I really like the people who work here but this has to be one of the most erratic Starbucks that I've ever experienced. Half the time their mobile ordering system is down. From day to day they switch the hours that they're open until. Some days they're closed but the drive-through is open. Other days they're closing three hours early. It's not like it's a one time thing. It's consistent. Not sure what's going on there but it just seems really weird. I've never experienced a Starbucks like that before. read more

This Starbucks has been closing early due to lack of staffing. All these people complaining over coffee have nothing better to do than sit on their phones and complain. They're understaffed and underpaid, yet still have the decency to show up for work just so you guys can get your coffee at 6 in the morning. Was in Manchester in need of caffeine. Was happy to see a local Starbucks, however it was closed at Noon for no apparent reason.

It's a Starbucks and I think it's a good one. The staff is usually friendly and the drinks and food are what you'd expect.

I have tried several times to get a Nitro cold brew or an Irish Cream Nitro Cold Brew and they have failed miserably. Once the nitro was with ice cubes, the next time it had some cream and the next and last time it was just hot coffee. My friend ordered a Chai Latte and got some Xmas type pepperminty coffee. Don't waste your money with this Starbucks. their heart is not into their job! read more

So incredibly SLOW. Plus we ordered a simple custom drink and the Cashier, who admitted he was new, and after telling him 10 times what I wanted finally said he got it. The staff that work here are very friendly, however most of them need to be retrained on how to make the lattes properly. I go here because it's convenient in town but 9/10 times I'm disappointed with my order. They rarely make my lattes correctly and the cup isn't filled to the top like it should be considering how much you're paying for a cup of coffee. read more

As a former regular customer, I decided to try it out one more time,though I'd not been here in well over a year. As I stood around and waited, it was as if I was invisible, meanwhile at least 5 employees scurried around stocking boxes of supplies. Finally someone came along to take my order - 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. My sandwiches came out, delivered by another employee, while my 2 cups of coffee remained on the counter. I was finally able to catch someone's eye and ask for my coffee. Overall, an underwhelming experience. Now I remember why I quit going there and also why I sold my stock in Starbucks. read more

Am very happy to have Starbucks in Manchester, VT! My favorite coffee drink is "Short Flat White". Only thing is ... sometimes they are "Great" and sometimes they just "So-So". The staff is great. The barista that took my order was a preppy looking kid with a less than enthusiastic attitude. Second came the strange lady who didn't appear to work there but felt it was her duty to track down the owners of ordered drinks. I was in the middle of a crucial phone call and my mocha could have sat an extra 30 seconds. It's not like there was so much business is this place that my little mocha was causing some sort of inconvenience. Her handing my drink caused me to fumble my phone and drop the call...literally and figuratively. I have never been so furious after a Starbuck visit in my life. (the hour drive the other way) Venti: about 3/4 full. Ok... the foam probably settled. Not thrilled, but guess it is acceptable. Talls: WTH!!?? 3 are HALF FULL, the 4th 2/3rds. I don't know in who's book it is OK to give a customer half of what they paid for. Barrista ought to feel total humiliation for passing that one off. Newer Starbucks, assume relatively new employees. Starbucks, you need some SERIOUS training and quality control! Advice to potential customers: either go elsewhere or check your order before you leave the bar. NEVER returning there. Hope employees in Burlington take their jobs more seriously. read more

Been twice. First time a few weeks after they opened, returned drink and got replacement , it was not good, burnt milk, low taste etc. Figured it was staff learning and settling in. Went again about two miles maths later, drink again horrible. Nice staff but I find it hard to believe it is that hard to follow a formula. I try to make it down to Starbucks at least one a week - there is something about being in a Starbucks that reminds me of home (originally from Philly). If you haven't tried a coffee on their clover machine, I highly recommend it - so good! The starbucks where I used to live didn't have one of these and I was excited to see it here. I go to this starbucks 5 days a week as. Order the same drink a venti dark roast. That's it. No one remembers it, no one knows my name, no one has it ready for me. There were 5 people working this morning 3 of which were doing nothing meanwhile 2 were helping one customer and simply ignoring me. I wish this was not normal but it is. Also today there was no dark roast again this often happens not sure why this would ever happen. They got a new GM and she only does the food and this morning when after 7 minutes when multiple people could help me and she was one of the 2 helping this one customer I simply asked if I could just buy a cup of coffee after 2 more minutes she asked one of the employees who was doing nothing (who could have been brewing dark roast) to help me. I like starbucks coffee more than dunkin but it's not worth the frustration of a poorly run, no customer service not dark roast cup of coffee! Come on starbucks do better- where is the DM and why are they not observing what goes on here? read more
