serve. ALSO, waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks(walked inside). Spent 32 min in the drive through. When I pulled up to order the girl was talking to her coworkers not about work (she didn't realize the mic was still on). I found it weird that she didn't take my order right away and after she took my order and there was only one car ahead of me, I realized that the drive through must be timed from when the customer orders to when they exit the drive through? This would allow the staff to talk about non work related things and play around and still report good wait time numbers? Maybe I'm way off. Either way 32 min for a cup of coffee is ridiculous.
