Starbucks never disappoints. They always make my drink correctly. I got the guava juice and white tea. Yum! So refreshing! They made it so quickly! The location is a little weird. I almost didn't know where it was, but it's attached to AT&T. Parking is weird too. It fills up fast. I'd suggest parking by AT&T or Hometown Pizza. Be careful with all the cars. This is the closest Starbz to me and usually I visit after doing Kroger pick up. It was quite a busy day on Sunday around 11:30am and the drive thru was backed up but I didn't mind the line. The associates are always super friendly and today I mentioned that I didn't really like coffee and was told that I could get a caramel frappucino without any coffee I had no idea this was an option! Starbucks is, if nothing else, consistent. No matter where you go, the coffee or food is pretty consistent. (Of course, NONE of their food is made on premise, so they basically warm it and serve it). There's a lot of wiggle room when it comes to hand crafted coffee beverages, but after over 40 check-ins at this location I've never had a problem and my beverage has always been exactly what I asked for. The staff here has always been really friendly and helpful. I like that they'll engage you in conversation at the window if your order isn't immediately ready. I go there 2 or 3 times a week, so I'm kind of familiar with a couple of the team, and being familiar makes the experience more enjoyable. This location isn't accessible right off of Taylorsville Rd, but you have to pull off of the road and into the parking lot, or basically a service drive, to get there, and the kinda wind around a bit. That's not a bad thing, though, because it keeps the spill-over traffic off of the main road. I've never been inside this location, because I usually swoop through the drive-thru because it's morning and Jim isn't going to get up any earlier than Jim has to. As a result the window to get my coffee is usually pretty tight. Which brings me to the only real complaint I have about this location. Sometimes the wait to order (let alone get your order) can be amazingly too long. I get that I'm going during the morning rush, but there have been times when I've been only 2 or 3 cars back from the order speaker and it ends up taking 20 minutes or more. One of these days Jim will get up early enough to go inside (you know, after The Covid Nightmare is over) and sit down and relax. The staff here just makes the place seem kinda nice. read more

I ordered ahead for the first time and it went off mostly without a hitch. I was actually able to construct what resembles what my husband likes, through the app, which has given me a much better understanding if the intricacies and mysteries of the Starbucks Order... which has always confused me... I walked in 10 minutes after placing our order, but one of the drinks I'd constructed wasn't ready because they were missing an ingredient. I was fine to change my order, but, had to wait around another 5 minutes for my drink to be made (because the drive thru was hoping) which was a tad annoying... In the end, the espresso shot I'd ordered wasn't blended into my frap but instead just dumped in the bottom so, my first sip was a bitter (honestly, burnt) shot of espresso, so my frap was not well balanced until I stirred it a TON. Hubs was fairly please with his Mocha and I ordered a small "Crystal Ball" for us to try... it was supposed to be Peach flavored... not sure WHAT it tasted of other than sweet... it was a cute drink, but not one I'll be getting again... The location was clean, but, again, another one with confusing parking as it's more geared toward being a drive thru. read more

I've been here more than once which was too many! I spent $7 on a coffee and waited in the drive through for 12 minutes. I get my coffee frapp and it's watered down tasting and melted! I called the manager later on in disbelief. I was told I could get another coffee to replace it. I go in another day to get my coffee and explain the situation on my to be treated as if I was a nuisance and received the worse customer service from inside. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION! read more

I have worked at this Starbucks a few times. It has both internal and external seating. The parking lot can be a challenge at times. It is next door to an AT&T store and a strip mall. So you may not get a close spot. The seating is somewhat limited inside. I usually have to work on my laptop with it in my lap on the comfy chairs in the corner. The noise is not too bad. I have met people here for meetings, but I have not had a conference call from here. Not sure how that would go. They usually are super prompt, I visited mid day on a Friday last week, and I waited a long time, which was not the norm. Not quite sure what was up this day. This is the Starbucks closest to home. Always happy to come here, and so is my pup. Every time we go through the drive thru, he gets a "puppy cup" (whipped cream). I will say I'm not happy with the new parking / drive in situation, they have changed it to where you have to go down further to turn in. Getting in and out of parking lot has become cumbersome at best. The staff are always friendly and never had an issue with my order. read more

I ordered Matcha Green Tea Latte with extra scoop of matcha powder. All the powder were stuck to the bottom. It doesn't even look like they mixed it well. I have never had such horribly made drink before. Then I asked the person to see if they can change the name of my order because I always have problems with the green tea latte on my starbucks app. Right now, they have a menu challenge which is buy any latte. Before, it never worked. And one time a different Starbucks tried coffee latte instead of matcha and it worked. So I asked this Starbucks and see if they could do it. She said I don't know and you can't do that because it has to follow the Starbucks challenge rule. I told her it was any latte. She didn't try to help me. What makes it worse was her attitude and was so hastily. She could have said things better. read more

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I've ever been to. Waited in drive thru line for 35 minutes!!! Once you get in the line, you can't get out and they made me late for something I had to go to. I gave them 2 because they are very nice but not sure why it takes them so long! read more

For the last 3 years, this Starbucks has been my favorite location. It can get any better when you pull out your neighborhood and it calls your name over. I love that they open so early and closer so late. I have had plenty of morning that I had to be at work at 5:30am and my favorite Starbucks was ready to serve me. Starbucks has increased prices. I have ordered my coffee syrups on line. I can now make my iced white chocolate mocha at home and not pay $7.44 A drink. I do miss the crew there awesome. But come on Starbucks the prices are ridiculous. read more

This Starbucks gets my drink wrong half of the times I go through the line. And I have gone inside twice because the drive thru line is OUTRAGEOUS. While inside I never see more than 2 people making drinks while there is about 5-6 workers. It doesn't make any sense to me. Many of the other starbucks don't use mobile orders efficiently... but this one does! As I leave Kroger I always mobile order from here and by the time I get over there it's already ready. When I go to others I still have to wait - but not here! They understand the whole purpose of the mobile order. read more

When they opened this Starbuck's location years ago, we joked that since it was so close to home we wouldn't like it and would have to drive to another one we liked better. Didn't happen!! This location is great. The staff is friendly, the coffee is good, and it is comfortable/pleasant inside. It can be busy considering its location. I was just at this Starbucks location because it is closest to my house but there are a few fundamental issues I've had with this one. The most problematic to me is the inconsistency in the knowledge of the baristas. I order the same thing every time (an extra dry, soy cappuccino--meaning a splash of milk and the rest foam, so very light weight). However, this terminology seems to only be known by one of the baristas. Everyone else makes it like a latte, which comes out like a big cup of hot milk. I have had them remake it almost every time unless I'm standing over them instructing them how to do it (which I hate micromanaging, it makes me feel like a terrible person)!! Today I watched a barista "remake" my drink by dumping out half of it (which, mind you, also dumps out espresso along with it), and without even steaming the milk again, starts dumping the foam from what's left from my first drink---leaving me with essentially the same amount of milk and less espresso. 4 dollars & 51 cents later...I couldn't bare to have them make it again considering she simply had no idea what she was doing, or didn't care. Also, navigating through this parking lot and drive through line is mayhem. It was not constructed with the anticipation of the amount of growth in that area over the last few years and it is crazy. This Starbucks location is awesome!! The staff are always very friendly, polite & fast! I go thru about 7:45am, when traffic is awful & I'm always in a hurry when I stop by. Thankfully, they always have me thru the line in no time! I've never gotten an incorrect order, or had a bad experience of any kind.
