it's been awhile since I've been to this Starbucks location. It does have a drive-thru. Two unisex restrooms. The store is spacious and has plenty of tables to sit at. House music is playing throughout the store. I picked up my wife's usual - Caffe Mocha. The service is friendly and welcoming.

mobile ordered the mistro (saturday 12pm) included some edits (1 pumpkin sauce, 3 vanilla sugar free, whipped cream, cinnamon, light foam). picked up and took a sip thankfully! barista did not include any of the edits?? had to ask to redo. fast service, watched them make my drink. something new i learned today was that they use splenda packets for the sugar free vanilla??

Great location, even have a drive thru for days that I don't feel like changing out of my pj and wanted a cup of hot pistachio latte lol. My experience here with the service quá always been smooth and everyone is so nice. It's very busy location, if you're looking for a place to work for hours , not a great idea. Nice size , with lot of tables. But great for picking up your handcraft it drinks, gift cards and sb cups

I've been coming to this Starbucks for years, but after today I'm done. I ordered a grande pumpkin crème cold brew and was handed what was clearly a tall cup. When I pointed it out, the barista, Kim, snapped back, "it's a grande." I know the difference -- I come here often. I even asked her to show me a tall cup, and when she did, it looked the same size. Instead of apologizing, she sarcastically offered to "remake it in a bigger cup." No kidding -- I ordered a grande in the first place. She can't even make the drink right, forgot the vanilla syrup in my drink. Kim's rude attitude was unbelievable. It takes two seconds to acknowledge a mistake and fix it, but instead I was made to feel like I was the problem. After years of coming to this location, this was the final straw. Terrible customer service.

They make a superb matcha latte.

Excellent SBUX in Milpitas. I was killing time while our daughter was participating in a dance competition nearby, and this location earned five stars because of: *1* easy access from Calaveras Blvd, huge parking lot, plus drive-through! *2* comfortable seating - lots of tables, leather chairs and sofas. *3* nice ambience - music at just the right volume, plus nice artwork and clean bathrooms. *4* friendly and prompt service, plus I noticed they kept the drive-through line moving along at a brisk pace. *5* the product, of course! They make a superb matcha latte. I'm into hot matcha lattes nowadays, and am getting them everywhere I go, instead of my usual Pike's Place dark coffee or chai tea lattes. And they nailed it! Will be back!

Shout out to this Starbucks location. I am typically left satisfied whenever I come and bonus points given because this particular coffeehouse tends to be open later than others!! The drive thru is typically bananas so I prefer going inside for my purchases. Baristas are pleasant and are fairly quick. They juggle both drive thru and walk-in orders very well.

Had order Dragon drink with less ice and what I get is less of drink and more of ice. Instructions are not followed and Money wasted. Could only enjoy a few sips of drink with it's actual Flavor, very disappointing

Molly at the window was not having a good morning today. She was bothered taking our order which came out a little over $25.00. She possessed a really bad attitude and was just not it for a place where they expect tips now and charge so much while providing bad service I'll take that extra drive to Park Victoria and Landess location where it maybe a little out of my way and lines can be longer but are WAY nicer and represent what customer service should be all about!!!!!

Always a great spot to hangout. This is one of two Starbucks with drive-thru. Service is always good to be around & definitely a place you can stay a while. Wi-Fi is stable, fast & reliable. Starbucks coffee always give me bathroom runs & their bathrooms are always clean there.

Asked me 3 times what my name is and that's what it's spelled as?! Talk about uneducated people working at this place!

I was looking for a reliable…read moredessert spot open late that serves desserts on the lighter side, and che fit the bill perfectly. Both times I've gone were half an hour before closing and the store was packed. The first time I got the Ha Noi Mist and the Lychee Rose, the second time I got the Ha Long Sunset and a limited stock warm specialty dessert with pandan and ube dumplings in a ginger coconut sauce. The Ha Noi Mist's ingredients sounded the most aligned with my personal preferences and I got the Lychee Rose to try something different but refreshing on a warm summer night. I was hesitant to get the Ha Long Sunset since I'm not a fan of jackfruit but Eric voted for it, and also the dumplings since a ginger coconut sauce sounds weird but he said that's what he wanted. Sipping che through a straw definitely beats spooning it. Make sure to thoroughly mix the drink and crush up the ice a bit before indulging. On my first visit I didn't notice the kiosk and ordered with the cashier so I was confused at how I would know when my order is ready because I didn't get a number or a receipt, but I later noticed the screens displaying that information on the wall. I'm a big fan of pandan jelly. The red pearls can be good but can sometimes have a bit of a crunchy chew in the center. Young coconut has a good flavor but a texture that isn't my favorite. I did not like the jackfruit in the Ha Long Sunset, but the flavor wasn't strong enough to ruin the whole dessert. I feel like che is a dessert that is not necessarily expensive or time consuming to produce, and the milk tea/fruit tea prices here are definitely on the pricey end given their component ingredients. Yes I would revisit, especially when I need dessert late, but I feel that making che at home could be the cost-effective alternative.

The shop is clean and stylish, and the drinks come in reusable glasses and mugs, rather than defaulting to plastic cups. There is not a dedicated parking lot (it is stationed beside an apartment complex), but there is some street parking available in easy walking distance. The servers are friendly and quick, and there is a wide but not overwhelming variety of drink (mostly coffee/espresso and some matcha) and food (cake slices, waffles, and dessert toasts) options available. You can also preorder whole cakes from them. The coffee is decent, but I find that $7 is a little steep for a latte that doesn't really stand out. I can sort of justify it by thinking that I'm also paying for the lovely space to work as well. The desserts are also a bit pricy, at around $10 per piece (and the pieces aren't huge). Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a place to sit down for a while to read, study, or relax, despite the somewhat pricy menu.

Since every drink is freshly brewed to order, I decided to give it a try--and I was completely blown away. The jasmine tea was incredibly rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with the creamy A2 milk. As someone who's extremely picky about boba tea, I have to say they got everything exactly right. So many places make their jasmine tea taste overly floral or perfume-like, but here the flavor was delicate, smooth, and just the right intensity. And let's talk about the boba--it was cooked perfectly! Soft, fresh, and delightfully chewy, exactly how boba should be. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is absolutely charming. The décor is beautiful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. It feels like stepping into a little fairyland rather than a typical grab-your-drink-and-go boba shop. Every detail--from the chairs and tables to the decorations--comes together to create an elegant, high-end experience that makes you want to stay and relax. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lynda, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. If you appreciate high-quality tea made with care and attention to detail, Latthe Roast & Toast is absolutely worth a visit!
