Cute outdoor sign.

Disappointing. Love the porch and outdoor look. The food is mediocre at best. The bathroom was dirty and the service was really lame. Won't go back. There are much cleaner places in town with better food.

Super cute place in a great location, in a walkable part of the town near a public parking lot. Ample parking, quick and friendly service. I had an iced maple latte and the soup of the day which was tomato basil. My husband had a coffee and ham and cheese croissant. All tasty and reasonably priced. Will absolutely return!

Food & Drink (4/5): Got the Maple Latte, Breakfast Bagel, and Barnyard Chicken Sandwich. The drink was pretty good albeit it could've been a bit sweeter. Meanwhile, the Barnyard Sandwich was excellent with yummy cheese and flavoring. The Breakfast bagel was a bit bland but good with ketchup. Venue (5/5): Relaxing venue with cool fall and New England town vibes. Has both indoor and outdoor areas. Service (2/5): Probably the main aspect dragging this place down. The breakfast bagel and barnyard took quite a while to come out even though no one else was ordering at the time. They took over 20 minutes. Not only that, but the person taking the orders seemed hesitant to check and when I finally got her to check after going back and forth several times, the order was there. Not sure if it was there the whole time or just came out. Oddly enough, instead of apologizing she just said that she didn't hear it get called out.

Barnyard - cheese pull!!

Quite a cozy little place in beautiful Manchester, VT. I was in the area for a company ski trip. We made our way to the town and I saw the Charlie's sign and the cute dog that was on it and I decided that I had to go inside. The ambience was warm and comfortable with a hum of activity. The place smelled phenomenal! I ended up getting the barnyard panini - which I highly recommend that you get. The pesto was perfect and the flavors of the bacon and chicken all worked together seamlessly. The portion size was also great. I was stuffed afterwards! Overall, it was a very cute space to be in. It's also dog friendly! Which is wonderful if you have a little friend that you want to bring along. I'll be sure to stop by again when I visit Manchester the next time!

Microwaved bread

We just left this place, and after taking a few bites of our food... Gross. We would have gotten a better meal at Cumby's. First of all, the guy who took our order was so rude. They pre-make all their breakfast sandwiches with meat, and when my partner asked for a sandwich without meat the cashier grumbled that he had to "make" it. Pretty sure he just microwaved it. He also had a scraggly beard and no beard net, which always makes me kind of queezy. He was mean and unkempt. The food was so awful. Literally egg and cheese on a bialy, and we feel sick after nauseous after eating it. We also got a muffin, and the inside was raw batter. And the latte was not a latte. The worst $22 we've ever spent.

Great pastries and coffee! Service is normally good and I love that the shop allows dogs. Wifi is spotty at best though.

Located in Manchester VT a very homey little candy shop…read more You walk into this place in Manchester and just kinda think...why does this store fit perfectly for where I am at at this moment? It's truly a pleasant little store. The lady seemed a little weirded out when my brother and I first walked in. We were in Manchester for the night, on our way back to NY from a week in Maine. She looked at us like....hmm I dunno, don't wanna say anything mean bc she wasn't mean lol, she just looked at us ... weirdly lol. Not sure how else to put it. As our visit went on she ended up being very nice. I just hope she didn't think we were in there to like...steal a couple pieces of candy hahaha. I mean, we aren't 10 years old anymore lol. She then went on to tell us about the store and how all the candy is made there (pretty sure that's what she said). I just remember thinking....how wonderful that this stuff isn't imported from places like...ugh China! They have everything! Every possible kind of candy you can imagine...she has it. She gave us a free sample and it was amazing! There are few great candy shoppes in Manchester. This one is definitely one of them. Prices are a little...high. Just a heads up if you go here. Couple things to consider as to why tho... 1) it's Manchester VT. It's a very bougie little town. Only makes sense most things are pricey there 2) privately owned 3) candy is made on site 4) it's Manchester Vermont lol Should this stop you from going? Absolutely not. Even if you're just in to look...it's worth it. Really a cute store. I hope to return to it one day. Living in Idaho, I rarely make it to Vermont lol. BUT IF I DO! I will for sure head back into Mother Myricks! Thanks for reading, YelperMyrickers! Cheers!

From Mother Myrick's in Manchester, VT, we bought a few chocolate-covered orange peels,…read morechocolate-dipped apricots, along with a box of toffee covered with milk chocolate and ground almonds. I also bought a peach-raspberry muffin and a blueberry muffin. The muffins looked great but were without ANY flavor. Downright awful, not sure what that was about, but the chocolates were very good. I don't think they were quite as good as Lake Champlain chocolates, but they were a close second. I always appreciate the freshness factor (in addition to flavor), so it mattered that the orange peel and apricots were very fresh. If we are ever in the area, I'd come back here for sure, but I'd stick with the chocolates only. No more baked goods !

Everything was amazing! The food and service was 5 stars plus a little extra…read more Even while being very undecided, Skyler gave me great recommendations to consider and politely told me she would be right back as she balanced multiple tasks. Her communication and knowledge of the menu was top tier and she should be recognized. Now for the food, The Willoughby was ridiculously good. I don't even know what else to say about it except I should have ordered 2 to go. I also got the Delilah which was bursting with flavor. My honey dip donut was fluffy and delightful. The only critique I could offer is I wish there was specialty coffee drinks as an option. However, I still would give this place 5 stars easily and would definitely return.

We were on vacation staying in Arlington, and decided to give Willoughby's a try. I'm so glad we…read moredid! The lady at the counter was very sweet to us, (two different ladies on two different visits actually). The first time we ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches. Mine was on a bagel, and literally it was the best bagel (also i have lived in NYC for years so I know a good bagel). It was so super soft on the inside and the outside was perfect. I highly recommend. We also had two maple donuts which were also so good and very filled with filling, It was so good we decided to go back the next day and eat breakfast there. Again I had the amazing bagel breakfast sandwich and we shared a ginormous cinnamon roll that was super tasty. It's small and cute and had great food. The pricing was great too. I love supporting local when I travel. I would definitely recommend!
