I knew I would be there at a certain time so I placed an online order for three sea salt coffees. I made sure they would be ready at a certain time that the app let me set. Also to note I've been here a few times and it's a very typical 85° which has a few tables to sit at and definitely keeps it very basic and bakery feeling. I get there about a half hour later and my coffee is not ready yet even though it was supposed to be ready 2 minutes before. I stood there for a while and finally someone came up to the coffee counter and asked if I needed anything. I said I was simply just waiting for my online order that I placed over a half hour ago. He went over to his computer and printed it out and got started on it but doesn't really give me a lot of confidence in placing online orders in the future. I tried getting her attention a couple of times, but she just repeated that she was helping another customer and never came back to explain why I couldn't be served. There were plenty of cake slices on display, yet no one could give me a reason why I wasn't allowed to purchase one. The lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly disappointing.
