We did online order for drive -thru pick up. That went pretty quick. Service was a little dry but it's fine. They had the cake pop with the hot breakfast item so luckily it wasn't for a kid or they would have been sad lol. My sandwich had cheese on it & no sauce. The opposite of what I asked. Covid changed my frequency at this location; however, its distance from work keeps it close. I primarily drive thru and grab the order. Sitting inside isn't as enjoyable - the seating could be more comfortable, the music is SO loud, the patio could be wiped down a bit more throughout the day. If I'm planning to meet someone I have stopped coming to Starbucks and instead visit a nearby local shop. Service continues to be friendly at the window and my order is consistently accurate. Food available if your belly is growling. read more

I was in the area, washing my car and I wanted to get a cool, refreshing drink. I use my Starbucks app to do a mobile order while I was cleaning out my car. The mobile order was timely and I got updates from the app as my drink was done. It worked out very nicely. I finished cleaning my car and then went over to Starbucks. My drink was ready and waiting for me and staff was friendly and kind and it was a perfect day to sit outside and just taking in some sunshine. The drink was lovely. I really appreciated the efficiency and the space. read more

This Starbucks was close to Blackacre Nature Preserve on a chilly spring day. Needing a hot cup of coffee we stopped here. Service was quick and friendly. Fortunately the shop was not too crowded and we were able to enjoy our beverages in a peaceful atmosphere. read more

This location was one of my favorites. However it seems that recently new people have been hired on. It is so obvious they do not care. After my trip today, I had to go back a second time as my drink was wrong. First time around I was handed drinks that were spilling out the sides and got all over me. So careless. Next time around drink was missing light caramel drizzle, well the barista must've thought she was funny when she took my drink back, and completely loaded it with 3-inches of caramel sauce. I thought she was kidding. What in the world. I am so disappointed. read more

I've visited this establishment a few times and always use their drive thru. The drive thru is off to the side of another company but is easy to navigate if you follow the signs. There is plenty of parking if you decided to go inside. I've always had the nicest baristas but today, this one was the best. I had a few questions over there refreshers and she gladly answered my questions and even offered to remake it if I didn't like it. Her recommendation was delicious by the way! I got the strawberry açaí with coconut milk. Perfect drink for my road trip! read more

I can't believe it took over 262 check-ins for me to finally step foot in this Starbucks. I go through the drive-thru several times a week (obviously), but have never had occasion to go inside. On my way to an appointment for my car I thought it was about time. I was surprised by the interior of this location. It seemed smaller than others, and not nearly as over-merchandised as many locations. Some SBUX seems to be so bent on selling merchandise that you have to actually maneuver around the various racks and displays. At those locations the "item you didn't know you needed but is right in front of you" literally gets in the way of the coffee. No such obstacles here! I made my way to the counter, ordered my lunch item and coffee, and took a seat at a high top to wait. As I waited I looked around the room. Like I said, it seemed on the small side for a Starbucks, but for the crowd scene while I was there it was pretty right-sized. What I got to see this time, and what you don't see from your car at the drive-thru, is the amount of hustling going on. Every single employee was constantly on the move. They were preparing beverages. They were warming hot food. They were taking care of stocking items behind the counter. They were emptying trash. They were taking care of the dining room. I saw really awesome teamwork by a bunch of people who obviously took pride in what they do. I didn't have to wait long for my order (less than five minutes). I ordered a Caramel Macchiato and the Chicken & Double-Smoked Bacon sandwich. Both were served hot and correct (not that there's much you can do to make them wrong) and the sandwich was, like, amazingly good. I'd never had it before. I will be a-having it again. The décor is a bit sparse in this location, but it serves its purpose. I like the board that has photos and names of all the baristas, and a glimpse into who the person as, opposed to a name on a badge that hands out covfefe. I like the long-ass graphic on the wall that illustrates how to make a great cuppa joe. Otherwise the place isn't overly decorated and has a clean appeal. So, yea, after 2 1/2 years of flying by the drive-thru I finally made it inside. I'm glad I did. It's good to get a perspective that doesn't involve my seat belt. Thanks, Starbucks! read more

Went to this Starbucks .5 miles from hotel and my wife felt it was lukewarm. She removed lid & found cup was only a little more than half full. It's already an expensive coffee and to add injury to insult, its not full. Thank you Starbucks...... NOT! read more

If you have been to one starbucks then you have seen them all. They have tables, chairs, plugs that are great for work. They have a drive thru as well. They have many coffee drink options and wonderful food options. I'm good with what they have even though I typically prefer a local shop. I visit often. This isn't my usual Starbucks but we stop here prior to going to Sams for a short coffee date. The last two times that I have been in the staff have seemed over whelmed and unhappy. I have been there during happy hour. However, I would still expect a smile. We order and have a moderate and sometimes long wait for our drinks. This past time our drinks sat there and we didn't even know it because they weren't called out. The view from our high top table is of the area behind the counter. It looks sloppy. I feel like they struggle. I enjoy starbucks but their service could be better. read more

I don't know why this place has only 3.5 stars. They work so hard, their drinks are perfect and the wait time is almost negligible. Also, when I drive through at 6.30 AM, that Ian saying good morning adds so much positivity to my day. They are literally ALWAYS smiling and pleasant when handing out the drinks. This is my local Starbucks and it's definitely one of the better ones in town. One notable thing about this location is that they always make a point to speak to you, even if you're just dropping in to pick up your mobile order off the pickup station. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because there's a bit of inconsistency. I often repeat the same latte but it's sometimes a little different. Is it enough to make me go somewhere else? NO. read more

I'd give 0 if it were an option, waited 15 minutes for 2 microwavable sandwiches, and they were cold when I got...nonchalant "sorry", ridiculous...11 bucks for crap service and wrong coffee drink to boot! Guess I'll get rid of my Starbucks app and pay for my $6 coffees elsewhere!!! read more

My coworkers and I frequent this Starbucks quite a bit. We always have a pleasant experience, but no one has stood out enough for me to go out of my way to write a review, until meeting Caleb. He answered every question we had of the menu without skipping a beat, was so knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this Starbucks, and make sure you ask for Caleb! read more

Clean, Friendly, spacious....no better place to grab a quick coffee or get cozy in a corner and read. The drive thru is fast and convenient and staff is always polite and friendly. Location is just right off the highway and very easy to access. Easy ramp right back onto the high. read more

Love this location: both inside and out, (drive- through) especially the young dude who works the drive-through in the am's! Like this AM, 1-22-18 @8:15 am. Efficient, encouraging, enthusiastic, and friendly: the making of a great employee one who understands that "it's not about the coffee"; it's about the person coming through the door or pulling up to the window...this guy engages both customers. If I lived in Louisville, KY and owned a store that dealt with the public I'd steal him away from Starbucks to run my store. The other employees were just as nice! I'm not a huge coffee fan so I can't judge the product, other than the scones...delicious! If you are a Starbucks fan, then this is your store! Wish I knew this young man's name I might need to hire him someday. read more

There's simply so many things I love about Starbucks. The ability to place my order on my phone and pick up in store has been such a life saver- especially with working downtown. I can place my order while walking to the office & swing by to pick it up on my way in. I also recommend following @themacrobarista on Instagram. He posts various recipes at Starbucks that are macro-friendly! It has made me such a huge Starbucks fan! I can keep my macros in check all while still enjoying my favorite morning cold brew. I love the baristas for happily making my customized drinks. They've always been so nice about it. Highly recommend! read more

This location has got to get it together!! I work newr here so I stop in 3-4 days a week and spend plenty of money. The last few times I've come in, having placed my mobile order in advance - I had to wait a long time or was missing items off the order. Yesterday, mid day Saturday I waited 21 mins from the time my mobile order was placed before my drink was in hand! By then my sandwich was cold. There were only 3 customers sitting in the entire place and the drive thru line was not long at this time. read more

Watched 7 baristas stand around on their phones while two others worked their asses off in the drive thru. The guy who took my order got my pastry and then went back to his phone. One of the baristas finally got my cup, put the sticker on it, and then sat it in some weird corner out of the way. I was about to go back to the counter and ask for a refund. It took what looked like the shift lead being told by one of the drive thru baristas to finally make the drink. At least the drink was correct...but the pastry was burnt. read more

I am a daily Starbucks customer, buy on average 2-3 items everyday. Been to all Starbucks in Louisville, KY. This Starbucks I only went to twice in the past 10 years, and my impression of it is very average compared to other Starbucks. Store and tables were relatively clean. Atmosphere was not as nice and relaxing like others. Especially drinks were never made consistently compared to other stores. Either less coffee or too much milk, putting whipped cream even when instructed not to, etc. This pattern was what I observed in both times I ordered here. Will most likely not come back. read more

This Starbucks is really amazing! They have excellent customer service and that's something I truly appreciate. This morning I ordered an Earl Grey tea latte but I received a regular tea. As I was in the drive thru I didn't really look at it and drove off. Thankfully I'm close enough that I went back and let them know about the mistake. I offered to pay the balance because I knew I probably hadn't paid the correct amount, but they took care of it on the house. This Starbucks is always so friendly and often, if you have to wait on something in the drive thru, genuinely ask you how you're doing and they listen. The food is always hot and fresh, and I love that they've added the tea lattes to the menu! read more

It's a Starbucks, it's not the best nor but not the worst. The baristas here are nice and attentive they have 90% of what makes a coffee shop down pat. They seem to be learning too. Terms like con panna, breve bewilder some of them but they work together to get it right. There is one here who knows what she's doing. Some of her newer peers will make you espresso with a glass that was never warmed up. Each time they get a little better, on the other hand there are no other coffee shops in the area so I'm here anyway. read more

For a coffee shop, the staff in the morning isn't very "Perky". My office just moved into this area and I know this Starbucks is new but the staff is not overly friendly and the service is overly slow. Here's hoping things change soon. This starbucks is by far one of the slowest and worst ones I've been to. This is close to my house so on days where I am driving out of town and there is not another SB before my destination I am subjected to this stores crappy service and baristas. If it's early in the morning and you can see the drive through line when you pull in, just go inside. You'll get your order faster and the line will not have moved by the time you leave. My BIGGEST pet peeve about this place is consistency with orders. If I order a Venti iced coffee with light ice, light soy and 3 pumps of SF vanilla I should get the same drink EACH time!!! Part of the problem is that they never repeat back your order. How are you supposed to know if you have each of my drinks component correct if you don't repeat it back. Also, this means you cannot huff /puff under your breath if I ask you for the SF vanilla you didn't put in there or if you give me a hot coffee when I clearly said iced. Yes, this sounds bitchy and nit picky but seriously management or corporate needs to sit down and go over the training materials again with the current baristas staffing the morning shift. read more

I have no choice but to stop at this particular Starbucks on the way to work in Simpsonville. This has got to be the slowest location I've ever been to. Not matter what time, every morning, there is a line of at least 10 cars, for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Everyone here is really nice and friendly though! Might just a staffing issue? read more
