    Salted caramel hot chocolate- DELICIOUS!

I've been to this Starbucks well over ten times, and I'm always pleased with my order and the service! The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful & they do their best to get you in & out. This location is EXTREMELY busy so keep that in mind before you go! If you're in a rush, I suggest ordering on the app before heading over to cut down on wait time. They have a drive-thru, several tables and chairs inside and outside seating too! This Starbucks is apart of a very busy complex but finding parking shouldn't be a problem. I pass another Starbucks to go to this location, so that should tell ya something!

I'm not one to write bad reviews but the times I had gone to this Starbucks my drinks were not prepared to my liking. The first time I went I asked for a venti guava passion fruit no ice. Instead of filling my cup to the top I was left with 2/3rd of my venti drink filled (picture1). The most recent time I went I ordered the same thing again, venti guava passion fruit with no ice FILLED to the top. Which is what I got, honestly not the best I've ever had. As I waiting for my venti guava passion fruit drink I saw a "color changing cup" *spoiler alert: doesn't change colors at all* which I was skeptical about so I asked an employee and they assured me it was a color changing cup. Excitedly I bought it on the spot. When I later got home I filled it up with ice cold water to see it change colors in front of my eyes a few seconds pass and nothing happens, I go away for about 30 seconds and come back to no change. Long story short: drinks are okay 5/10. Service eh 4/10. Trusting the employees and their knowledge 0/10. Going back nope 0/10

This place is a waste of life. They are really slow. Prepare to wait 30 minutes on line for something as simple as an iced coffee which is fine maybe in Oklahoma but this is the tristate area. This is not an exaggeration. All the townies seem oblivious to this fact. There are 4 or 5 of them at any given time often times more busy chatting than working. The customers don't help with their indecisive ordering. It's Starbucks but you'd think they were ordering off a menu in Mandarin symbols. They're very pleasant employees but isn't disregarding people's time a form of rudeness? How can 5 people take more than 3 minutes to ring up and serve a coffee? They're disorganized and no one has clearly defined roles for the shift so they work ad hoc which in this type of business never works. It's like watching a construction site with one guy in the hole and 4 others watching him work. Truly maddening. You'd do much better saving yourself 25 minutes by running across to the Dunkin' Donuts and risk getting hit by one of the bad drivers in this town. They may be rude but at least the drink comes out quick.

My drink and my finger is where the ice is up too

With a vibrant interior and welcoming atmosphere, the Twisted Tulip should not be skipped. I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of folks working on laptops. This is the perfect place to curl up with a beverage of choice, little snack, and buckle down to get some work done. Despite the amount of people, the noise volume was moderate. Service was good, but a little brisk. The interior is decorated with various pieces of art and there are dog treats in the front for your pet. The exterior has outdoor seating which is really nice. I got the pistachio macaron which was the perfect texture, but a bit lacking in flavor. I also got the pumpkin marshmallow latter which was surprisingly not that sweet to my relief. It really hit that pumpkin flavor spot. Price point was $10 with $1 tip, pretty standard for this area. In my previous visits, I got the chai latte which I thoroughly enjoyed. This is the perfect hang out spot for group projects or for getting work done. Can't recommend enough.

I knew I would be there at a certain time so I placed an online order for three sea salt coffees. I made sure they would be ready at a certain time that the app let me set. Also to note I've been here a few times and it's a very typical 85° which has a few tables to sit at and definitely keeps it very basic and bakery feeling. I get there about a half hour later and my coffee is not ready yet even though it was supposed to be ready 2 minutes before. I stood there for a while and finally someone came up to the coffee counter and asked if I needed anything. I said I was simply just waiting for my online order that I placed over a half hour ago. He went over to his computer and printed it out and got started on it but doesn't really give me a lot of confidence in placing online orders in the future. The worker did apologize and I appreciate that so four stars for now. As I was leaving, a lady who was also waiting for her coffee noted that she did the same thing and apparently they don't have all of their ducks in a row yet.

Plus add LavAzza Coffee to the mix and We'll "officially" be friends for life, Lol. Seriously though Cafe Z is one of the Coolest Brunch Spots around. Example: for Breakfast I've tried their "Muffin" Sandwich which comes loaded with Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Pepper Jack Cheese, Caramelized Onions, and Chipotle Aioli on a massive Toasted English Muffin and It doesn't get any better than that = Out'Freakin'Standing !! Baked Goods here too are also worth checking out and obviously go hand in hand with any of their delicious house made Beverages. It is "Summertime Yummertime" so I do enjoy Shaking Hands with an Iced Coffee now and then while I'm hanging out so why not make it LavAzza for the WiN??  Rhetorical of course. I usually don't offer an opinion on "ambiance" or "atmosphere" most of the time as I'm really just focused on the final product and how I can shove it in My Face, but since we're friends I can honestly say that this place does have a really cool vibe to it. I ordered a grilled cheese & fries for my son. The fries were pretty good but for 9 dollars, I felt like I could've made the grilled cheese easily myself at home. It tasted fine, but wasn't anything special. For myself, I was hoping to try the Enzo smash but was informed they didn't have it. So I resorted to something safe and ordered the vodka parm sandwich. I specified at least twice I wanted eggplant but out came chicken. I should've said something but I was ok with chicken too so was willing to try it out. It was crispy and well-fried, but a little lacking on the sauce and the chicken was a tad dry. Overall, I really wanted to like the place. It's not bad by any means but just didn't wow me enough to want to come back again. I did like the pretty artwork and decorations on the walls though.

She then laughed and began helping the previous customer, leaving me standing there. I tried getting her attention a couple of times, but she just repeated that she was helping another customer and never came back to explain why I couldn't be served. There were plenty of cake slices on display, yet no one could give me a reason why I wasn't allowed to purchase one. The lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. I had previously left this bakery a positive review because of my past experiences, but after the way I was treated today, I deleted it and updated my review to reflect what happened. This is a unique 5 star restaurant that is worthy of a visit by Guy Fieri if he is still doing road trips for "Diners , Drive Ins and Dives". All I can say is you have to try them. It's worth the drive! They put a different spin on everything they serve. When you walk in, you may think it's a local deli that you go for a take out breakfast or lunch. Then you see the tables and all the customers sitting there. They have everything you could want from coffee, teas, juices, smoothies, sandwiches paninis, poke bowls, pancakes, waffles, breakfast and lunch dishes. You can tell that they have a ton of regular customers, that are very loyal. They also do catering, and even though I live in Brooklyn, they are willing to deliver to me. Today I met some amazing people at the restaurant. Congratulations to Carlos who is a new manager. He is a US Army Veteran who saw combat action and I hope everyone will thank him for his service when they visit. Carlos really cares about his customers. When we entered we were greeted, he started up a conversation and checked in on us throughout our meal. Victor was our server and he made great recommendations. He was also very friendly, we also met Melvin who was a runner and made sure the food came out promptly with all the accoutrements. Today we started with the blueberry pancakes. You get two large pancakes that are as big as the dish. They had blueberries inside and outside, whipped cream and maple syrup. Probably the best I've ever had! I had the apple, lemon, ginger juice which hit the spot. We also had the tuna poke bowl and the shrimp fajita bowl. The ingredients and fish were fresh and plentiful. I was stuffed by the time we left. I would highly recommend Seymour's Cafe if you want to experience phenomenal food and customer service.
