Out of all the Starbucks I've been to throughout the U.S. and Canada, no one ever said this to me. I gave specific directions. I thought there is no limit on customizing the drinks. Definitely one of the most visited Starbucks we hit in this area. It is certainly one of the branches that has the latest hours. This branch is a bit special for me though. I used to work for the company over 10 years ago at the McCarthy ranch location and when this spot was built, many of the team I worked with transitioned to this new store. While these days no one I worked with is still here, we are certainly friendly with the baristas as regulars. The drive thru line is pretty crazy so we always generally mobile order and walk in to pick up. It's a bit further out comparatively to the branches near us, but as I said it has some of the latest hours in the area. read more

I always go there to study. They have an ideal environment for students to study or business meetings. The staffs are very friendly and nice. They are bigger and more spacious than the regular starbucks. Right by Mccathy Ranch and other food shopping centers. Overall, very nice place. read more

After standing in a short line of five people for 20 minutes, it was finally our turn to get take our order but they let somebody else come and cut in front of us so we had to wait another couple minutes. And then when I placed my order. They said it would be 20 minutes to complete the order. It would take them at least 20 minutes to make the drinks. Rude customer service which makes me regret tipping the fella working the drive thru when it wasn't even busy at all (I was the only car in line). He didn't even ask for my name for the order, just gave a thousand yard stare when I pulled up to pay at the window. Then has insane attitude asking "so how are you gonna pay" like if I he couldn't literally see my hand hanging out the window with my phone ready to tap, I had to mention "apple pay" like duh. i literally come in here all the time because it is near my route for work and i went through the drive through and then went inside to use the bathroom and to get a water i had forgot to order when i was in the drive through and the 'manager' with the buzzed orange hair refused to give me the bathroom code because i needed to make a purchase. so i was forced to purchase a second coffee when i literally had a full one in the car or they wouldn't give me a water. i was about to have an accident and this person was so rude. i want to give that person specifically the bad review because the rest of the workers are nice. horrible people skills whoever made that person manager was tripping. read more

Nice location on a main, busy street. Drive-thru is popular, always someone in line. Seems to run smoothly. Inside is pretty roomy with divided areas. Eight comfy chairs that a due for an upgrade soon but nice to have. Good sized community table and many smaller tables so it is not hard to find seating. I am not sure how it is possible but this is the WORST coffee and Mocha we have ever had at a Starbucks. The coffee flavor was non existent, so watered down. It was unenjoyable to drink so I decided to do something I have never done before at Starbucks - return my drink. The barista was very nice about it and offered to remake my drink. The second cup was not very good either so he made it again. I felt bad so I kept the third cup. Maybe the city water they use is not great? Baffled at how bad the coffee drinks were. I hate to complain and I haven't said anything until today. I come th this Starbucks every morning to pick up My breakfast and coffee at the Drive-Thru and 80% of the time my breakfast sandwich is thrown in a bag and I never know where all the layers are going to land, but I do know I will have to re assemble or reconstruct it if you will. Arrived here after lunch, my first time to this location. First impressions were good, it's spacious and lots of seating. However, I stood at the counter being ignored by 3 employees who just walked right by me - not one word, not even a "hello, I'll be right with you." Fine, whatever. For some reason my order took forever to make, but when they finally finished my order they simply left it at the counter. I never would've known that my order was finished if I hadn't walked up to check for myself. In a nutshell: service here sucks. There are other Starbucks nearby and Paris Baguette across the street. At around 10:30 am on a Saturday The lady who took my order is sweet. She took my order as usual. I ordered a tall cappuccino and few cake pops for my kid. Got my order and asked for some water for my daughter and the barista gave it to me half hearted. The in few minutes I went back to ask for sugar and she came back with few sugar packets and I said sorry I want brown sugar. She threw me an attitude and came back with brown sugar packets with a high attitude again as if I was bothering her. The drive through is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's efficient, friendly, and accurate. Other times it is painfully slow. There is a concrete bump that needs to be adjusted when getting out of the drive through location. read more

All of the employees are very nice! They make me feel appreciated and try to connect with me on a personal level by asking how I am or how my day is going. The quality of my drink is always excellent & the service is speedy. One of the more popular Starbucks because of its drive-thru so wait times may be long, but doesn't really bother me. All the waiting is worth it for the amazing cup of coffee the baristas make! They try to get the line moving as fast as possible for drive thru, but if you want to avoid the long line then their lobby is also open. Of course, masks are required. Overall, my go-to and favorite Starbucks spot!! Baristas at this store make the experience 100x better for me. read more

Second time at this location and finally decided that they needed a review. I only came here because my usual spot is closed until Friday.. I ordered ice matcha green tea latte. Literally the drink came out lukewarm and tasted like nothing but foam. I came in and nicely let them know that the drink is warm and barely has any ice. They remade it and it looked even worst than the first time. I didn't want to ask them to remake the drink again because it seems the baristas here don't know how to make the drink... other locations makes this drink effortlessly and tastes like how it should If y'all think I'm exaggerating, check the photo. This Starbucks has a drive-through! Perfect for minimizing unnecessary contact. I was worried that it would be slammed because of this feature but the line was pretty reasonable and moved smoothly. There's a pretty decent sized parking lot for the line to snake around so you probably won't find yourself on the street. I ordered an iced caramel cloud macchiato with coconut milk. I'm not sure if I just haven't had Starbucks in a long time or what but my drink was super sweet. Luckily since it was a venti size it did have the extra espresso shot which revealed itself as a deep bitter end note. I might go for another drink the next time I swing by. I also had a chocolate chip cookie which was great and they will offer to warm it up for you. read more

Employees are rude. I get it for lunch hours it can be a long wait. I ordered 2 cold drinks on app before even coming in. Waited 20 mins for my first drink to come out. Wait another 10 mins for my 2nd drink so I asked 1 of the employees. He started being rude and yelled at me for asking him to check on my drink, saying that he only made hot drinks and had no control over cold drinks that other employees worked on. If you are stressed out take your stress on someone else not at the customers, or maybe this kind of job is not for you then. read more

I ordered one drink & I was waiting extra long (wasn't that busy either) just to find out my drink was in the line for drive thru. I was waiting so long my trenta (i ordered venti but he must've heard me wrong so got charged for a trenta) drink was at least half of it was melted already since it was blended. Mind you the manager was on bar this whole time. So I asked if I can have my drink remade since it was mostly melted from sitting there. Instead she just put the melted drink in the blender & blended it again. Then realized it was still really watery so just added more ice to the blender & blended it again. Drive thru Starbucks because I was hungry and trapped in the car due to the babies. Got my pink drink and a bacon Gouda sandwich. The line was only two people deep but they got me they the queue pretty quickly and I drove up to my prepared drink but had to wait for my hot sandwich. Well worth it to get a warm sandwich and not a cold one. Service was fine. This store is always super busy and the entrance and exit out of the parking lot onto Calaveras is horrendous but it's next to my work and it does the job when I'm hungry and want something fast and not terribly terrible for myself. During Covid-19, this location has had a line out snaking around the parking lot- and it looks like they recently opened the inside up for pickup orders. I mostly order online because of the convenience, and how I can customize my drink (without someone mistyping anything). However, this trip was very disappointing with the multiple mistakes made on our orders. I noticed the drink I ordered had no whip, but I figured it was something I could fix at home, and let it go. I brought home drinks for my family (and I had them type in their own orders on my app) only to find a major temperature mistake on my mother's drink. If you can read the label, it clearly states that it was supposed to be an Iced drink, but arrived in a hot cup as a hot drink. Typically, I've seen that if you aren't explicitly saying it's cold, the mistake can be made, and that's understandable, but this was a completely different drink altogether with the temperature being hot- and on a hot day too! We were so disappointed with how many mistakes came in our order considering we really like and support this location. I can only hope that things can improve at this location for orders despite the demands of the drive-thru line. read more

My 5 stars (if I could give more I would) review is late. The 5 stars rating is for Reggie (I hope I spelled his name correctly), the store manager for this location. Reggie went above and beyond my expectations. Please allow me to explain. Professional, it's been crazy and it started to pick up as well, personally. I was going away and running late that mid-morning. I placed a mobile order and waited through the drive-thru to pick up my order. Normally, my app suggest the closest location but when mobile order is not available, it offers the following location closest to you. I didn't pay attention to my location, thinking it's my normal suggestion. So, when I pulled up to the drive-thru I found that my order was a different location. I asked if I can cancel my order and order from my current location. The barista in the intercom said that they couldn't do that and to visit the following location to pick up my order. As I waited to get through the drive-thru and take a lost for my order, Reggie came to my rescue. He came out and asked me my order - caught by surprise, I couldn't think of it and searched for my mobile order as he continued to wait patiently. I found my order, relayed it to him and found that he was on a call with the other store to cancel my order. So, I can order at the current location. Reggie's customer service is impeccable. Reggie went above and beyond my expectations in customer service. Reggie, thank you! You were my hero that day. I was heading out to start my vacation and running late.
