Visiting family here and driving through. We went inside to get some beverages and sustanence. It was nice and cool on this hot morning...all too inviting. Everyone greeted us and were very friendly. I was expecting the same service I would in any Starbucks (which is not necessarily bad). However, this service was different in a better way. Like I said, everyone had nicely greeted us and then as I was waiting for my order, the barista making my drink updated me while one of our drinks was being delivered onto the counter. He kindly explained that my drink would be done shortly. This may seem meaningless but at least I was acknowledged. Anyway, the point is that was the best/kindest way anyone could/should be spoken to! And that made the service top notch. I go here often for regular days and big days - big days like on my way to my first day on a new job, my dog's birthdays, and most recently when my mom was in the hospital and I was looking for a tea to help comfort her. I have been treated incredibly well every single time. This team is so sweet and they do so much for customers. I'm sure this often goes unnoticed so I wanted to stop by and say thank you to this team! My mom loved the tea the other day, and loved the note you added. It meant more than you guys will ever know. Not sure why this Starbucks has such bad reviews. Service was fast and friendly. The dining room is clean. There are plenty of power outlets under the tables. The bathrooms are clean. There are no vagrants living inside the restaurant. Parking is ultra convenient. The food was fresh and the coffee tasted good. read more

This Starbucks is okay. Staff is friendly here. I walked in this morning to get a coffee before starting my workday and didn't need to wait long before a young lady took my order. I ordered a Venti Guatemala Casi Cielo and drank it inside. Cleanliness is somewhat okay. As I write this, there is a young man sweeping some areas of the floor. Kudos to him for having a caring attitude to sweep up messes left in the floor. Three to four tables were dirty. I had to change my seating because of the dirty tables. Someone could take the time to wipe down tables. Also, about three tables had "wobbly" bases. They really should be repaired or discarded. This location is very busy. There was a consistent flow of patrons coming in to pick up their mobile orders. Drive thru was busy, as usual, as with any Starbucks this time of day. I will probably return to get more morning coffees but not so much to list this as a favorite hang out spot. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks consistently for the last year and can attest that they are amazing. Not only do the staff here make my drink perfectly every time when other locations will be inconsistent in quality and order accuracy, they provide extraordinary customer service that makes it feel like I'm visiting an old friend rather than getting a caffeinated treat. They introduce themselves, address customers by name and with a smile, and seem to know all their regulars. This place is PACKED! I had to wait quite a while to get my drink. There are literally 15 people working and they are all WORKING but it's just so busy with the drive through that they cant keep up. I was amazed though, as I was just visiting from overseas, where here if it was that busy would have taken 5 hours to get my drink. The staff just seems super busy that they are in the zone. Guy taking orders was nice and girl making hot drinks did notice me standing there and asked what I was waiting on (a cold drink). They must have an order ahead option too? Great Starbucks! I came to this location 4 times while in town for the week and used it as my office while I worked remotely. Although there are definitely peak times throughout the day, I always was able to find good seating (even with a nearby outlet). There's always a lot of attentive employees, no long lines. Protip: If you're needed to do a video conference, the sidewall makes for a great backdrop! read more

I used their drive thru on Christmas Eve at 7:00am. The order here sign was on but no one answered. I drove up to the window and saw workers inside and they saw me. After 5 minutes and no one came to the window I left. If your drive thru is closed stick a sign in the window. read more

I am a nurse and go to Starbucks all over the city of Denver and sit in them and work sometimes for for 2-3 hours at a time. Almost, without exception, the staff at all locations are super kind and wonderful, but today, I was lectured by a snot-nosed millennial about coming into the store with my old glass and trying to get a free refill. It's too bad that she can't assume positive intent and think about the fact that I've spent $23.01 just today at Starbucks with 11.24 at her store. I've also been at the store longer than anyone sitting here today. It's too bad, but I will DEFINITELY NOT be coming back to this store. read more

This Starbucks drives me insane. I pay $6.25 for a drink half full of ice. It's gone in 30 seconds. I ask for light ice and they fill it half full or the just put light ice amd don't fill the cup. Come one for $6.25 you can fill it with milk. Spoke to the store manager about it amd showed him the picts of the half full drinks. He basically said too bad so sad, go to a different Starbucks where they make it tight for you. Tried to say can you give me a grande drink to make up for it and he said no, just can't do it. Wow. Drive-thru was unapologetically slow. Finally walked up to the window and my coffee was sitting there getting cold while they took care of a "complication". I actually backed out around through the drive-thru lane to get out. Why not have the person with the issue pull forward and deal with them from a parking spot like so many efficient restaurants have their complicated orders do? Waste of time!
